Više nije rijetkost da je netko koga znate pozitivan na covid ali da nemaju baš nijedan simptom. Vjerojatno ne bi ni pomislili da imaju covid da im nije netko u obitelji pozitivan zbog čega im je liječnik savjetovao da se testira. Sve to stoji ali vam i dalje nije jasno kako je to moguće?
Epidemiolozi objašnjavaju zašto...
U vrijeme najveće epidemiološke "gužve" mnogi bi na test čekali i sedam dana od početka simptoma, cijeli period izolacije, a PCR bi im često davao pozitivan nalaz na covid 19 i osmi ili deseti dan nakon pojave simptoma, piše prva.rs.
U tom slučaju liječnici kažu da se radi o mrtvim stanicama virusa, ali i to da se ipak trebaju kloniti druženja s onima koji su pod rizikom od SARS-CoV-2 te da trebaju nositi FFP2 masku još nekoliko dana.
Neki će biti pozitivni i nakon sedam dana izolacije, ali u principu, oni koji izađu nakon tog razdoblja, a nemaju simptome zadnja tri dana, mogu ići na posao i ne mogu prenijeti virus na druge.
-Među starije i one oslabljenog imuniteta ne treba ići bez maske, jer je za njih najveća opasnost. Ako se radi o zdravstvenom radniku koji se vraća na odjel na kojem se liječe bolesnici od leukemije, malignih bolesti, transplantiraju ili radi u staračkom domu, tada se nakon sedam dana testiraju i moraju imati negativne rezultate da se vrate na posao, a nekoliko dana kada vraćaju se na posao nose FFP2 maske“, kaže prof. Jasmina Vraneš.
Napominje da je 40 posto podvrste omikrona sada BA2, koji ima još kraću inkubaciju i još brže razvija kliničku sliku. PCR u visokim ciklusima svog rada može pokazati pozitivan rezultat čak i dva tjedna nakon kliničkog oporavka.
-Nije isto ako ste pozitivni na PCR u 17. ili 37. ciklusu i nije isto kada se taj dio spoji s anamnezom: jeste li tek ušli ili izlazite iz infekcije, u kojoj ste fazi bolesti testirani, cijepljeni...
Ako vaš uzorak brisa ima puno virusnog materijala, tada se PCR metoda umnožava i proglašava vas pozitivnim u 15. ciklusu.
To je znak da ste pozitivni i izuzetno zarazni. Ali ako ste već bili liječeni i klinički izliječeni i još uvijek imate virusne čestice, koje mogu biti mrtve virusne čestice u nazofarinksu, PCR prepoznaje taj uzorak kao pozitivan samo u npr. 38. ciklusu.
Vaši nalazi će biti pozitivni kao i ovaj u 15. ciklusu, ali više niste zarazni“, opisuje epidemiolog dr. Miroslav Venus.
Kako je objavila je prva.rs, dr. Venus kaže da se prešutno pretpostavlja da je pozitivna osoba zarazna do 28. ili 30. ciklusa. Što se tiče seroloških pretraga, nije precizirano koliko je antitijela dovoljno da znate da ste sigurni.

Više nije rijetkost da je netko koga znate pozitivan na covid ali da nemaju baš nijedan simptom. Vjerojatno ne bi ni pomislili da imaju covid da im nije netko u obitelji pozitivan zbog čega im je liječnik savjetovao da se testira. Sve to stoji ali vam i dalje nije jasno kako je to moguće?
Epidemiolozi objašnjavaju zašto...
U vrijeme najveće epidemiološke "gužve" mnogi bi na test čekali i sedam dana od početka simptoma, cijeli period izolacije, a PCR bi im često davao pozitivan nalaz na covid 19 i osmi ili deseti dan nakon pojave simptoma, piše prva.rs.
U tom slučaju liječnici kažu da se radi o mrtvim stanicama virusa, ali i to da se ipak trebaju kloniti druženja s onima koji su pod rizikom od SARS-CoV-2 te da trebaju nositi FFP2 masku još nekoliko dana.
Neki će biti pozitivni i nakon sedam dana izolacije, ali u principu, oni koji izađu nakon tog razdoblja, a nemaju simptome zadnja tri dana, mogu ići na posao i ne mogu prenijeti virus na druge.
-Među starije i one oslabljenog imuniteta ne treba ići bez maske, jer je za njih najveća opasnost. Ako se radi o zdravstvenom radniku koji se vraća na odjel na kojem se liječe bolesnici od leukemije, malignih bolesti, transplantiraju ili radi u staračkom domu, tada se nakon sedam dana testiraju i moraju imati negativne rezultate da se vrate na posao, a nekoliko dana kada vraćaju se na posao nose FFP2 maske“, kaže prof. Jasmina Vraneš.
Napominje da je 40 posto podvrste omikrona sada BA2, koji ima još kraću inkubaciju i još brže razvija kliničku sliku. PCR u visokim ciklusima svog rada može pokazati pozitivan rezultat čak i dva tjedna nakon kliničkog oporavka.
-Nije isto ako ste pozitivni na PCR u 17. ili 37. ciklusu i nije isto kada se taj dio spoji s anamnezom: jeste li tek ušli ili izlazite iz infekcije, u kojoj ste fazi bolesti testirani, cijepljeni...
Ako vaš uzorak brisa ima puno virusnog materijala, tada se PCR metoda umnožava i proglašava vas pozitivnim u 15. ciklusu.
To je znak da ste pozitivni i izuzetno zarazni. Ali ako ste već bili liječeni i klinički izliječeni i još uvijek imate virusne čestice, koje mogu biti mrtve virusne čestice u nazofarinksu, PCR prepoznaje taj uzorak kao pozitivan samo u npr. 38. ciklusu.
Vaši nalazi će biti pozitivni kao i ovaj u 15. ciklusu, ali više niste zarazni“, opisuje epidemiolog dr. Miroslav Venus.
Kako je objavila je prva.rs, dr. Venus kaže da se prešutno pretpostavlja da je pozitivna osoba zarazna do 28. ili 30. ciklusa. Što se tiče seroloških pretraga, nije precizirano koliko je antitijela dovoljno da znate da ste sigurni.
