Sandesh Jhingan velika je zvijezda indijskog nogometa. Branič reprezentacije Indije, na čijem je čelu izbornik Igor Štimac, ljetos je došao u Šibenik. Društvene mreže hrvatskog prvoligaša bile su opsjednute indijskim ljubiteljima nogometa koji su oduševljeno pisali da to znači dolazak Lige prvaka u njihov grad, piše Index.

Međutim, nakon svega četiri i pol mjeseca 28-godišnji Jhingan napustio je Šubićevac, a da za klub nije upisao nijednu minutu. Vratio se u svoju Indiju, potpisavši za Mohun Bagan, isti klub iz kojega je došao u Šibenik. Nakon posljednjeg nastupa u indijskom prvenstvu, u kojemu je Mohun Bagan odigrao 2:2 s Kerala Blastersima, Jhingan je dao kontroverznu izjavu.

"Igrao sam utakmicu sa ženama", rekao je Jhingan, a prenosi BBC.

Dan kasnije ispričao se zbog usporedbe kojom je žene smatrao inferiornijima u odnosu na muškarce, a javnosti se obratio i putem Twittera:

"Kada sa svojom ekipom toliko želite osvojiti sve bodove, razočaravajuće je uzeti samo jedan. Vruće glave govorimo puno toga, što treba gledati iz odgovarajuće perspektive."

No bilo je prekasno. Suparnički navijači preplavili su Jhinganov Instagram na kojemu je imao 322 tisuće pratitelja, a koji je sada isključen. Također, navedenu izjavu navijači su čuli putem videa koji je njegov klub objavio te kasnije obrisao. Ostaje pak nejasno je li usporedbu Jhingan povukao sa suigračima ili suparničkim igračima.

Jhingan je i to objasnio putem Twittera, potvrdivši kako komentar nije bio upućen igračima Kerala Blastersa, kluba čiji je igrač bio i koji je u njegovo ime umirovio broj 21. "Nikada ne bih pokazao manjak poštovanja prema klubu, posebice jer sam za njih davao svoju krv i znoj", napisao je.

"Oni koji me poznaju znaju da sam uvijek podržavao žensku nogometnu reprezentaciju i žene generalno. Ne zaboravite da i ja imam ženu, sestru i majku. To što ste čuli bila je rasprava koju sam imao sa suigračem nakon utakmice. Bio je to rezultat razočarenja jer nismo pobijedili", dodao je.

Želio je, tvrdi, svojim suigračima naglasiti neka ne traži izlike za poraz. "Ostali koji će drugačije shvatiti moj komentar samo će okaljati moje ime. Ako su moji komentari ikoga uvrijedili, žao mi je. Želim vam ugodan dan", zaključio je Jhingan, prenosi Index.

Sandesh Jhingan velika je zvijezda indijskog nogometa. Branič reprezentacije Indije, na čijem je čelu izbornik Igor Štimac, ljetos je došao u Šibenik. Društvene mreže hrvatskog prvoligaša bile su opsjednute indijskim ljubiteljima nogometa koji su oduševljeno pisali da to znači dolazak Lige prvaka u njihov grad, piše Index.

Međutim, nakon svega četiri i pol mjeseca 28-godišnji Jhingan napustio je Šubićevac, a da za klub nije upisao nijednu minutu. Vratio se u svoju Indiju, potpisavši za Mohun Bagan, isti klub iz kojega je došao u Šibenik. Nakon posljednjeg nastupa u indijskom prvenstvu, u kojemu je Mohun Bagan odigrao 2:2 s Kerala Blastersima, Jhingan je dao kontroverznu izjavu.

"Igrao sam utakmicu sa ženama", rekao je Jhingan, a prenosi BBC.

Dan kasnije ispričao se zbog usporedbe kojom je žene smatrao inferiornijima u odnosu na muškarce, a javnosti se obratio i putem Twittera:

"Kada sa svojom ekipom toliko želite osvojiti sve bodove, razočaravajuće je uzeti samo jedan. Vruće glave govorimo puno toga, što treba gledati iz odgovarajuće perspektive."

No bilo je prekasno. Suparnički navijači preplavili su Jhinganov Instagram na kojemu je imao 322 tisuće pratitelja, a koji je sada isključen. Također, navedenu izjavu navijači su čuli putem videa koji je njegov klub objavio te kasnije obrisao. Ostaje pak nejasno je li usporedbu Jhingan povukao sa suigračima ili suparničkim igračima.

"Oni koji me poznaju znaju da sam uvijek podržavao žensku nogometnu reprezentaciju i žene generalno. Ne zaboravite da i ja imam ženu, sestru i majku. To što ste čuli bila je rasprava koju sam imao sa suigračem nakon utakmice. Bio je to rezultat razočarenja jer nismo pobijedili", dodao je.

Želio je, tvrdi, svojim suigračima naglasiti neka ne traži izlike za poraz. "Ostali koji će drugačije shvatiti moj komentar samo će okaljati moje ime. Ako su moji komentari ikoga uvrijedili, žao mi je. Želim vam ugodan dan", zaključio je Jhingan, prenosi Index.

Sandesh Jhingan velika je zvijezda indijskog nogometa. Branič reprezentacije Indije, na čijem je čelu izbornik Igor Štimac, ljetos je došao u Šibenik. Društvene mreže hrvatskog prvoligaša bile su opsjednute indijskim ljubiteljima nogometa koji su oduševljeno pisali da to znači dolazak Lige prvaka u njihov grad, piše Index.

Međutim, nakon svega četiri i pol mjeseca 28-godišnji Jhingan napustio je Šubićevac, a da za klub nije upisao nijednu minutu. Vratio se u svoju Indiju, potpisavši za Mohun Bagan, isti klub iz kojega je došao u Šibenik. Nakon posljednjeg nastupa u indijskom prvenstvu, u kojemu je Mohun Bagan odigrao 2:2 s Kerala Blastersima, Jhingan je dao kontroverznu izjavu.

"Igrao sam utakmicu sa ženama", rekao je Jhingan, a prenosi BBC.

Dan kasnije ispričao se zbog usporedbe kojom je žene smatrao inferiornijima u odnosu na muškarce, a javnosti se obratio i putem Twittera:

"Kada sa svojom ekipom toliko želite osvojiti sve bodove, razočaravajuće je uzeti samo jedan. Vruće glave govorimo puno toga, što treba gledati iz odgovarajuće perspektive."

No bilo je prekasno. Suparnički navijači preplavili su Jhinganov Instagram na kojemu je imao 322 tisuće pratitelja, a koji je sada isključen. Također, navedenu izjavu navijači su čuli putem videa koji je njegov klub objavio te kasnije obrisao. Ostaje pak nejasno je li usporedbu Jhingan povukao sa suigračima ili suparničkim igračima.
