Umjetničkom ravnatelju Večeri dalmatinske šansone u Šibeniku i skladatelju Dušanu Šarcu Hrvatska diskografska udruga dodijelila je, u sklopu održavanja ovogodišnjeg Festivala, Posebno priznanje za iznimna diskografska dostignuća i 60 godina skladateljskog rada.

Prva večer 25. Večeri dalmatinske šansone bila je posvećena njegovom bogatom opusu, koji broji preko 800 pjesama i iz kojeg se mogu izdvojiti pjesme poput Dalmacija u mom oku, Maslina je neobrana, Ne traži dalje, Dobra ti večer, mati moja, Budi noćas mirno more, Dalmatinska, Prođi me se, Stelle d'oro i Šibenska balada. Povodom obljetnice njegovog rada, diskografska kuća Croatia Records objavila je dvostruku kompilaciju Sve moje šibenske šansone.

"Kad pogledate ovaj CD na kojem se nalaze samo moje pjesme sa šansona uočit ćete da ih je trideset i tri, a samo je dvadeset i pet godina festivala", rekao je Šarac povodom predstavljanja kompilacijskog albuma, "To je zato što smo prvih godina, kad smo tek počinjali, imali odaziv poznatih pjevača, Arsena Dedića, Gabi Novak, Tereze Kesovije i Vice Vukova, ali autori su bili skeptični pa sam ja morao pisati i po nekoliko pjesama da bi upotpunili repertoar. Ipak, kroz sve ove godine pokazali smo da je ovo festival koji ima svoju viziju i budućnost, a to dokazuju i brojni hitovi izvedeni upravo na ovom festivalu."

Dušan Šarac je rođen 1942. godine u Šibeniku, gdje je završio gimnaziju i srednju glazbenu školu, smjer violina. Nakon završetka studija na zagrebačkoj Pedagoškoj akademiji, počeo je raditi kao glazbeni pedagog, a 1975. godine se zaposlio kao glazbeni urednik u diskografskoj kući Suzy. Godine 1985. prešao je u tadašnji Jugoton, kasnije Croatia Records, gdje je ostao do umirovljenja. Paralelno s radom u diskografskoj kući, skladao je pjesme za Matu Mišu Kovača, Tomislava Ivčića, Jasnu Zlokić, Meri Cetinić, Terezu Kesoviju, Ivu Pattieru, Milu Hrnića i Krunoslava Kiću Slabinca. Surađivao je i s gotovo svim šibenskim klapama.

Djelovanje Dušana Šarca veže se i uz Večeri dalmatinske šansone u Šibeniku i Festival dalmatinskih klapa u Omišu, na kojima obnaša funkciju umjetničkog ravnatelja.

Umjetničkom ravnatelju Večeri dalmatinske šansone u Šibeniku i skladatelju Dušanu Šarcu Hrvatska diskografska udruga dodijelila je, u sklopu održavanja ovogodišnjeg Festivala, Posebno priznanje za iznimna diskografska dostignuća i 60 godina skladateljskog rada.

Prva večer 25. Večeri dalmatinske šansone bila je posvećena njegovom bogatom opusu, koji broji preko 800 pjesama i iz kojeg se mogu izdvojiti pjesme poput Dalmacija u mom oku, Maslina je neobrana, Ne traži dalje, Dobra ti večer, mati moja, Budi noćas mirno more, Dalmatinska, Prođi me se, Stelle d'oro i Šibenska balada. Povodom obljetnice njegovog rada, diskografska kuća Croatia Records objavila je dvostruku kompilaciju Sve moje šibenske šansone.

"Kad pogledate ovaj CD na kojem se nalaze samo moje pjesme sa šansona uočit ćete da ih je trideset i tri, a samo je dvadeset i pet godina festivala", rekao je Šarac povodom predstavljanja kompilacijskog albuma, "To je zato što smo prvih godina, kad smo tek počinjali, imali odaziv poznatih pjevača, Arsena Dedića, Gabi Novak, Tereze Kesovije i Vice Vukova, ali autori su bili skeptični pa sam ja morao pisati i po nekoliko pjesama da bi upotpunili repertoar. Ipak, kroz sve ove godine pokazali smo da je ovo festival koji ima svoju viziju i budućnost, a to dokazuju i brojni hitovi izvedeni upravo na ovom festivalu."

Dušan Šarac je rođen 1942. godine u Šibeniku, gdje je završio gimnaziju i srednju glazbenu školu, smjer violina. Nakon završetka studija na zagrebačkoj Pedagoškoj akademiji, počeo je raditi kao glazbeni pedagog, a 1975. godine se zaposlio kao glazbeni urednik u diskografskoj kući Suzy. Godine 1985. prešao je u tadašnji Jugoton, kasnije Croatia Records, gdje je ostao do umirovljenja. Paralelno s radom u diskografskoj kući, skladao je pjesme za Matu Mišu Kovača, Tomislava Ivčića, Jasnu Zlokić, Meri Cetinić, Terezu Kesoviju, Ivu Pattieru, Milu Hrnića i Krunoslava Kiću Slabinca. Surađivao je i s gotovo svim šibenskim klapama.

Djelovanje Dušana Šarca veže se i uz Večeri dalmatinske šansone u Šibeniku i Festival dalmatinskih klapa u Omišu, na kojima obnaša funkciju umjetničkog ravnatelja.

Umjetničkom ravnatelju Večeri dalmatinske šansone u Šibeniku i skladatelju Dušanu Šarcu Hrvatska diskografska udruga dodijelila je, u sklopu održavanja ovogodišnjeg Festivala, Posebno priznanje za iznimna diskografska dostignuća i 60 godina skladateljskog rada.

Prva večer 25. Večeri dalmatinske šansone bila je posvećena njegovom bogatom opusu, koji broji preko 800 pjesama i iz kojeg se mogu izdvojiti pjesme poput Dalmacija u mom oku, Maslina je neobrana, Ne traži dalje, Dobra ti večer, mati moja, Budi noćas mirno more, Dalmatinska, Prođi me se, Stelle d'oro i Šibenska balada. Povodom obljetnice njegovog rada, diskografska kuća Croatia Records objavila je dvostruku kompilaciju Sve moje šibenske šansone.

"Kad pogledate ovaj CD na kojem se nalaze samo moje pjesme sa šansona uočit ćete da ih je trideset i tri, a samo je dvadeset i pet godina festivala", rekao je Šarac povodom predstavljanja kompilacijskog albuma, "To je zato što smo prvih godina, kad smo tek počinjali, imali odaziv poznatih pjevača, Arsena Dedića, Gabi Novak, Tereze Kesovije i Vice Vukova, ali autori su bili skeptični pa sam ja morao pisati i po nekoliko pjesama da bi upotpunili repertoar. Ipak, kroz sve ove godine pokazali smo da je ovo festival koji ima svoju viziju i budućnost, a to dokazuju i brojni hitovi izvedeni upravo na ovom festivalu."

Dušan Šarac je rođen 1942. godine u Šibeniku, gdje je završio gimnaziju i srednju glazbenu školu, smjer violina. Nakon završetka studija na zagrebačkoj Pedagoškoj akademiji, počeo je raditi kao glazbeni pedagog, a 1975. godine se zaposlio kao glazbeni urednik u diskografskoj kući Suzy. Godine 1985. prešao je u tadašnji Jugoton, kasnije Croatia Records, gdje je ostao do umirovljenja. Paralelno s radom u diskografskoj kući, skladao je pjesme za Matu Mišu Kovača, Tomislava Ivčića, Jasnu Zlokić, Meri Cetinić, Terezu Kesoviju, Ivu Pattieru, Milu Hrnića i Krunoslava Kiću Slabinca. Surađivao je i s gotovo svim šibenskim klapama.

Djelovanje Dušana Šarca veže se i uz Večeri dalmatinske šansone u Šibeniku i Festival dalmatinskih klapa u Omišu, na kojima obnaša funkciju umjetničkog ravnatelja.
