Nakon jela najveći užitak pušačima je zapaliti cigaretu, no time čine jaku grešku. 
Naime, organizmu treba vremena za probavljanje hrane te tada pušenje odnemaže procesu probavljanja. Radi se o tome da se nikotin veže za višak kisika, koji je potreban za probavu te stoga tada tijelo apsorbira još više kancerogenih tvari nego što bi inače. 

I vježbanje iza pojedenog obroka nije dobro jer se može izazvati mučnina i refluks pa radije to odgodite za par sati nakon što pojedete.

Također, tuširanje nakon jela je pogrešna navika jer se protok krvi u tijelu mijenja jer krv brže dopire do površine kože, čime se količina krvi koja pomaže kod probave hrane smanjuje. Dakle, time se usporava probava. 

Odlazak na spavanje nakon jela izazvat će nelagodu u tijelu jer se tim činom prisiljava tijelo da brže probavlja pojedenu hranu. I jedenje voća za desert nije dobro za tijelo jer ga je najbolje jesti na prazan želudac, a ne nakon jela, a sve kako probava ne bi patila.

Nakon jela najveći užitak pušačima je zapaliti cigaretu, no time čine jaku grešku. 
Naime, organizmu treba vremena za probavljanje hrane te tada pušenje odnemaže procesu probavljanja. Radi se o tome da se nikotin veže za višak kisika, koji je potreban za probavu te stoga tada tijelo apsorbira još više kancerogenih tvari nego što bi inače. 

I vježbanje iza pojedenog obroka nije dobro jer se može izazvati mučnina i refluks pa radije to odgodite za par sati nakon što pojedete.

Također, tuširanje nakon jela je pogrešna navika jer se protok krvi u tijelu mijenja jer krv brže dopire do površine kože, čime se količina krvi koja pomaže kod probave hrane smanjuje. Dakle, time se usporava probava. 

Odlazak na spavanje nakon jela izazvat će nelagodu u tijelu jer se tim činom prisiljava tijelo da brže probavlja pojedenu hranu. I jedenje voća za desert nije dobro za tijelo jer ga je najbolje jesti na prazan želudac, a ne nakon jela, a sve kako probava ne bi patila.
