Poznati televizijski voditelj i novinar Aleksandar Aco Stanković napisao je knjigu ‘Depra‘ u izdanju Telegrama u kojoj progovara o dugogodišnjoj borbi s depresijom, a knjiga izlazi 20. rujna u nakladi Telegrama. Za njegovu je bolest znao tek uzak krug ljudi oko njega, najbliži prijatelji i obitelj, a sada je po prvi puta odlučio javno progovoriti o tome.

“Knjigu sam odlučio izdati da bih pomogao drugim ljudima koji imaju problema s depresijom i da bih, barem djelomice, s njih skinuo stigmu luđaka koji su izopćeni iz zajednice”, rekao je Stanković, kojeg domaća publika godinama vjerno prati u njegovoj emisiji ‘Nedjeljom u dva‘.

"Bilo mi je toliko loše da sam odlučio otkazati emisiju. Rekoh to i producentici. ‘Stvarno ne mogu’. Popio sam antidepresiv i anksiolitik i nema pomoći. Noge mi se tresu, usta su suha i potpuno sam dezorijentiran. Moglo bi se dogoditi tijekom emisije da zaboravim kako se gost zove, ili da mu ne uspijem postaviti pitanje.

Teško sastavljam rečenice. Ne mogu se prisjetiti pojedinih riječi…”, piše u knjizi, gdje detaljno opisuje borbu s teškom i često stigmatiziranom bolešću zbog koje je 14 godina na antidepresivima.

Bez obzira na to, svakog tjedna uspješno funkcionira u javnom prostoru i vodi ‘Nu2‘, što ponekad donosi i specifičan set problema te izazova. Jasno mu je da bi ovaj njegov ‘izlazak iz ormara‘ po pitanju psihičke bolesti mogao pobuditi veliku pozornost, od znatiželjnih susjeda do zlonamjernih komentatora na webu. Čak ga je i njegova supruga pitala mora li doista objaviti knjigu o tome.

“Da, može biti gnjavaža svakom objašnjavati da imam psihičkih problema, ali da nisam za ludnicu, da nemam deluzije, da mi se ne priviđaju stvari. Supruga je vjerojatno željela zaštititi obitelj od zlih komentatora koji će mi uz razne epitete sada pisati i ‘luđak’, no to je nemoguće. Javni posao koji radim izvlači najgore iz frustriranih anonimaca koji se javljaju po društvenim mrežama, ali protiv takvih budala lijeka nema. Očekujem da će korist od knjige biti veća od eventualne štete koju ćemo pretrpjeti kao obitelj”, kaže Stanković.

U ‘Depri‘ opisuje napade panike i najteža duševna stanja, profesionalne izazove i toksičan utjecaj depresije na sve aspekte života i životne događaje, poput rođenja djeteta. Stanković tako navodi da je najžešći napad depresije imao šest mjeseci nakon rođenja djeteta, jer su mu se emocije temeljito presložile.

“Kada sam postao neupotrebljiv, znao sam da mi je ići k psihijatru. Htio sam da mi bude bolje, da počnem osjećati nešto, da bližnji ne pate zbog mene, na koncu da ne patim ni ja. Psihijatrica je brzo dijagnosticirala depresiju, krenuli smo s liječenjem i malo po malo rezultati su došli. Međutim, paralelno sam išao na sve moguće pretrage. Srce, tlak, štitnjača… Mnogi ljudi u depresiji to rade. Želiš isključiti sve druge faktore, ili se zavaravaš. Valjda bi mi bilo lakše da je štitnjača pa sve mogu pripisati hormonalnoj neravnoteži”, objašnjava.

“Žao mi je ako će knjiga nekoga uznemiriti. Moj život je puno više od ove knjige, ljepši je i sadržajniji, ali nisam pisao autobiografiju, pisao sam o jednom posebnom stanju svijesti koje nije slika sreće”, zaključuje Stanković, koji napominje da on ‘nije psiholog i ne može sugerirati kako treba živjeti, već samo prenosi vlastito iskustvo bolesti.‘, prenosi Telegram.

Poznati televizijski voditelj i novinar Aleksandar Aco Stanković napisao je knjigu ‘Depra‘ u izdanju Telegrama u kojoj progovara o dugogodišnjoj borbi s depresijom, a knjiga izlazi 20. rujna u nakladi Telegrama. Za njegovu je bolest znao tek uzak krug ljudi oko njega, najbliži prijatelji i obitelj, a sada je po prvi puta odlučio javno progovoriti o tome.

“Knjigu sam odlučio izdati da bih pomogao drugim ljudima koji imaju problema s depresijom i da bih, barem djelomice, s njih skinuo stigmu luđaka koji su izopćeni iz zajednice”, rekao je Stanković, kojeg domaća publika godinama vjerno prati u njegovoj emisiji ‘Nedjeljom u dva‘.

"Bilo mi je toliko loše da sam odlučio otkazati emisiju. Rekoh to i producentici. ‘Stvarno ne mogu’. Popio sam antidepresiv i anksiolitik i nema pomoći. Noge mi se tresu, usta su suha i potpuno sam dezorijentiran. Moglo bi se dogoditi tijekom emisije da zaboravim kako se gost zove, ili da mu ne uspijem postaviti pitanje.

Teško sastavljam rečenice. Ne mogu se prisjetiti pojedinih riječi…”, piše u knjizi, gdje detaljno opisuje borbu s teškom i često stigmatiziranom bolešću zbog koje je 14 godina na antidepresivima.

Bez obzira na to, svakog tjedna uspješno funkcionira u javnom prostoru i vodi ‘Nu2‘, što ponekad donosi i specifičan set problema te izazova. Jasno mu je da bi ovaj njegov ‘izlazak iz ormara‘ po pitanju psihičke bolesti mogao pobuditi veliku pozornost, od znatiželjnih susjeda do zlonamjernih komentatora na webu. Čak ga je i njegova supruga pitala mora li doista objaviti knjigu o tome.

“Da, može biti gnjavaža svakom objašnjavati da imam psihičkih problema, ali da nisam za ludnicu, da nemam deluzije, da mi se ne priviđaju stvari. Supruga je vjerojatno željela zaštititi obitelj od zlih komentatora koji će mi uz razne epitete sada pisati i ‘luđak’, no to je nemoguće. Javni posao koji radim izvlači najgore iz frustriranih anonimaca koji se javljaju po društvenim mrežama, ali protiv takvih budala lijeka nema. Očekujem da će korist od knjige biti veća od eventualne štete koju ćemo pretrpjeti kao obitelj”, kaže Stanković.

U ‘Depri‘ opisuje napade panike i najteža duševna stanja, profesionalne izazove i toksičan utjecaj depresije na sve aspekte života i životne događaje, poput rođenja djeteta. Stanković tako navodi da je najžešći napad depresije imao šest mjeseci nakon rođenja djeteta, jer su mu se emocije temeljito presložile.

“Kada sam postao neupotrebljiv, znao sam da mi je ići k psihijatru. Htio sam da mi bude bolje, da počnem osjećati nešto, da bližnji ne pate zbog mene, na koncu da ne patim ni ja. Psihijatrica je brzo dijagnosticirala depresiju, krenuli smo s liječenjem i malo po malo rezultati su došli. Međutim, paralelno sam išao na sve moguće pretrage. Srce, tlak, štitnjača… Mnogi ljudi u depresiji to rade. Želiš isključiti sve druge faktore, ili se zavaravaš. Valjda bi mi bilo lakše da je štitnjača pa sve mogu pripisati hormonalnoj neravnoteži”, objašnjava.

“Žao mi je ako će knjiga nekoga uznemiriti. Moj život je puno više od ove knjige, ljepši je i sadržajniji, ali nisam pisao autobiografiju, pisao sam o jednom posebnom stanju svijesti koje nije slika sreće”, zaključuje Stanković, koji napominje da on ‘nije psiholog i ne može sugerirati kako treba živjeti, već samo prenosi vlastito iskustvo bolesti.‘, prenosi Telegram.
