Neki bi sve dali za kremaste torte, drugi, pak, vjeruju kako nema do dobrog štrudela. Od jabuke, od višanja, od trešanja, od šljiva, od borovnica, od sira, naravno... No da vas čujemo, dragi ljubitelji štrudela, jeste li ga ikad probali napraviti od - maka?

Mak se tako lijepo ponaša u ulozi nadjeva za makovnjaču, pa zašto onda ne bi bio dobar i u štrudelu? Ako vam se sviđa ova ideja, recept ne morate tražiti. Mi smo vam ga već našli.

Dobili smo ga od Nine Bedrice, Šibenke čiji Instagram Slatka iskušenja baš volimo. Nina priznaje da je i sama bila pomalo zatečena ovom idejom, ali se brzo uvjerila da je jako dobra.

Napominjemo da Nina u ovom receptu spaja kore za pite s posebnom vrstom preljeva na bazi griza, jaja i jogurta koji se jako lijepo napuhne tijekom pečenja. Ako još niste isprobali štrudele s ovakvim preljevom, svakako mu dajte šansu, zaista je dobar.

Savijača s makom

Sastojci:

paket gotovih kora za savijače/pite

Premaz:

3 jogurta

2 čaše (od jogurta) šećera

1.5 čaša griza

1 čaša ulja

1 vanilin šećer

1 prašak za pecivo

Nadjev:

200 g gotovog nadjeva od maka (već sadrži šećer u sebi)

80 ml toplog mlijeka

šaka grožđica

cimet po želji

Priprema:

Pomiješajte sve sastojke za nadjev. Odvojeno pomiješajte sve sastojke za premaz. 

Raširite prvu koru, premažite je s par žlica premaza pa je poklopite idućom korom, zatum premažite nju pa je poklopite trećom, premažite i treću pa je poklopite četvrtom. Na četvrtu koru ide nadjev. Lagano zamotajte štrudel jer će se raširiti za vrijeme pečenja.

Ponavljajte dok ne potrošite sve sastojke, a ako vam ostane premaza, premažite savijače prije pečenja (ako ne ostane, premažite ih rastopljenim maslacem). 

Saviječe složite u pleh ostavljajući razmak pa ih pecite na 180°C 40 minuta.

Ohlađene pospite šećerom u prahu.

Neki bi sve dali za kremaste torte, drugi, pak, vjeruju kako nema do dobrog štrudela. Od jabuke, od višanja, od trešanja, od šljiva, od borovnica, od sira, naravno... No da vas čujemo, dragi ljubitelji štrudela, jeste li ga ikad probali napraviti od - maka?

Mak se tako lijepo ponaša u ulozi nadjeva za makovnjaču, pa zašto onda ne bi bio dobar i u štrudelu? Ako vam se sviđa ova ideja, recept ne morate tražiti. Mi smo vam ga već našli.

Dobili smo ga od Nine Bedrice, Šibenke čiji Instagram Slatka iskušenja baš volimo. Nina priznaje da je i sama bila pomalo zatečena ovom idejom, ali se brzo uvjerila da je jako dobra.

Napominjemo da Nina u ovom receptu spaja kore za pite s posebnom vrstom preljeva na bazi griza, jaja i jogurta koji se jako lijepo napuhne tijekom pečenja. Ako još niste isprobali štrudele s ovakvim preljevom, svakako mu dajte šansu, zaista je dobar.

Savijača s makom

Sastojci:

paket gotovih kora za savijače/pite

Premaz:

3 jogurta

2 čaše (od jogurta) šećera

1.5 čaša griza

1 čaša ulja

1 vanilin šećer

1 prašak za pecivo

Nadjev:

200 g gotovog nadjeva od maka (već sadrži šećer u sebi)

80 ml toplog mlijeka

šaka grožđica

cimet po želji

Priprema:

Pomiješajte sve sastojke za nadjev. Odvojeno pomiješajte sve sastojke za premaz. 

Raširite prvu koru, premažite je s par žlica premaza pa je poklopite idućom korom, zatum premažite nju pa je poklopite trećom, premažite i treću pa je poklopite četvrtom. Na četvrtu koru ide nadjev. Lagano zamotajte štrudel jer će se raširiti za vrijeme pečenja.

Ponavljajte dok ne potrošite sve sastojke, a ako vam ostane premaza, premažite savijače prije pečenja (ako ne ostane, premažite ih rastopljenim maslacem). 

Saviječe složite u pleh ostavljajući razmak pa ih pecite na 180°C 40 minuta.

Ohlađene pospite šećerom u prahu.

U Šibeniku se peče strašan štrudel! Dobili smo recept za prste polizat, jeste li ikad probali ovakvu kombinaciju?

Neki bi sve dali za kremaste torte, drugi, pak, vjeruju kako nema do dobrog štrudela. Od jabuke, od višanja, od trešanja, od šljiva, od borovnica, od sira, naravno... No da vas čujemo, dragi ljubitelji štrudela, jeste li ga ikad probali napraviti od - maka?

Mak se tako lijepo ponaša u ulozi nadjeva za makovnjaču, pa zašto onda ne bi bio dobar i u štrudelu? Ako vam se sviđa ova ideja, recept ne morate tražiti. Mi smo vam ga već našli.

Dobili smo ga od Nine Bedrice, Šibenke čiji Instagram Slatka iskušenja baš volimo. Nina priznaje da je i sama bila pomalo zatečena ovom idejom, ali se brzo uvjerila da je jako dobra.

Napominjemo da Nina u ovom receptu spaja kore za pite s posebnom vrstom preljeva na bazi griza, jaja i jogurta koji se jako lijepo napuhne tijekom pečenja. Ako još niste isprobali štrudele s ovakvim preljevom, svakako mu dajte šansu, zaista je dobar.

Savijača s makom

Sastojci:

paket gotovih kora za savijače/pite

Premaz:

3 jogurta

2 čaše (od jogurta) šećera

1.5 čaša griza

1 čaša ulja

1 vanilin šećer

1 prašak za pecivo

Nadjev:

200 g gotovog nadjeva od maka (već sadrži šećer u sebi)

80 ml toplog mlijeka

šaka grožđica

cimet po želji

Priprema:

Pomiješajte sve sastojke za nadjev. Odvojeno pomiješajte sve sastojke za premaz. 

Raširite prvu koru, premažite je s par žlica premaza pa je poklopite idućom korom, zatum premažite nju pa je poklopite trećom, premažite i treću pa je poklopite četvrtom. Na četvrtu koru ide nadjev. Lagano zamotajte štrudel jer će se raširiti za vrijeme pečenja.

Ponavljajte dok ne potrošite sve sastojke, a ako vam ostane premaza, premažite savijače prije pečenja (ako ne ostane, premažite ih rastopljenim maslacem). 

Saviječe složite u pleh ostavljajući razmak pa ih pecite na 180°C 40 minuta.

Ohlađene pospite šećerom u prahu.
