Kružna turistička putovanja morem stara su koliko i sam turizam. Osobito su se proširila gradnjom velikih luksuznih brodova takve namjene za klijentelu duboka džepa. Prvi su kruzeri i u nas izazivali velik interes svojom pojavom u našim lukama.

Jedan od najljepših koje smo zadnjih godina vidjeli bio je "Viking son" godine 2017. kad smo ga pratili pri izlasku iz šibenske luke. Ali bilo je i takvih koji se jedva mogu nazvati brodom. Doslovce grdosija kao ploveći hoteli.

Ali, daleko je odmaklo doba kad su se u Hrvatskoj pojavili prvi domaći brodovi za krstarenje.

Imali smo prigodu upoznati prvi hrvatski kruzer osamdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća. Bio je to bivši putnički brod za brze obalne pruge, "Jedinstvo" kojeg je, dok je još bio u dobrome stanju, kupio dubrovački Atlas, jedna od naši vodećih turističkih agencija. Dobio je ime "Ambasador," što je on doista i bio svojom namjenom.

Prvi domaći kruzer snimljen ispred Šibenika 80-tih godina prošlog stoljeća

Bio je čest gost u šibenskim vodama, osobito u Kornatima, koji su 1980. proglašeni nacionalnim parkom.

Možemo zahvaliti ponajviše jednom čovjeku što nam je bilo omogućeno „družiti“ se s tim brodom. Bio je to Petar Mudronja, Murteranin, višegodišnji direktor Atlasove poslovnice u Šibeniku, koga su odmila zvali „Petar od Atlasa“.

Jednom nas je pozvao da s njima krenemo u Kornate do otoka Ravni Žakan koji se s prvim otokom u lancu kornatskom s juga Smokvicom, smatrao „vratima Kornata“.U časničkome salonu, luksuznome za to vrijeme, uz koktel smo sjedili s časnicima i s Mudonjom, na našoj slici treći s lijeva.

Gosti na brodu bili su dvjestotinjak turista iz hotela „Adriatic“ u Primoštenu i šibenskog „Solarisa“.Pred Žaknom „Ambasadora“ je dočekao mali drveni brod NP Kornati, “Mana“,rashodovani patrolni brod tadašnje jugo mornarice.

Atlasovi gosti, mahom Nijemci, raspršili su se uvalama prelijepog otoka, ispunili su njegove plaže, a potom i restoran Dobro more s dobrom spizom.

Krstarenje je nastavljeno duž Kornata do otoka Žuta, s vanjske i unutarnje strane atraktivnog arhipelaga. Na palubama broda bilo je veselo, svirala je glazba, nazdravljalo se prijateljima,moru i Kornatima.

Valja spomenuti, da je u to doba u Kornatima cvjetao jedan oblik turizma kao novina u turističkoj ponudi, nazvan Robinzonskim turizmom, a osmislio ga je i organizirao upravo Petar Mudronja.

Stare ribarske kuće, osobito one na Žutu, prilagođene za višednevni boravak, ispunjavali su turisti- pustolovi, “Robinzoni“ brinući se sami o sebi, s opremom i opskrbom koja im je bila na raspolaganju. I mi smo okušali čari Robinzona i proveli dan i noć u kućici kraj mora. A neki gosti su mali i brodica za obilazak bliže okolice ili odlazak u obližnji restoran u uvali Sabuni, što ga je držao Edi Juraga, zvani Seksi.

Odlaskom Mudronje, jenjao je u Kornatima i organizirani Robinzonski turizam. Danas je samo uspomena.

Kružna turistička putovanja morem stara su koliko i sam turizam. Osobito su se proširila gradnjom velikih luksuznih brodova takve namjene za klijentelu duboka džepa. Prvi su kruzeri i u nas izazivali velik interes svojom pojavom u našim lukama.

Jedan od najljepših koje smo zadnjih godina vidjeli bio je "Viking son" godine 2017. kad smo ga pratili pri izlasku iz šibenske luke. Ali bilo je i takvih koji se jedva mogu nazvati brodom. Doslovce grdosija kao ploveći hoteli.

Ali, daleko je odmaklo doba kad su se u Hrvatskoj pojavili prvi domaći brodovi za krstarenje.

Imali smo prigodu upoznati prvi hrvatski kruzer osamdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća. Bio je to bivši putnički brod za brze obalne pruge, "Jedinstvo" kojeg je, dok je još bio u dobrome stanju, kupio dubrovački Atlas, jedna od naši vodećih turističkih agencija. Dobio je ime "Ambasador," što je on doista i bio svojom namjenom.

Bio je čest gost u šibenskim vodama, osobito u Kornatima, koji su 1980. proglašeni nacionalnim parkom.

Možemo zahvaliti ponajviše jednom čovjeku što nam je bilo omogućeno „družiti“ se s tim brodom. Bio je to Petar Mudronja, Murteranin, višegodišnji direktor Atlasove poslovnice u Šibeniku, koga su odmila zvali „Petar od Atlasa“.

Jednom nas je pozvao da s njima krenemo u Kornate do otoka Ravni Žakan koji se s prvim otokom u lancu kornatskom s juga Smokvicom, smatrao „vratima Kornata“.U časničkome salonu, luksuznome za to vrijeme, uz koktel smo sjedili s časnicima i s Mudonjom, na našoj slici treći s lijeva.

Gosti na brodu bili su dvjestotinjak turista iz hotela „Adriatic“ u Primoštenu i šibenskog „Solarisa“.Pred Žaknom „Ambasadora“ je dočekao mali drveni brod NP Kornati, “Mana“,rashodovani patrolni brod tadašnje jugo mornarice.

Atlasovi gosti, mahom Nijemci, raspršili su se uvalama prelijepog otoka, ispunili su njegove plaže, a potom i restoran Dobro more s dobrom spizom.

Krstarenje je nastavljeno duž Kornata do otoka Žuta, s vanjske i unutarnje strane atraktivnog arhipelaga. Na palubama broda bilo je veselo, svirala je glazba, nazdravljalo se prijateljima,moru i Kornatima.

Valja spomenuti, da je u to doba u Kornatima cvjetao jedan oblik turizma kao novina u turističkoj ponudi, nazvan Robinzonskim turizmom, a osmislio ga je i organizirao upravo Petar Mudronja.

Stare ribarske kuće, osobito one na Žutu, prilagođene za višednevni boravak, ispunjavali su turisti- pustolovi, “Robinzoni“ brinući se sami o sebi, s opremom i opskrbom koja im je bila na raspolaganju. I mi smo okušali čari Robinzona i proveli dan i noć u kućici kraj mora. A neki gosti su mali i brodica za obilazak bliže okolice ili odlazak u obližnji restoran u uvali Sabuni, što ga je držao Edi Juraga, zvani Seksi.

Odlaskom Mudronje, jenjao je u Kornatima i organizirani Robinzonski turizam. Danas je samo uspomena.
