Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku je, nakon provedene istrage, podignulo optužnicu protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1986.) zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela izazivanja prometne nesreće u cestovnom prometu iz čl. 227. st. 4. u svezi st. 1. Kaznenog zakona, objavili su iz DORH-a

- Optužnicom se okrivljenom 37-godišnjaku stavlja na teret da je 11. listopada 2021. oko 13:30 sati u Bilicama, upravljajući teretnim vozilom šibenskih registarskih oznaka, iz smjera Šibenika prema Tromilji, postupio protivno odredbama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, svjestan kako time može izazvati prometnu nesreću i pristajući na to.

Tereti ga se da je tijekom vožnje koristio mobitel pa, zauzet njime, nije pratio situaciju u prometu, kao i da brzinu vožnje nije smanjio vodeći računa da se približava obilježenom pješačkom prijelazu.

Okrivljenika se tereti da nije uočio djecu koja su prelazila kolnik preko obilježenog pješačkog prijelaza pa je, uslijed svega navedenog, udario prednjim desnim dijelom vozila u 11-godišnje dijete i odbacio ga na kolnik pri čemu je dijete zadobilo teške tjelesne ozlijede glave i preminulo na mjestu nesreće- kazali su u županijskom Tužiteljstvu.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku je, nakon provedene istrage, podignulo optužnicu protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1986.) zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela izazivanja prometne nesreće u cestovnom prometu iz čl. 227. st. 4. u svezi st. 1. Kaznenog zakona, objavili su iz DORH-a

- Optužnicom se okrivljenom 37-godišnjaku stavlja na teret da je 11. listopada 2021. oko 13:30 sati u Bilicama, upravljajući teretnim vozilom šibenskih registarskih oznaka, iz smjera Šibenika prema Tromilji, postupio protivno odredbama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, svjestan kako time može izazvati prometnu nesreću i pristajući na to.

Tereti ga se da je tijekom vožnje koristio mobitel pa, zauzet njime, nije pratio situaciju u prometu, kao i da brzinu vožnje nije smanjio vodeći računa da se približava obilježenom pješačkom prijelazu.

Okrivljenika se tereti da nije uočio djecu koja su prelazila kolnik preko obilježenog pješačkog prijelaza pa je, uslijed svega navedenog, udario prednjim desnim dijelom vozila u 11-godišnje dijete i odbacio ga na kolnik pri čemu je dijete zadobilo teške tjelesne ozlijede glave i preminulo na mjestu nesreće- kazali su u županijskom Tužiteljstvu.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku je, nakon provedene istrage, podignulo optužnicu protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1986.) zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela izazivanja prometne nesreće u cestovnom prometu iz čl. 227. st. 4. u svezi st. 1. Kaznenog zakona, objavili su iz DORH-a

- Optužnicom se okrivljenom 37-godišnjaku stavlja na teret da je 11. listopada 2021. oko 13:30 sati u Bilicama, upravljajući teretnim vozilom šibenskih registarskih oznaka, iz smjera Šibenika prema Tromilji, postupio protivno odredbama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, svjestan kako time može izazvati prometnu nesreću i pristajući na to.

Tereti ga se da je tijekom vožnje koristio mobitel pa, zauzet njime, nije pratio situaciju u prometu, kao i da brzinu vožnje nije smanjio vodeći računa da se približava obilježenom pješačkom prijelazu.

Okrivljenika se tereti da nije uočio djecu koja su prelazila kolnik preko obilježenog pješačkog prijelaza pa je, uslijed svega navedenog, udario prednjim desnim dijelom vozila u 11-godišnje dijete i odbacio ga na kolnik pri čemu je dijete zadobilo teške tjelesne ozlijede glave i preminulo na mjestu nesreće- kazali su u županijskom Tužiteljstvu.
