Bivši premijer Ivo Sanader i u srijedu nastavlja s iznošenjem obrane na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu u nastavku ponovljenog suđenja u aferi Fimi Media.

Sanader je na početku komentirao napise u medijima o tome kako je u utorak izjavio da je Ivana Jarnjaka spasio od haškog suda, a da ga je Jarnjak onda prodao, piše Jutarnji list.

- Nije me prodao, nego me lažno teretio. Prodaja bi značila da je rekao nešto što sam ja napravio, ali je on svoju odgovornost, da bi od osumnjičenika postao svjedok, prebacio na mene i stranku lažno nas tereteći za ono što je on radio - izjavio je Sanader.

U nastavku obrane govorio je o svom životnom putu, iznoseći ne samo detalje svoje političke, nego i poslovne karijere, koju je započeo '80-ih godina u Austriji.

Sanader želi sudu prezentirati kako je raspolagao zavidnom imovinom i prije ulaska u politiku te na taj način osporiti nalaz financijskog vještačenja kojim je utvrđen nesrazmjer u njegovoj imovini u odnosu na legalne prihode u iznosu većem od 20 milijuna kuna.

Bivši premijer istaknuo je kako vještak nije uzeo u obzir ni njegovu zaradu od manjih poslova koje je obavljao u Austriji, ali ni od velikih poslova. Pritom je ispričao kako je zajedno sa svojim partnerima i tvrtkom KCBS imao dva dovršena projekta gradnje stambenih objekata u Austriji, kao i pripremljen treći projekt izgradnje hotela u Antaliji u Turskoj. No onda je zbog povratka u Hrvatsku izišao iz te tvrtke.

Kako je naveo, samo od zarade na spomenutim projektima i za udio u tvrtki KCBS ostvario je zaradu od današnjih milijun eura.

Objasnio je i kako je imao 20 posto udjela u tvrtki Wapag za uvoz i izvoz u kojoj je ujedno bio i direktor s mjesečnom plaćom od 70.000 tisuća šilinga, odnosno 10.000 DEM. Samo kroz te plaće ostvario je prihod, naglasio je, u iznosu od oko 350.000 eura te daljnjih 300.000 eura zarade kao suvlasnik od dobiti Wapaga.

Sanader je spomenuo i ostvarenu proviziju od prodaje jednog stroja od oko 90.000 DEM za što je pronašao i priložio jedan dokument.

- Vještak sve to nije uzeo u obzir. I plaće moje supruge počeo je obračunavati od 1994., iako je vidljivo da je prije toga imala tri godine radnoga staža - istaknuo je optuženi, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Bivši premijer Ivo Sanader i u srijedu nastavlja s iznošenjem obrane na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu u nastavku ponovljenog suđenja u aferi Fimi Media.

Sanader je na početku komentirao napise u medijima o tome kako je u utorak izjavio da je Ivana Jarnjaka spasio od haškog suda, a da ga je Jarnjak onda prodao, piše Jutarnji list.

- Nije me prodao, nego me lažno teretio. Prodaja bi značila da je rekao nešto što sam ja napravio, ali je on svoju odgovornost, da bi od osumnjičenika postao svjedok, prebacio na mene i stranku lažno nas tereteći za ono što je on radio - izjavio je Sanader.

U nastavku obrane govorio je o svom životnom putu, iznoseći ne samo detalje svoje političke, nego i poslovne karijere, koju je započeo '80-ih godina u Austriji.

Sanader želi sudu prezentirati kako je raspolagao zavidnom imovinom i prije ulaska u politiku te na taj način osporiti nalaz financijskog vještačenja kojim je utvrđen nesrazmjer u njegovoj imovini u odnosu na legalne prihode u iznosu većem od 20 milijuna kuna.

Bivši premijer istaknuo je kako vještak nije uzeo u obzir ni njegovu zaradu od manjih poslova koje je obavljao u Austriji, ali ni od velikih poslova. Pritom je ispričao kako je zajedno sa svojim partnerima i tvrtkom KCBS imao dva dovršena projekta gradnje stambenih objekata u Austriji, kao i pripremljen treći projekt izgradnje hotela u Antaliji u Turskoj. No onda je zbog povratka u Hrvatsku izišao iz te tvrtke.

Kako je naveo, samo od zarade na spomenutim projektima i za udio u tvrtki KCBS ostvario je zaradu od današnjih milijun eura.

Objasnio je i kako je imao 20 posto udjela u tvrtki Wapag za uvoz i izvoz u kojoj je ujedno bio i direktor s mjesečnom plaćom od 70.000 tisuća šilinga, odnosno 10.000 DEM. Samo kroz te plaće ostvario je prihod, naglasio je, u iznosu od oko 350.000 eura te daljnjih 300.000 eura zarade kao suvlasnik od dobiti Wapaga.

Sanader je spomenuo i ostvarenu proviziju od prodaje jednog stroja od oko 90.000 DEM za što je pronašao i priložio jedan dokument.

- Vještak sve to nije uzeo u obzir. I plaće moje supruge počeo je obračunavati od 1994., iako je vidljivo da je prije toga imala tri godine radnoga staža - istaknuo je optuženi, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Bivši premijer Ivo Sanader i u srijedu nastavlja s iznošenjem obrane na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu u nastavku ponovljenog suđenja u aferi Fimi Media.

Sanader je na početku komentirao napise u medijima o tome kako je u utorak izjavio da je Ivana Jarnjaka spasio od haškog suda, a da ga je Jarnjak onda prodao, piše Jutarnji list.

- Nije me prodao, nego me lažno teretio. Prodaja bi značila da je rekao nešto što sam ja napravio, ali je on svoju odgovornost, da bi od osumnjičenika postao svjedok, prebacio na mene i stranku lažno nas tereteći za ono što je on radio - izjavio je Sanader.

U nastavku obrane govorio je o svom životnom putu, iznoseći ne samo detalje svoje političke, nego i poslovne karijere, koju je započeo '80-ih godina u Austriji.

Sanader želi sudu prezentirati kako je raspolagao zavidnom imovinom i prije ulaska u politiku te na taj način osporiti nalaz financijskog vještačenja kojim je utvrđen nesrazmjer u njegovoj imovini u odnosu na legalne prihode u iznosu većem od 20 milijuna kuna.

Bivši premijer istaknuo je kako vještak nije uzeo u obzir ni njegovu zaradu od manjih poslova koje je obavljao u Austriji, ali ni od velikih poslova. Pritom je ispričao kako je zajedno sa svojim partnerima i tvrtkom KCBS imao dva dovršena projekta gradnje stambenih objekata u Austriji, kao i pripremljen treći projekt izgradnje hotela u Antaliji u Turskoj. No onda je zbog povratka u Hrvatsku izišao iz te tvrtke.

Kako je naveo, samo od zarade na spomenutim projektima i za udio u tvrtki KCBS ostvario je zaradu od današnjih milijun eura.

Objasnio je i kako je imao 20 posto udjela u tvrtki Wapag za uvoz i izvoz u kojoj je ujedno bio i direktor s mjesečnom plaćom od 70.000 tisuća šilinga, odnosno 10.000 DEM. Samo kroz te plaće ostvario je prihod, naglasio je, u iznosu od oko 350.000 eura te daljnjih 300.000 eura zarade kao suvlasnik od dobiti Wapaga.

Sanader je spomenuo i ostvarenu proviziju od prodaje jednog stroja od oko 90.000 DEM za što je pronašao i priložio jedan dokument.

- Vještak sve to nije uzeo u obzir. I plaće moje supruge počeo je obračunavati od 1994., iako je vidljivo da je prije toga imala tri godine radnoga staža - istaknuo je optuženi, prenosi Jutarnji list.
