Policijski službenici šibensko- kninske policijske uprave jučer su neštoprije podneva u Kistanjama zaustavili mladog vozača u redovnoj kontroli prometa.

Očito, primarni razlog zbog kojeg su šibenski policajci zaustavili 22- godišnjeg vozača je bila činjenica što vozi automobil bez registarskih oznaka.

Međutim, naknadno su utvrdili kako je to tek jedan u nizu prekršaja koje je počinio mladi vozač:

- Utvrđeno je da vozač upravlja automobilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje, dok je automobilu istekla valjanost prometne dozvole.

Zbog više prekršaja vozač je uz Optužni prijedlog priveden na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda u Šibeniku gdje mu je Rješenjem određeno zadržavanje u zatvoru u trajanju od 15 dana.

Policijski službenici šibensko- kninske policijske uprave jučer su neštoprije podneva u Kistanjama zaustavili mladog vozača u redovnoj kontroli prometa.

Očito, primarni razlog zbog kojeg su šibenski policajci zaustavili 22- godišnjeg vozača je bila činjenica što vozi automobil bez registarskih oznaka.

Međutim, naknadno su utvrdili kako je to tek jedan u nizu prekršaja koje je počinio mladi vozač:

- Utvrđeno je da vozač upravlja automobilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje, dok je automobilu istekla valjanost prometne dozvole.

Zbog više prekršaja vozač je uz Optužni prijedlog priveden na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda u Šibeniku gdje mu je Rješenjem određeno zadržavanje u zatvoru u trajanju od 15 dana.

Šibenski policajci zaustavili mladog vozača koji je napravio niz prekršaja, ostat će 15 dana iza rešetaka

Policijski službenici šibensko- kninske policijske uprave jučer su neštoprije podneva u Kistanjama zaustavili mladog vozača u redovnoj kontroli prometa.

Očito, primarni razlog zbog kojeg su šibenski policajci zaustavili 22- godišnjeg vozača je bila činjenica što vozi automobil bez registarskih oznaka.

Međutim, naknadno su utvrdili kako je to tek jedan u nizu prekršaja koje je počinio mladi vozač:

- Utvrđeno je da vozač upravlja automobilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje, dok je automobilu istekla valjanost prometne dozvole.

Zbog više prekršaja vozač je uz Optužni prijedlog priveden na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda u Šibeniku gdje mu je Rješenjem određeno zadržavanje u zatvoru u trajanju od 15 dana.
