Stručnjak za zaštitu osobnih podataka Stjepan Perko iz Zagreba podnio je u četvrtak kaznenu prijavu protiv Natalije Price, Gzima Redžepija, Sergija Ivanovića i još nepoznate osobe kako bi se, tvrdi, istražile sve okolnosti smrti zagrebačkog gradonačelnika Milana Bandića.

- Prijavljujem DORH-u utvrđivanje činjenica smrti Milana Bandića. Nitko ne smije umrijeti u ovom društvu, a da se o okolnostima smrti službeno laže. To je gubitak ikakvog dostojanstva društva. Nije ova zemlja valjda baš tolika zaje*ancija, zar ne?, napisao je ranije Perko na svom Facebook profilu.

Policija i DORH nisu po službenoj dužnosti istraživali okolnosti Bandićeve smrti, no nakon ove kaznene prijave to će morati učiniti. Stjepan Perko prijavu je danas predao DORH-u. Kaže kako, kao građanin, želi znati zašto postoji toliko interpretacija gradonačelnikove smrti. 

"Ovo je pitanje bezrezervne časti. U trenutku smrti, nitko nema pravo muljati i zato je zadatak utvrditi uzroke smrti. Hitna se ne može pozivati na GDPR. Postoji niz osoba koje treba ispitati", rekao je Perko, javlja Dnevnik.hr.

Rekao je kako DORH treba ispitati sve okolnosti. "Ja sam imao doticaja s gradonačelnikom, ali u smrti želim da se Bandiću da čast", rekao je. 

"Ovdje se radi o osobi koja je preminula, zato je bitno da hitna javi gdje je Bandić bio. Ja ovo činim građanski. Ne očekujem ništa. Imate Kazneni zakon koji nalaže - ako hitna pomoć ne dođe, već zovete ravnatelje, radite moralni problem. Ne ulazim u to je li netko intoksiniran nekim tvarima, ja se nadam da ćemo se svi sjećati kako je umro naš gradonačelnik", rekao je Perko.

Rekao je i kako ne želi insinuirati ničiju krivnju već da ostavlja DORH-u da otkrije tko je nepoznati počnitelj protiv kojeg je podigao kaznenu prijavu. 

"Ne bismo trebali biti slijepi. Ovaj put mislim da institucije trebaju raditi svoj posao, mislim da bi i njemu to značilo. 'Umro sam u ljubavi', pa što", kazao je Perko, prenosi Dnevnik.hr.

Stručnjak za zaštitu osobnih podataka Stjepan Perko iz Zagreba podnio je u četvrtak kaznenu prijavu protiv Natalije Price, Gzima Redžepija, Sergija Ivanovića i još nepoznate osobe kako bi se, tvrdi, istražile sve okolnosti smrti zagrebačkog gradonačelnika Milana Bandića.

- Prijavljujem DORH-u utvrđivanje činjenica smrti Milana Bandića. Nitko ne smije umrijeti u ovom društvu, a da se o okolnostima smrti službeno laže. To je gubitak ikakvog dostojanstva društva. Nije ova zemlja valjda baš tolika zaje*ancija, zar ne?, napisao je ranije Perko na svom Facebook profilu.

Policija i DORH nisu po službenoj dužnosti istraživali okolnosti Bandićeve smrti, no nakon ove kaznene prijave to će morati učiniti. Stjepan Perko prijavu je danas predao DORH-u. Kaže kako, kao građanin, želi znati zašto postoji toliko interpretacija gradonačelnikove smrti. 

"Ovo je pitanje bezrezervne časti. U trenutku smrti, nitko nema pravo muljati i zato je zadatak utvrditi uzroke smrti. Hitna se ne može pozivati na GDPR. Postoji niz osoba koje treba ispitati", rekao je Perko, javlja Dnevnik.hr.

Rekao je kako DORH treba ispitati sve okolnosti. "Ja sam imao doticaja s gradonačelnikom, ali u smrti želim da se Bandiću da čast", rekao je. 

"Ovdje se radi o osobi koja je preminula, zato je bitno da hitna javi gdje je Bandić bio. Ja ovo činim građanski. Ne očekujem ništa. Imate Kazneni zakon koji nalaže - ako hitna pomoć ne dođe, već zovete ravnatelje, radite moralni problem. Ne ulazim u to je li netko intoksiniran nekim tvarima, ja se nadam da ćemo se svi sjećati kako je umro naš gradonačelnik", rekao je Perko.

Rekao je i kako ne želi insinuirati ničiju krivnju već da ostavlja DORH-u da otkrije tko je nepoznati počnitelj protiv kojeg je podigao kaznenu prijavu. 

"Ne bismo trebali biti slijepi. Ovaj put mislim da institucije trebaju raditi svoj posao, mislim da bi i njemu to značilo. 'Umro sam u ljubavi', pa što", kazao je Perko, prenosi Dnevnik.hr.

Stručnjak za zaštitu osobnih podataka podnio kaznenu prijavu zbog Bandićeve smrti: ‘Policija i DORH sad će morati istražiti sve okolnosti‘

Stručnjak za zaštitu osobnih podataka Stjepan Perko iz Zagreba podnio je u četvrtak kaznenu prijavu protiv Natalije Price, Gzima Redžepija, Sergija Ivanovića i još nepoznate osobe kako bi se, tvrdi, istražile sve okolnosti smrti zagrebačkog gradonačelnika Milana Bandića.

- Prijavljujem DORH-u utvrđivanje činjenica smrti Milana Bandića. Nitko ne smije umrijeti u ovom društvu, a da se o okolnostima smrti službeno laže. To je gubitak ikakvog dostojanstva društva. Nije ova zemlja valjda baš tolika zaje*ancija, zar ne?, napisao je ranije Perko na svom Facebook profilu.

Policija i DORH nisu po službenoj dužnosti istraživali okolnosti Bandićeve smrti, no nakon ove kaznene prijave to će morati učiniti. Stjepan Perko prijavu je danas predao DORH-u. Kaže kako, kao građanin, želi znati zašto postoji toliko interpretacija gradonačelnikove smrti. 

"Ovo je pitanje bezrezervne časti. U trenutku smrti, nitko nema pravo muljati i zato je zadatak utvrditi uzroke smrti. Hitna se ne može pozivati na GDPR. Postoji niz osoba koje treba ispitati", rekao je Perko, javlja Dnevnik.hr.

Rekao je kako DORH treba ispitati sve okolnosti. "Ja sam imao doticaja s gradonačelnikom, ali u smrti želim da se Bandiću da čast", rekao je. 

"Ovdje se radi o osobi koja je preminula, zato je bitno da hitna javi gdje je Bandić bio. Ja ovo činim građanski. Ne očekujem ništa. Imate Kazneni zakon koji nalaže - ako hitna pomoć ne dođe, već zovete ravnatelje, radite moralni problem. Ne ulazim u to je li netko intoksiniran nekim tvarima, ja se nadam da ćemo se svi sjećati kako je umro naš gradonačelnik", rekao je Perko.

Rekao je i kako ne želi insinuirati ničiju krivnju već da ostavlja DORH-u da otkrije tko je nepoznati počnitelj protiv kojeg je podigao kaznenu prijavu. 

"Ne bismo trebali biti slijepi. Ovaj put mislim da institucije trebaju raditi svoj posao, mislim da bi i njemu to značilo. 'Umro sam u ljubavi', pa što", kazao je Perko, prenosi Dnevnik.hr.
