Nakon provedene istrage USKOK je podignuo optužnicu protiv HDZ-ova župana Žadarske županije Božidara Longina (63) zbog trgovanja utjecajem.

Točnije USKOK Longina tereti da je 9. rujna 2023. na otoku Istu iskoristio dužnost župana Zadarske županije, a time i ovlaštenog predstavnika Zadarske županije kao osnivača Županijske lučke uprave Zadar s jednim ciljem da si osigura besplatno korištenje veza u Luci za brodicu kojom je tom prilikom upravljao, piše Jutarnji list.

Ustrašeni lučki redar

Prema optužnici, Longin je 8. rujna 2023. vezao brodicu na tranzitni vez Luke s namjerom da ga koristi do 10. rujna. A kad je sutradan, dakle 9. rujna, lučki redar marljivo radeći svoj posao Longinu na ime pristojbe za korištenje veza izdao račun u iznosu od 48,60 eura, okrivljenik je znajući da se, sukladno Odluci o visini lučkih pristojbi i lučkih naknada Županijske lučke uprave, korištenje veza naplaćuje, lučkog redara pitao: ‘Zašto ti meni naplaćuješ?‘.

Na to mu je lučki redar odgovorio da on ne naplaćuje samo njemu nego svima koji koriste vez te da za svoj rad odgovara ravnatelju Županijske lučke uprave. To što je čuo Longinu se nikako nije svidjelo pa se okuražio reći lučkom redaru da je on šef ravnatelju i da račun koji mu je izdao treba stornirati.

Zbog autoriteta koji okrivljenik ima kao župan Zadarske županije i predstavnik osnivača njegovog poslodavca, lučki redar je, navodi USKOK, račun stornirao.

Fatalni zaborav novčanika

Kad je slučaj procurio u javnost, Longin je tvrdio da je riječ o čistom nesporazumu i neuspješnom spinu jer da u trenutku naplate pristojbe kod sebe nije imao novčanik.

- Prilikom naplate veza uz sebe nisam imao dovoljno novca jer je novčanik bio kod supruge koja je već otišla iz broda pa sam djelatnika ŽLU-a zamolio da račun platim kasnije, ali nisam znao da će ga on stornirati. Naravno da ne namjeravam ostati dužan Županijskoj lučkoj upravi i da ću platiti taj račun. Brod Sika je u vlasništvu mojeg sina, što je uostalom i javno dostupan podatak. Na Ist sam došao sa suprugom i kćeri na poziv prijatelja Davora Segarića i njegove supruge. Večerali smo u tamošnjem restoranu i ja sam platio račun - pravdao se Longin u javnosti.

Pretpostavlja se da je isto ponovio i u tužiteljstvu koje je, svejedno, protiv njega podignulo optužnicu o čijoj će osnovanosti uskoro odlučivati splitski Županijski sud. A ako ista bude potvrđena, Longin će sjesti na optužničku klupu.

Nakon provedene istrage USKOK je podignuo optužnicu protiv HDZ-ova župana Žadarske županije Božidara Longina (63) zbog trgovanja utjecajem.

Točnije USKOK Longina tereti da je 9. rujna 2023. na otoku Istu iskoristio dužnost župana Zadarske županije, a time i ovlaštenog predstavnika Zadarske županije kao osnivača Županijske lučke uprave Zadar s jednim ciljem da si osigura besplatno korištenje veza u Luci za brodicu kojom je tom prilikom upravljao, piše Jutarnji list.

Ustrašeni lučki redar

Prema optužnici, Longin je 8. rujna 2023. vezao brodicu na tranzitni vez Luke s namjerom da ga koristi do 10. rujna. A kad je sutradan, dakle 9. rujna, lučki redar marljivo radeći svoj posao Longinu na ime pristojbe za korištenje veza izdao račun u iznosu od 48,60 eura, okrivljenik je znajući da se, sukladno Odluci o visini lučkih pristojbi i lučkih naknada Županijske lučke uprave, korištenje veza naplaćuje, lučkog redara pitao: ‘Zašto ti meni naplaćuješ?‘.

Na to mu je lučki redar odgovorio da on ne naplaćuje samo njemu nego svima koji koriste vez te da za svoj rad odgovara ravnatelju Županijske lučke uprave. To što je čuo Longinu se nikako nije svidjelo pa se okuražio reći lučkom redaru da je on šef ravnatelju i da račun koji mu je izdao treba stornirati.

Zbog autoriteta koji okrivljenik ima kao župan Zadarske županije i predstavnik osnivača njegovog poslodavca, lučki redar je, navodi USKOK, račun stornirao.

Fatalni zaborav novčanika

Kad je slučaj procurio u javnost, Longin je tvrdio da je riječ o čistom nesporazumu i neuspješnom spinu jer da u trenutku naplate pristojbe kod sebe nije imao novčanik.

- Prilikom naplate veza uz sebe nisam imao dovoljno novca jer je novčanik bio kod supruge koja je već otišla iz broda pa sam djelatnika ŽLU-a zamolio da račun platim kasnije, ali nisam znao da će ga on stornirati. Naravno da ne namjeravam ostati dužan Županijskoj lučkoj upravi i da ću platiti taj račun. Brod Sika je u vlasništvu mojeg sina, što je uostalom i javno dostupan podatak. Na Ist sam došao sa suprugom i kćeri na poziv prijatelja Davora Segarića i njegove supruge. Večerali smo u tamošnjem restoranu i ja sam platio račun - pravdao se Longin u javnosti.

Pretpostavlja se da je isto ponovio i u tužiteljstvu koje je, svejedno, protiv njega podignulo optužnicu o čijoj će osnovanosti uskoro odlučivati splitski Županijski sud. A ako ista bude potvrđena, Longin će sjesti na optužničku klupu.
