Čekanje na cjepivo ovisi o dinamici isporuke, rekla je Iva Pem Novosel za N1 televiziju.
“Savjetujem svima da se cijepe ako imaju priliku, da ne čekaju. Sva cjepiva, pa i AstraZeneca – ako ima nešto nižu učinkom od druga dva, u zaštiti teških oblika bolesti i onih koji završavaju smrtnim ishodom djeluju. Sva cjepiva štite od njih. To je najvažnije što trebamo postići”, kaže Iva Pem Novosel.
Učinkovitost prve doze je zadovoljavajuća, a zaštita se postiže nakon tri tjedna, dodala je.
“Teško mi je reći kada će završiti cijepljenje, znamo koliko imamo ljudi starije dobio, no ne znamo koliko će ih se cijepiti. Ipak, svakodnevno raste broj onih koji se žele cijepiti. To je dobro i za zaštitu pojedinca, a i za zaštitu zajednice. Time ćemo brže doći do kolektivnog imuniteta”, kazala je epidemiologinja.
Sada se cijepe osobe iznad 65 godina, potom slijede osobe s kroničnim bolestima, jer su svi članovi rizične skupine koje mogu dobiti teški oblik bolesti s komplikacijama. Potom, ako dinamika isporuke bude adekvatna, mogu se i drugi građani cijepiti početkom proljeća, rekla je.
Hoće li EMA odobriti rusko cjepivo?
“Vrlo moguće, taj je proces već započeo, pa je vjerojatno da će se i to dogoditi. Mislim da ćemo brzo dobiti sljedeća cjepiva i da ćemo biti u boljoj situaciji i imati mogućnost izbora”, kazala je Pem Novosel.
Srbija najavljuje mogućnost proizvodnje Sputnjika. Može li se nešto slično očekivati i u Hrvatskoj?
“To bi bilo idealno kada bi se moglo sprovesti, pa bi o tome stručnjake iz Imunološkog trebalo pitati”, rekla je.
“Suosjećamo s poduzetnicima, ali epidemija nije ni blizu kraja”
Protuepidemijske mjere – ima li prostora za popuštanje?
Naglasila je kako joj je žao što pojedini gospodarstvenici trpe veliku štetu.
“Suosjećamo s njima. Ipak, moramo podsjetiti da još epidemija nije niti blizu kraja, uz sve naše pozitivne i optimistične želje. Procjepljivanje je u početnoj fazi, sada imamo oko dva posto procijepljenih u populaciji, a poželjno je 50 posto populacije cijepiti”, rekla je epidemiologinja.
Kazala je o kako je moguće da se prišuljao i novi soj, ali da ih tješi što su brojke zadovoljavajuće.
“No kada bi malo popustili i kada bi došlo do unosa novog soja, opet bi bilo problema. Svako otvaranje, primjerice teretana i terasa kafića, i dalje bi značilo da se treba držati određenih mjera. Mjere svugdje i u svakoj prilici trebaju poštivati”, naglasila je Iva Pem Novosel.

Čekanje na cjepivo ovisi o dinamici isporuke, rekla je Iva Pem Novosel za N1 televiziju.
“Savjetujem svima da se cijepe ako imaju priliku, da ne čekaju. Sva cjepiva, pa i AstraZeneca – ako ima nešto nižu učinkom od druga dva, u zaštiti teških oblika bolesti i onih koji završavaju smrtnim ishodom djeluju. Sva cjepiva štite od njih. To je najvažnije što trebamo postići”, kaže Iva Pem Novosel.
Učinkovitost prve doze je zadovoljavajuća, a zaštita se postiže nakon tri tjedna, dodala je.
“Teško mi je reći kada će završiti cijepljenje, znamo koliko imamo ljudi starije dobio, no ne znamo koliko će ih se cijepiti. Ipak, svakodnevno raste broj onih koji se žele cijepiti. To je dobro i za zaštitu pojedinca, a i za zaštitu zajednice. Time ćemo brže doći do kolektivnog imuniteta”, kazala je epidemiologinja.
Sada se cijepe osobe iznad 65 godina, potom slijede osobe s kroničnim bolestima, jer su svi članovi rizične skupine koje mogu dobiti teški oblik bolesti s komplikacijama. Potom, ako dinamika isporuke bude adekvatna, mogu se i drugi građani cijepiti početkom proljeća, rekla je.
Hoće li EMA odobriti rusko cjepivo?
“Vrlo moguće, taj je proces već započeo, pa je vjerojatno da će se i to dogoditi. Mislim da ćemo brzo dobiti sljedeća cjepiva i da ćemo biti u boljoj situaciji i imati mogućnost izbora”, kazala je Pem Novosel.
Srbija najavljuje mogućnost proizvodnje Sputnjika. Može li se nešto slično očekivati i u Hrvatskoj?
“To bi bilo idealno kada bi se moglo sprovesti, pa bi o tome stručnjake iz Imunološkog trebalo pitati”, rekla je.
“Suosjećamo s poduzetnicima, ali epidemija nije ni blizu kraja”
Protuepidemijske mjere – ima li prostora za popuštanje?
Naglasila je kako joj je žao što pojedini gospodarstvenici trpe veliku štetu.
“Suosjećamo s njima. Ipak, moramo podsjetiti da još epidemija nije niti blizu kraja, uz sve naše pozitivne i optimistične želje. Procjepljivanje je u početnoj fazi, sada imamo oko dva posto procijepljenih u populaciji, a poželjno je 50 posto populacije cijepiti”, rekla je epidemiologinja.
Kazala je o kako je moguće da se prišuljao i novi soj, ali da ih tješi što su brojke zadovoljavajuće.
“No kada bi malo popustili i kada bi došlo do unosa novog soja, opet bi bilo problema. Svako otvaranje, primjerice teretana i terasa kafića, i dalje bi značilo da se treba držati određenih mjera. Mjere svugdje i u svakoj prilici trebaju poštivati”, naglasila je Iva Pem Novosel.
