spred KBC Split održana je konferencija za medije na kojoj se govorilo o smrti 17-godišnjakinje.
Doc. dr. Branka Polić, pročelnica zavoda za intenzivnu pedijatriju kazala je da je bolesnica, nakon što je zaprimljena u bolnicu, liječena u zavodu za intenzivnu pedijatriju po svim pravilima struke.
- Nakon uspješne reanimacije ona je stabilizirana, premještena je k nama, ali je došlo do nemilog događaja. Unatoč liječenju jučer je preminula.
Djevojka je imala kronične bolesti, ali ne možemo zanemariti činjenicu da je bila Covid pozitivna. Do smrtnog ishoda je došlo zbog njenih kroničnih bolesti uz ovu Covid-19 infekciju. Bolesnica je imala zastoj rada srca i pluća - kazala je Polić.
Kazala je da će po pitanju obdukcije zadnju riječ dati struka.
Polić je kazala i da se ne može zanemariti Covid infekcija koju je djevojka imala i koja joj je potvrđena u trenutku kada je primljena u bolnicu. Ustvrdila je i da se u bolnici sve radilo prema pravilima i preporukama struke.
Na pitanje novinara je li moguće da 17-godišnjakinja nije imala simptome Covida, Polić je kazala da je to moguće.
- Ono što je iz anamneze nama poznato da je ona u subotu popodne dobila temperaturu - kazala je.
Na pitanje je li moguće da mladom čovjeku bez Covida se dogodi zastoj rada srca i pluća, Polić je kazala da postoje situacije kada se to može dogoditi.
- Liječimo teške astmatske statuse koji završe i na respiratoru. Kod bolesti vitalnih organa kao što su srce i pluća sve je moguće - kazala je.
- Svaki bolesnik se testira. Naravno da u ovakvim situacijama morate pomoći teškom i životnom ugroženom bolesniku i onda napraviti test. Djelatnici, kada je to najavljen prijem, pripreme se i opreme za takvu situaciju - kazala je.
Polić je kazala i da u ovom trenutku na odjelu nemaju maloljetnih pacijenata s Covidom.

spred KBC Split održana je konferencija za medije na kojoj se govorilo o smrti 17-godišnjakinje.
Doc. dr. Branka Polić, pročelnica zavoda za intenzivnu pedijatriju kazala je da je bolesnica, nakon što je zaprimljena u bolnicu, liječena u zavodu za intenzivnu pedijatriju po svim pravilima struke.
- Nakon uspješne reanimacije ona je stabilizirana, premještena je k nama, ali je došlo do nemilog događaja. Unatoč liječenju jučer je preminula.
Djevojka je imala kronične bolesti, ali ne možemo zanemariti činjenicu da je bila Covid pozitivna. Do smrtnog ishoda je došlo zbog njenih kroničnih bolesti uz ovu Covid-19 infekciju. Bolesnica je imala zastoj rada srca i pluća - kazala je Polić.
Kazala je da će po pitanju obdukcije zadnju riječ dati struka.
Polić je kazala i da se ne može zanemariti Covid infekcija koju je djevojka imala i koja joj je potvrđena u trenutku kada je primljena u bolnicu. Ustvrdila je i da se u bolnici sve radilo prema pravilima i preporukama struke.
Na pitanje novinara je li moguće da 17-godišnjakinja nije imala simptome Covida, Polić je kazala da je to moguće.
- Ono što je iz anamneze nama poznato da je ona u subotu popodne dobila temperaturu - kazala je.
Na pitanje je li moguće da mladom čovjeku bez Covida se dogodi zastoj rada srca i pluća, Polić je kazala da postoje situacije kada se to može dogoditi.
- Liječimo teške astmatske statuse koji završe i na respiratoru. Kod bolesti vitalnih organa kao što su srce i pluća sve je moguće - kazala je.
- Svaki bolesnik se testira. Naravno da u ovakvim situacijama morate pomoći teškom i životnom ugroženom bolesniku i onda napraviti test. Djelatnici, kada je to najavljen prijem, pripreme se i opreme za takvu situaciju - kazala je.
Polić je kazala i da u ovom trenutku na odjelu nemaju maloljetnih pacijenata s Covidom.
