Bolnice redom ostaju bez lijekova nakon što Vlada i Veledrogerije nisu uspjele pronaći zajedničko rješenje za dugove bolnica prema Veledrogerijama. Zbog svega toga strahuju pacijenti, piše Dnevnik.hr
Predsjednica UNESCO odjela za prava pacijenata Jasna Karačić otkriva javljaju li im se već pacijenti i jesu li preplašeni raspletom, odnosno činjenicom da se masovno obustavljaju isporuke lijekova.
"Ovo je jedna kritična i uznemiravajuća situacija. Pacijenti se javljaju zabrinuti za ono što ih čeka. Pacijenti su u strahu hoće li imati potrebnu zdravstvenu zaštitu u bolnicama ili će morati nositi sa sobom lijekove", kaže
Karačić navodi i tko je kriv za ovaj problem i toliko veliku količinu duga - ravnatelji koji trebaju voditi računa o troškovima bolnica ili država koja daje premalo novca.
"Ovo je sustavni problem koji se ignorira godinama, ovo nije od jučer. Zapravo se sve prepustilo slučaju. I dalje vidimo da nema modela upravljanja u hitnim situacijama, kao što je ova", napomenula je.
Otkrila je što UNESCO Hrvatska, kao dio svjetske institucije koja štiti prava pacijenata može učiniti i mogu li ljudi koji svaki mjesec iz plaće poprilično plaćaju zdravstveno osiguranje tužiti državu.
"Prava su vrlo jasna. Uz obavezno postoji i dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje i naravno da za to treba dobiti potpunu zdravstvenu zaštitu. Je li taj model održiv? To je pitanje koje treba realizirati. Ako zdravstvena zaštita nije omogućena onda pacijenti mogu tužiti državu preko Suda za ljudska prava", napomenula je i dodala kako druge zemlje, odnosno, kako kaže, pametne države ulažu u zdravstvo.
"Pametne države znaju preusmjeriti novac i znaju što je prioritet, a to je javno zdravstvo. Ne kupuju se automobili, primjerice, već se preusmjeri u ono što je prioritet", napomenula je.
Udruga će poslati svoje prijedloge Vladi.
"Alarmantne su obustave lijekove, treba poduzeti hitne mjere, mi ćemo poslati prijedloge za unaprijeđenje po hitnom postupku", izjavila je Karačić za Dnevnik.hr

Bolnice redom ostaju bez lijekova nakon što Vlada i Veledrogerije nisu uspjele pronaći zajedničko rješenje za dugove bolnica prema Veledrogerijama. Zbog svega toga strahuju pacijenti, piše Dnevnik.hr
Predsjednica UNESCO odjela za prava pacijenata Jasna Karačić otkriva javljaju li im se već pacijenti i jesu li preplašeni raspletom, odnosno činjenicom da se masovno obustavljaju isporuke lijekova.
"Ovo je jedna kritična i uznemiravajuća situacija. Pacijenti se javljaju zabrinuti za ono što ih čeka. Pacijenti su u strahu hoće li imati potrebnu zdravstvenu zaštitu u bolnicama ili će morati nositi sa sobom lijekove", kaže
Karačić navodi i tko je kriv za ovaj problem i toliko veliku količinu duga - ravnatelji koji trebaju voditi računa o troškovima bolnica ili država koja daje premalo novca.
"Ovo je sustavni problem koji se ignorira godinama, ovo nije od jučer. Zapravo se sve prepustilo slučaju. I dalje vidimo da nema modela upravljanja u hitnim situacijama, kao što je ova", napomenula je.
Otkrila je što UNESCO Hrvatska, kao dio svjetske institucije koja štiti prava pacijenata može učiniti i mogu li ljudi koji svaki mjesec iz plaće poprilično plaćaju zdravstveno osiguranje tužiti državu.
"Prava su vrlo jasna. Uz obavezno postoji i dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje i naravno da za to treba dobiti potpunu zdravstvenu zaštitu. Je li taj model održiv? To je pitanje koje treba realizirati. Ako zdravstvena zaštita nije omogućena onda pacijenti mogu tužiti državu preko Suda za ljudska prava", napomenula je i dodala kako druge zemlje, odnosno, kako kaže, pametne države ulažu u zdravstvo.
"Pametne države znaju preusmjeriti novac i znaju što je prioritet, a to je javno zdravstvo. Ne kupuju se automobili, primjerice, već se preusmjeri u ono što je prioritet", napomenula je.
Udruga će poslati svoje prijedloge Vladi.
"Alarmantne su obustave lijekove, treba poduzeti hitne mjere, mi ćemo poslati prijedloge za unaprijeđenje po hitnom postupku", izjavila je Karačić za Dnevnik.hr
