Ekonomski analitičar Damir Novotny u N1 Novom danu komentirao je rast BDP-a, što to znači za rast ili pad cijena, inflaciju i društvo u cijelosti. Političari, kao sad premijer Andrej Plenković ili ministar financija Marko Primorac, vole se hvaliti kad BDP raste, no pitanje je koliko to građani osjećaju.

“Osjećaju, nije da ne osjećaju, samo neravnomjerno. Nije to horizontalno, nego vertikalno. Osjeća se po silosima pojedinih sektora. Naravno, Vlada to pripisuje sebi, što bih napravio i ja da sam predsjednik Vlade, svi bi to napravili u smislu političkog marketinga. Korištenje europskih fondova potaknulo je brojne profesije, a tu je i ogroman novac za obnovu nakon potresa”, rekao je Novotny pa nastavio: “Uključene profesije to osjećaju pa rastu i plaće, što je logično jer raste potražnja za njima”.

No podaci pokazuju da plaće najviše rastu u državnom sektoru, što sugerira da je situacija upravo suprotna. Čak se zabilježio njihov pad u siječnju.

“Svaki rast ekonomske aktivnosti u načelu je dobar, ali ne za sva radna mjesta. Rast koji ima Hrvatska povećava potražnju za nižim radnim mjestima, koja su bolje plaćena nego prije. Majstori, kojih nedostaje, zarađuju kao u Njemačkoj, jer je potražnja velika. Hrvatska ima oko 130.000 mikropoduzetnika i ostvarili su gubitak od sto milijuna eura u 2022., što znači da nisu mogli podizati plaće. Oni su u najlošijem položaju”, istaknuo je Novotny pa objasnio što je problem.

“Strukturni problemi ostaju iako imamo rast nacionalnih računa. Mikro i mali poduzetnici ključ su ekonomskog razvoja u svim zemljama. Nemaju dovoljno kapitala, nemaju pristup novcu, pod velikim su poreznim pritiskom, nemaju pomoć vlada… Siva zona je velika i ne vidim aktivnosti u njoj. Javni sektor pak profitira od segmenta potrošnje. Posebno je razlog tome turizam, kao i povećanje plaća u javnom sektoru, koji je izrazito neproduktivan u odnosu na to kakva su primanja”.

Svejedno, ministar financija tvrdi da rast plaća nema alternative.

“To je retorika političara, a ne znanstvenika, iako bi trebao govoriti više znanstvenim, nego političkim jezikom. Plaće moraju biti posljedica rasta produktivnosti i rada, a ne političkih odluka. Tržište to mora odrediti, a ne Vlada”, jasan je ekonomski stručnjak.

Kako je moguće da hrvatsko gospodarstvo raste višestruko više u odnosu na ona jačih zemalja?

“Europska središnja banka je u borbi protiv inflacije odlučila zaoštriti monetarnu politiku, što je rezultiralo padom ekonomske aktivnosti, što je pak rezultiralo padom potražnje, a to usporavanjem rasta cijena. To će se nastaviti dok inflacija ne padne ispod dva posto za europodručje. U Hrvatskoj je suprotno zbog povećanja plaća, što podiže cijene i samim time potrošnju”.

Za ovu godinu projiciran je rast BDP-a od 2,8 posto, što bi trebalo utjecati na sve ekonomske aktivnosti.

“Ne vjerujem prognozama, ali uvjeren sam da će se ova situacija nastaviti jer će projekti trajati narednih nekoliko godina, novac je osiguran. Također, neće biti problema u energetskom sektoru, kao što možemo očekivati i da će turistički sektor rasti. No cijene neće padati. Iako najčešće gledamo cijene hrane, one se neće mijenjati. Kod nas je najveći problem inflacija cijena stanova. Oni su postali nepriuštivi mladima i onima koji su mislili ostati ovdje”, naglasio je Damir Novotny za N1 pa na kraju komentirao eventualna porezna rasterećenja.

“Nerealno ih je očekivati. Netko mora isfinancirati rast plaća u javnom sektoru, a to su porezni obveznici. Bilo kakva intervencija u porezni sustav u ovoj situaciji je nemoguća. Nikakve velike porezne promjene nećemo vidjeti. Zato će siva ekonomija ostati na tridesetak posto BDP-a, kao i dosad. Ipak, možemo očekivati porez na nekretnine jer je stiglo vrijeme za to. Tako bi se pokušala stvoriti stabilna baza prihoda za lokalne samouprave, ali bi se i zaustavila hiperinflacija rasta cijena nekretnina”.

Ekonomski analitičar Damir Novotny u N1 Novom danu komentirao je rast BDP-a, što to znači za rast ili pad cijena, inflaciju i društvo u cijelosti. Političari, kao sad premijer Andrej Plenković ili ministar financija Marko Primorac, vole se hvaliti kad BDP raste, no pitanje je koliko to građani osjećaju.

“Osjećaju, nije da ne osjećaju, samo neravnomjerno. Nije to horizontalno, nego vertikalno. Osjeća se po silosima pojedinih sektora. Naravno, Vlada to pripisuje sebi, što bih napravio i ja da sam predsjednik Vlade, svi bi to napravili u smislu političkog marketinga. Korištenje europskih fondova potaknulo je brojne profesije, a tu je i ogroman novac za obnovu nakon potresa”, rekao je Novotny pa nastavio: “Uključene profesije to osjećaju pa rastu i plaće, što je logično jer raste potražnja za njima”.

No podaci pokazuju da plaće najviše rastu u državnom sektoru, što sugerira da je situacija upravo suprotna. Čak se zabilježio njihov pad u siječnju.

“Svaki rast ekonomske aktivnosti u načelu je dobar, ali ne za sva radna mjesta. Rast koji ima Hrvatska povećava potražnju za nižim radnim mjestima, koja su bolje plaćena nego prije. Majstori, kojih nedostaje, zarađuju kao u Njemačkoj, jer je potražnja velika. Hrvatska ima oko 130.000 mikropoduzetnika i ostvarili su gubitak od sto milijuna eura u 2022., što znači da nisu mogli podizati plaće. Oni su u najlošijem položaju”, istaknuo je Novotny pa objasnio što je problem.

“Strukturni problemi ostaju iako imamo rast nacionalnih računa. Mikro i mali poduzetnici ključ su ekonomskog razvoja u svim zemljama. Nemaju dovoljno kapitala, nemaju pristup novcu, pod velikim su poreznim pritiskom, nemaju pomoć vlada… Siva zona je velika i ne vidim aktivnosti u njoj. Javni sektor pak profitira od segmenta potrošnje. Posebno je razlog tome turizam, kao i povećanje plaća u javnom sektoru, koji je izrazito neproduktivan u odnosu na to kakva su primanja”.

Svejedno, ministar financija tvrdi da rast plaća nema alternative.

“To je retorika političara, a ne znanstvenika, iako bi trebao govoriti više znanstvenim, nego političkim jezikom. Plaće moraju biti posljedica rasta produktivnosti i rada, a ne političkih odluka. Tržište to mora odrediti, a ne Vlada”, jasan je ekonomski stručnjak.

Kako je moguće da hrvatsko gospodarstvo raste višestruko više u odnosu na ona jačih zemalja?

“Europska središnja banka je u borbi protiv inflacije odlučila zaoštriti monetarnu politiku, što je rezultiralo padom ekonomske aktivnosti, što je pak rezultiralo padom potražnje, a to usporavanjem rasta cijena. To će se nastaviti dok inflacija ne padne ispod dva posto za europodručje. U Hrvatskoj je suprotno zbog povećanja plaća, što podiže cijene i samim time potrošnju”.

Za ovu godinu projiciran je rast BDP-a od 2,8 posto, što bi trebalo utjecati na sve ekonomske aktivnosti.

“Ne vjerujem prognozama, ali uvjeren sam da će se ova situacija nastaviti jer će projekti trajati narednih nekoliko godina, novac je osiguran. Također, neće biti problema u energetskom sektoru, kao što možemo očekivati i da će turistički sektor rasti. No cijene neće padati. Iako najčešće gledamo cijene hrane, one se neće mijenjati. Kod nas je najveći problem inflacija cijena stanova. Oni su postali nepriuštivi mladima i onima koji su mislili ostati ovdje”, naglasio je Damir Novotny za N1 pa na kraju komentirao eventualna porezna rasterećenja.

“Nerealno ih je očekivati. Netko mora isfinancirati rast plaća u javnom sektoru, a to su porezni obveznici. Bilo kakva intervencija u porezni sustav u ovoj situaciji je nemoguća. Nikakve velike porezne promjene nećemo vidjeti. Zato će siva ekonomija ostati na tridesetak posto BDP-a, kao i dosad. Ipak, možemo očekivati porez na nekretnine jer je stiglo vrijeme za to. Tako bi se pokušala stvoriti stabilna baza prihoda za lokalne samouprave, ali bi se i zaustavila hiperinflacija rasta cijena nekretnina”.
