Hrvatski sabor u petak će raspravljati o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu kojima se regulira i osiguranje od građanskopravne odgovornosti u pogledu upotrebe automatiziranih vozila.
Izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu u naš pravni poredak prenosi se Direktiva EU čime se proširuje obuhvat primjene zakona u odnosu na pojam vozila i upotrebe vozila.
Također, uvode se nova pravila u pogledu upotrebe vozila u događanjima i aktivnostima povezanima s motornim sportom, provjere osiguranja, primjene isključenja obveze osiguranja, minimalnih iznosa pokrića te zaštite oštećenih osoba u nezgodama koje uključuju prikolicu koju vuče vozilo. 
Izmjenama se propisuje i obveza naknade štete iz Garancijskog fonda za štete koje oštećene osobe nisu mogle naplatiti zbog nastanka razloga za prestanak društva za osiguranje odnosno otvaranja postupka likvidacije ili stečaja društva za osiguranje.
Uređuju se i odredbe u svezi rješavanja odštetnih zahtjeva te prava oštećenih osoba na podnošenje tužbe te se regulira osiguranje od građanskopravne odgovornosti u pogledu upotrebe automatiziranih vozila.
Prije toga zastupnici će raspraviti i konačni prijedlog izmjena i dopuna Zakona o  računovodstvu kojima je cilj povećati transparentnost i javni nadzor nad informacijama o porezu na dobit koje dostavljaju poduzetnici koji posluju na državnom području više država članica EU te čiji prihod odnosno konsolidirani prihod premašuje 750 milijuna eura. 
Konačnim prijedlogom zakona propisuje se i nadležnost Ministarstva financija i Porezne uprave za nadzor poduzetnika u dijelu izrade i objave izvješća o informacijama o porezu na dobit.
Zastupnici će raspraviti i konačni prijedlog zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o alternativnim investicijskim fondovima te konačni prijedlog zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o provedbi Uredbe EU o europskim pružateljima usluga skupnog financiranja.

Hrvatski sabor u petak će raspravljati o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu kojima se regulira i osiguranje od građanskopravne odgovornosti u pogledu upotrebe automatiziranih vozila.
Izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu u naš pravni poredak prenosi se Direktiva EU čime se proširuje obuhvat primjene zakona u odnosu na pojam vozila i upotrebe vozila.
Također, uvode se nova pravila u pogledu upotrebe vozila u događanjima i aktivnostima povezanima s motornim sportom, provjere osiguranja, primjene isključenja obveze osiguranja, minimalnih iznosa pokrića te zaštite oštećenih osoba u nezgodama koje uključuju prikolicu koju vuče vozilo. 
Izmjenama se propisuje i obveza naknade štete iz Garancijskog fonda za štete koje oštećene osobe nisu mogle naplatiti zbog nastanka razloga za prestanak društva za osiguranje odnosno otvaranja postupka likvidacije ili stečaja društva za osiguranje.
Uređuju se i odredbe u svezi rješavanja odštetnih zahtjeva te prava oštećenih osoba na podnošenje tužbe te se regulira osiguranje od građanskopravne odgovornosti u pogledu upotrebe automatiziranih vozila.
Prije toga zastupnici će raspraviti i konačni prijedlog izmjena i dopuna Zakona o  računovodstvu kojima je cilj povećati transparentnost i javni nadzor nad informacijama o porezu na dobit koje dostavljaju poduzetnici koji posluju na državnom području više država članica EU te čiji prihod odnosno konsolidirani prihod premašuje 750 milijuna eura. 
Konačnim prijedlogom zakona propisuje se i nadležnost Ministarstva financija i Porezne uprave za nadzor poduzetnika u dijelu izrade i objave izvješća o informacijama o porezu na dobit.
Zastupnici će raspraviti i konačni prijedlog zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o alternativnim investicijskim fondovima te konačni prijedlog zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o provedbi Uredbe EU o europskim pružateljima usluga skupnog financiranja.

Hrvatski sabor u petak će raspravljati o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu kojima se regulira i osiguranje od građanskopravne odgovornosti u pogledu upotrebe automatiziranih vozila.
Izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu u naš pravni poredak prenosi se Direktiva EU čime se proširuje obuhvat primjene zakona u odnosu na pojam vozila i upotrebe vozila.
Također, uvode se nova pravila u pogledu upotrebe vozila u događanjima i aktivnostima povezanima s motornim sportom, provjere osiguranja, primjene isključenja obveze osiguranja, minimalnih iznosa pokrića te zaštite oštećenih osoba u nezgodama koje uključuju prikolicu koju vuče vozilo. 
Izmjenama se propisuje i obveza naknade štete iz Garancijskog fonda za štete koje oštećene osobe nisu mogle naplatiti zbog nastanka razloga za prestanak društva za osiguranje odnosno otvaranja postupka likvidacije ili stečaja društva za osiguranje.
Uređuju se i odredbe u svezi rješavanja odštetnih zahtjeva te prava oštećenih osoba na podnošenje tužbe te se regulira osiguranje od građanskopravne odgovornosti u pogledu upotrebe automatiziranih vozila.
Prije toga zastupnici će raspraviti i konačni prijedlog izmjena i dopuna Zakona o  računovodstvu kojima je cilj povećati transparentnost i javni nadzor nad informacijama o porezu na dobit koje dostavljaju poduzetnici koji posluju na državnom području više država članica EU te čiji prihod odnosno konsolidirani prihod premašuje 750 milijuna eura. 
Konačnim prijedlogom zakona propisuje se i nadležnost Ministarstva financija i Porezne uprave za nadzor poduzetnika u dijelu izrade i objave izvješća o informacijama o porezu na dobit.
Zastupnici će raspraviti i konačni prijedlog zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o alternativnim investicijskim fondovima te konačni prijedlog zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o provedbi Uredbe EU o europskim pružateljima usluga skupnog financiranja.
