Oni koji se zaraze koronavirusom, a u međuvremenu se cijepe, ne znajući da su preboljeli COVID ili da su trenutno u fazi inkubacije, ne bi trebali imati nikakvih posljedica za zdravlje, štoviše, zaštita od mogućnosti ponovne infekcije trebala bi u njihovim slučajevima biti dulja i snažnija.

Kaže nam to prof. dr. Zlatko Trobonjača, imunolog i profesor na riječkom Medicinskom fakultetu, koji objašnjava ako se dogodi da je cijepljena osoba pokupila virus od zaražene osobe neposredno prije cijepljenja, kao što se to slučaj s ravnateljicom Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije dr. Željkom Karin onda može imati pojačanu primarnu reakciju.

"U isto se vrijeme može imati reakcija potaknuta cjepivom kao i živim virusom kojim se osoba zarazila, no u konačnici će takva osoba biti 'busterirana' odnosno jako dobro imunizirana od SARS-CoV-2 virusa. Splitska liječnica sigurno neće biti jedini takav slučaj. Mnogi se mogu inficirati prije nego što prime cjepivo ili u fazi inkubacije bolesti dok još nisu imali vremena razviti imunološki odgovor – napominje Trobonjača.

Profesor Trobonjača podsjeća kako već i prva doza cjepiva u velikoj mjeri štiti od zaraze.

"Ako u roku od osam ili deset dana nakon cjepiva dođete u kontakt s koronavirusom, velika je sigurnost da se nećete zaraziti. Prva doza cjepiva proizvodi antitijela, dok je druga doza 'buster', ona pojačava imunost i stvara daleko više antitijela nego što je primarno potrebno da se zaštitimo od zaraze. Osobe koje su se zarazile pa primile cjepivo, ne bi trebale imati loše učinke po zdravlje, štoviše, bit će samo otpornije. Imali smo slučaj u Njemačkoj gdje su greškom nekolicini ljudi dali cijelu ampulu, odnosno šest doza cjepiva, umjesto jedne. Ni tu čak nije bilo značajnijih posljedica po njihovo zdravlje, samo je izazvana snažna imunološka reakcija pa su se osjećali kao da su dobili gripu – napominje dr. Trobonjača koji se i sam cijepio u petak.

“Prvo me malo žarilo rame na mjestu vakcinacije, danas me boli glava i osjećam malo zimicu, no to je dobro jer pokazuje da se događa imunosna reakcija. Apsolutno pozivam još jednom sve građane da se cijepe – veli liječnik.

Slučaj zaraze splitske liječnice Željke Karin komentirao je i Krunoslav Capak, ravnatelj HZJZ-a.  

"Ona je imala rizični kontakt prije cijepljenja, a nakon toga je doznala da je pozitivna. To nije neuobičajena situacija. Neki ne znaju da su bili u bliskom kontaktu s pozitivnom osobom. Ako obole, za vrijeme bolesti se neće cijepiti nego će drugu dozu primiti kad ozdrave. Ne očekuju se posebni problemi ili posljedice jer se cijepila za vrijeme inkubacije virusa, rekao je Capak.

Oni koji se zaraze koronavirusom, a u međuvremenu se cijepe, ne znajući da su preboljeli COVID ili da su trenutno u fazi inkubacije, ne bi trebali imati nikakvih posljedica za zdravlje, štoviše, zaštita od mogućnosti ponovne infekcije trebala bi u njihovim slučajevima biti dulja i snažnija.

Kaže nam to prof. dr. Zlatko Trobonjača, imunolog i profesor na riječkom Medicinskom fakultetu, koji objašnjava ako se dogodi da je cijepljena osoba pokupila virus od zaražene osobe neposredno prije cijepljenja, kao što se to slučaj s ravnateljicom Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije dr. Željkom Karin onda može imati pojačanu primarnu reakciju.

"U isto se vrijeme može imati reakcija potaknuta cjepivom kao i živim virusom kojim se osoba zarazila, no u konačnici će takva osoba biti 'busterirana' odnosno jako dobro imunizirana od SARS-CoV-2 virusa. Splitska liječnica sigurno neće biti jedini takav slučaj. Mnogi se mogu inficirati prije nego što prime cjepivo ili u fazi inkubacije bolesti dok još nisu imali vremena razviti imunološki odgovor – napominje Trobonjača.

Profesor Trobonjača podsjeća kako već i prva doza cjepiva u velikoj mjeri štiti od zaraze.

"Ako u roku od osam ili deset dana nakon cjepiva dođete u kontakt s koronavirusom, velika je sigurnost da se nećete zaraziti. Prva doza cjepiva proizvodi antitijela, dok je druga doza 'buster', ona pojačava imunost i stvara daleko više antitijela nego što je primarno potrebno da se zaštitimo od zaraze. Osobe koje su se zarazile pa primile cjepivo, ne bi trebale imati loše učinke po zdravlje, štoviše, bit će samo otpornije. Imali smo slučaj u Njemačkoj gdje su greškom nekolicini ljudi dali cijelu ampulu, odnosno šest doza cjepiva, umjesto jedne. Ni tu čak nije bilo značajnijih posljedica po njihovo zdravlje, samo je izazvana snažna imunološka reakcija pa su se osjećali kao da su dobili gripu – napominje dr. Trobonjača koji se i sam cijepio u petak.

“Prvo me malo žarilo rame na mjestu vakcinacije, danas me boli glava i osjećam malo zimicu, no to je dobro jer pokazuje da se događa imunosna reakcija. Apsolutno pozivam još jednom sve građane da se cijepe – veli liječnik.

Slučaj zaraze splitske liječnice Željke Karin komentirao je i Krunoslav Capak, ravnatelj HZJZ-a.  

"Ona je imala rizični kontakt prije cijepljenja, a nakon toga je doznala da je pozitivna. To nije neuobičajena situacija. Neki ne znaju da su bili u bliskom kontaktu s pozitivnom osobom. Ako obole, za vrijeme bolesti se neće cijepiti nego će drugu dozu primiti kad ozdrave. Ne očekuju se posebni problemi ili posljedice jer se cijepila za vrijeme inkubacije virusa, rekao je Capak.

Što ako se cijepite, a već ste zaraženi koronom? Neće vam se ništa dogoditi, samo ćete biti dulje zaštićeni od nove infekcije

Oni koji se zaraze koronavirusom, a u međuvremenu se cijepe, ne znajući da su preboljeli COVID ili da su trenutno u fazi inkubacije, ne bi trebali imati nikakvih posljedica za zdravlje, štoviše, zaštita od mogućnosti ponovne infekcije trebala bi u njihovim slučajevima biti dulja i snažnija.

Kaže nam to prof. dr. Zlatko Trobonjača, imunolog i profesor na riječkom Medicinskom fakultetu, koji objašnjava ako se dogodi da je cijepljena osoba pokupila virus od zaražene osobe neposredno prije cijepljenja, kao što se to slučaj s ravnateljicom Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije dr. Željkom Karin onda može imati pojačanu primarnu reakciju.

"U isto se vrijeme može imati reakcija potaknuta cjepivom kao i živim virusom kojim se osoba zarazila, no u konačnici će takva osoba biti 'busterirana' odnosno jako dobro imunizirana od SARS-CoV-2 virusa. Splitska liječnica sigurno neće biti jedini takav slučaj. Mnogi se mogu inficirati prije nego što prime cjepivo ili u fazi inkubacije bolesti dok još nisu imali vremena razviti imunološki odgovor – napominje Trobonjača.

Profesor Trobonjača podsjeća kako već i prva doza cjepiva u velikoj mjeri štiti od zaraze.

"Ako u roku od osam ili deset dana nakon cjepiva dođete u kontakt s koronavirusom, velika je sigurnost da se nećete zaraziti. Prva doza cjepiva proizvodi antitijela, dok je druga doza 'buster', ona pojačava imunost i stvara daleko više antitijela nego što je primarno potrebno da se zaštitimo od zaraze. Osobe koje su se zarazile pa primile cjepivo, ne bi trebale imati loše učinke po zdravlje, štoviše, bit će samo otpornije. Imali smo slučaj u Njemačkoj gdje su greškom nekolicini ljudi dali cijelu ampulu, odnosno šest doza cjepiva, umjesto jedne. Ni tu čak nije bilo značajnijih posljedica po njihovo zdravlje, samo je izazvana snažna imunološka reakcija pa su se osjećali kao da su dobili gripu – napominje dr. Trobonjača koji se i sam cijepio u petak.

“Prvo me malo žarilo rame na mjestu vakcinacije, danas me boli glava i osjećam malo zimicu, no to je dobro jer pokazuje da se događa imunosna reakcija. Apsolutno pozivam još jednom sve građane da se cijepe – veli liječnik.

Slučaj zaraze splitske liječnice Željke Karin komentirao je i Krunoslav Capak, ravnatelj HZJZ-a.  

"Ona je imala rizični kontakt prije cijepljenja, a nakon toga je doznala da je pozitivna. To nije neuobičajena situacija. Neki ne znaju da su bili u bliskom kontaktu s pozitivnom osobom. Ako obole, za vrijeme bolesti se neće cijepiti nego će drugu dozu primiti kad ozdrave. Ne očekuju se posebni problemi ili posljedice jer se cijepila za vrijeme inkubacije virusa, rekao je Capak.
