Imunolog Zlatko Trobonjača rekao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije da ulazimo u vrlo intenzivan peti val.

“Okupljanja u zatvorenim prostorima omogućila su vrlo naglo širenje virusa. Brojke kojima svjedočimo nisu nikakvo iznanađenje, mogli smo ih očekivati”, rekao je imunolog komentiravši rekordne brojke zaraženih koronavirusom.

Pitanje je što će se dogoditi s obzirom na to da je omikron izuzetno zarazan, upozorava imunolog.

“Inkubacija je u prosjeku tri dana. Nevjerojatno brzo se širi, a epidemijski faktor veći je od delta virusa. U situaciji kada nema propisanih strožih mjera i cjepiva ne djeluju u mjeri u kojoj bismo željeli – imamo ovakvo širenje virusa. Vidmo da cjepiva nakon boosteriranja štite oko 60 posto. Znamo i da omikron nije toliko virulentan, da manje inficira plućno tkivo pa dolazi do manje plućnih problema. Pitanje je inficira li druge organe i djeluje li na kardiovaskularni sustav. Boosterirani ljudi dobro su zaštićeni od težih oblika bolesti”, kaže Zlatko Trobonjača za N1.

Iako je omikron manje virulentan, Trobonjača vjeruje da će broj hospitalizacija i smrti u idućem razdoblju rasti.

Navodi i da su simptomi bolesti kod omikrona blaži. “Teško je reći kada potražiti pomoć,. Bolest obično ide u dvije faze – napad infekcije na organe, a potom upalne reakcije – tzv. citoklinske oluje, koje ne moraju uslijediti kod svih ljudi.”

Nova varijanta koronaviursa otkrivena u Francuskoj ima neke mutacije za koje znamo da mogu biti opasne, ističe imunolog.

“Po mutacijama predstavlja opasnost, ali s ovim sojem može se dogoditi da nestane i ne uspije se izboriti za svoje mjesto u epidemiji, kao što vidimo da je slučaj s omikronom i deltom, koji su puno zarazniji”, rekao je.

Opće epidemiološke mjere otpočetka su na snazi – nošenje maske, provjetravanje prostorija… S obzirom na situaciju, Trobonjača smatra da će se morati uvoditi nove mjere, one koje se tiču ograničavanja okupljanja.

“Čini mi se da bi zbog naglog porasta zaraženih, neke službe koje imaju dežurstva, poput policije i zdravstva, mogle biti ozbiljno ugrožene. To je jedan drugi aspekt ovog stanja”, govori.

Gdje je kraj cijepljenju, imunolog Trobonjača kaže kako je teško reći, dok o četvrtoj dozi u Hrvatskoj još ne treba razmišljati, s obzirom na to da smo nedavno krenuli s trećom i ne zna se kako će se pandemija dalje razvijati.

“Vidimo da četvrta doza ne šteti ljudima, a znamo da prethodne doze nisu značajnije ugrožavale zdravlje ljudi. Cjepivo je relativno pouzdano i može se koristiti. Kod nas četvrta doza još nije aktualna”, istaknuo je za N1.

Imunolog Zlatko Trobonjača rekao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije da ulazimo u vrlo intenzivan peti val.

“Okupljanja u zatvorenim prostorima omogućila su vrlo naglo širenje virusa. Brojke kojima svjedočimo nisu nikakvo iznanađenje, mogli smo ih očekivati”, rekao je imunolog komentiravši rekordne brojke zaraženih koronavirusom.

Pitanje je što će se dogoditi s obzirom na to da je omikron izuzetno zarazan, upozorava imunolog.

“Inkubacija je u prosjeku tri dana. Nevjerojatno brzo se širi, a epidemijski faktor veći je od delta virusa. U situaciji kada nema propisanih strožih mjera i cjepiva ne djeluju u mjeri u kojoj bismo željeli – imamo ovakvo širenje virusa. Vidmo da cjepiva nakon boosteriranja štite oko 60 posto. Znamo i da omikron nije toliko virulentan, da manje inficira plućno tkivo pa dolazi do manje plućnih problema. Pitanje je inficira li druge organe i djeluje li na kardiovaskularni sustav. Boosterirani ljudi dobro su zaštićeni od težih oblika bolesti”, kaže Zlatko Trobonjača za N1.

Iako je omikron manje virulentan, Trobonjača vjeruje da će broj hospitalizacija i smrti u idućem razdoblju rasti.

Navodi i da su simptomi bolesti kod omikrona blaži. “Teško je reći kada potražiti pomoć,. Bolest obično ide u dvije faze – napad infekcije na organe, a potom upalne reakcije – tzv. citoklinske oluje, koje ne moraju uslijediti kod svih ljudi.”

Nova varijanta koronaviursa otkrivena u Francuskoj ima neke mutacije za koje znamo da mogu biti opasne, ističe imunolog.

“Po mutacijama predstavlja opasnost, ali s ovim sojem može se dogoditi da nestane i ne uspije se izboriti za svoje mjesto u epidemiji, kao što vidimo da je slučaj s omikronom i deltom, koji su puno zarazniji”, rekao je.

Opće epidemiološke mjere otpočetka su na snazi – nošenje maske, provjetravanje prostorija… S obzirom na situaciju, Trobonjača smatra da će se morati uvoditi nove mjere, one koje se tiču ograničavanja okupljanja.

“Čini mi se da bi zbog naglog porasta zaraženih, neke službe koje imaju dežurstva, poput policije i zdravstva, mogle biti ozbiljno ugrožene. To je jedan drugi aspekt ovog stanja”, govori.

Gdje je kraj cijepljenju, imunolog Trobonjača kaže kako je teško reći, dok o četvrtoj dozi u Hrvatskoj još ne treba razmišljati, s obzirom na to da smo nedavno krenuli s trećom i ne zna se kako će se pandemija dalje razvijati.

“Vidimo da četvrta doza ne šteti ljudima, a znamo da prethodne doze nisu značajnije ugrožavale zdravlje ljudi. Cjepivo je relativno pouzdano i može se koristiti. Kod nas četvrta doza još nije aktualna”, istaknuo je za N1.

U Francuskoj otkriven novi soj, imunulog Trobonjača tvrdi da po mutacijama predstavlja opasnost te da će broj umrlih rasti

Imunolog Zlatko Trobonjača rekao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije da ulazimo u vrlo intenzivan peti val.

“Okupljanja u zatvorenim prostorima omogućila su vrlo naglo širenje virusa. Brojke kojima svjedočimo nisu nikakvo iznanađenje, mogli smo ih očekivati”, rekao je imunolog komentiravši rekordne brojke zaraženih koronavirusom.

Pitanje je što će se dogoditi s obzirom na to da je omikron izuzetno zarazan, upozorava imunolog.

“Inkubacija je u prosjeku tri dana. Nevjerojatno brzo se širi, a epidemijski faktor veći je od delta virusa. U situaciji kada nema propisanih strožih mjera i cjepiva ne djeluju u mjeri u kojoj bismo željeli – imamo ovakvo širenje virusa. Vidmo da cjepiva nakon boosteriranja štite oko 60 posto. Znamo i da omikron nije toliko virulentan, da manje inficira plućno tkivo pa dolazi do manje plućnih problema. Pitanje je inficira li druge organe i djeluje li na kardiovaskularni sustav. Boosterirani ljudi dobro su zaštićeni od težih oblika bolesti”, kaže Zlatko Trobonjača za N1.

Iako je omikron manje virulentan, Trobonjača vjeruje da će broj hospitalizacija i smrti u idućem razdoblju rasti.

Navodi i da su simptomi bolesti kod omikrona blaži. “Teško je reći kada potražiti pomoć,. Bolest obično ide u dvije faze – napad infekcije na organe, a potom upalne reakcije – tzv. citoklinske oluje, koje ne moraju uslijediti kod svih ljudi.”

Nova varijanta koronaviursa otkrivena u Francuskoj ima neke mutacije za koje znamo da mogu biti opasne, ističe imunolog.

“Po mutacijama predstavlja opasnost, ali s ovim sojem može se dogoditi da nestane i ne uspije se izboriti za svoje mjesto u epidemiji, kao što vidimo da je slučaj s omikronom i deltom, koji su puno zarazniji”, rekao je.

Opće epidemiološke mjere otpočetka su na snazi – nošenje maske, provjetravanje prostorija… S obzirom na situaciju, Trobonjača smatra da će se morati uvoditi nove mjere, one koje se tiču ograničavanja okupljanja.

“Čini mi se da bi zbog naglog porasta zaraženih, neke službe koje imaju dežurstva, poput policije i zdravstva, mogle biti ozbiljno ugrožene. To je jedan drugi aspekt ovog stanja”, govori.

Gdje je kraj cijepljenju, imunolog Trobonjača kaže kako je teško reći, dok o četvrtoj dozi u Hrvatskoj još ne treba razmišljati, s obzirom na to da smo nedavno krenuli s trećom i ne zna se kako će se pandemija dalje razvijati.

“Vidimo da četvrta doza ne šteti ljudima, a znamo da prethodne doze nisu značajnije ugrožavale zdravlje ljudi. Cjepivo je relativno pouzdano i može se koristiti. Kod nas četvrta doza još nije aktualna”, istaknuo je za N1.
