Ministar financija Zdravko Marić u utorak je ponovno najavio da će građanima unatoč nepovoljnoj proračunskoj situaciji u lipnju biti isplaćen povrat poreza, te rekao kako se nada da će povrat preplaćenog poreza u lipnju postati trajna praksa, a ne kao do sada u kolovozu.

"Građani mogu očekivati povrat poreza već u lipnju, o tome smo govorili još kada je bio prvi krug mjera. Najavili smo da ćemo, što se tiče funkcioniranja Porezne uprave i Centralne riznice odnosno lokalnih proračuna, učiniti sve što je u našoj moći da ubrzamo naše procedure”, najavio je Marić u izjavi novinarima u Saboru.

Nadam se da ćemo ove godine ne samo uspjeti u tome, nego da će to ostati trajna praksa i nakon ove godine, umjesto kao što se do sada povrat poreza isplaćivao u kolovozu, poručio je.

Građanima će se rješenja izdavati do kraja svibnja, u kojima će dobiti i rok za žalbu, a s isplatama povrata poreza započet će se u lipnju, istaknuo je Marić. Dodao je da će rješenje biti izvršno, a utvrdi li se da je nešto krivo obračunato na štetu poreznog obveznika, država će to kompenzirati.

Odbacio je tezu da je ta promjena vezana uz vjerojatne srpanjske izbore jer je, kaže, to najavio puno prije nego što se počelo pričati o izborima.

Upitan o povratku rada nedjeljom što traže poslodavci, Marić je kazao da treći krug mjera relaksacija koje su jučer stupile na snagu imaju pozitivan povratni efekt na vrijednost fiskaliziranih računa, jedino što nismo na prošlogodišnjim razinama. Ipak, ti minusi su manji nego što bi bili bez mjera relaksacije, dodao je.

“Vidjet ćemo daljnji razvoj situacije, a mi smo određeni bazni scenarij određenih mjera relaksacije predvidjeli u proračunu. Svi smo se odredili da su nam ljudski životi i zdravlje građana nulti, primarni, osnovni cilj, a da ćemo gospodarstvo voditi i prilagođavati sukladno tome. U projekcijama rebalansa proračuna uzeli smo u obzir da će te mjere relaksacije postupno stupati na snagu i za sada su efekti na tragu naših očekivanja”, rekao je ministar financija.

Kazao je i da trgovinama jedan dan znači, ali da se onda kupovina s nedjelje prelijeva na ostale dane te da će se vidjeti kakvi će efekti biti na ugostiteljstvo i turizam i kako će se odvijati stvari s obzirom na fiskalizirane račune.

"Naravno da su vikendom veće kupovine, bilo petkom, bilo subotom, a najveći iznos fiskaliziranih računa su uvijek dan uoči Badnjaka ili Velikog petka tako da ne treba potpuno generalizirati da je jedan specifičan dan u tjednu toliko važan, poručio je, ne precizirajući razmatra li se povratak rada trgovina nedjeljom što je iz epidemioloških razloga zabranio Nacionalni stožer civilne zaštite. Ne trebamo gledati dan za dan nego u analizama promatramo određeno razdoblje, o čemu ćemo izvještavati javnost jer je jako važno vidjeti kakvi će biti pozitivni efekti trećeg kruga relaksacije, hoće li donijeti oporavak ili barem manji gubitak u sektoru ugostiteljstva i turizma, pojasnio je ministar Marić.

Ministar financija Zdravko Marić u utorak je ponovno najavio da će građanima unatoč nepovoljnoj proračunskoj situaciji u lipnju biti isplaćen povrat poreza, te rekao kako se nada da će povrat preplaćenog poreza u lipnju postati trajna praksa, a ne kao do sada u kolovozu.

"Građani mogu očekivati povrat poreza već u lipnju, o tome smo govorili još kada je bio prvi krug mjera. Najavili smo da ćemo, što se tiče funkcioniranja Porezne uprave i Centralne riznice odnosno lokalnih proračuna, učiniti sve što je u našoj moći da ubrzamo naše procedure”, najavio je Marić u izjavi novinarima u Saboru.

Nadam se da ćemo ove godine ne samo uspjeti u tome, nego da će to ostati trajna praksa i nakon ove godine, umjesto kao što se do sada povrat poreza isplaćivao u kolovozu, poručio je.

Građanima će se rješenja izdavati do kraja svibnja, u kojima će dobiti i rok za žalbu, a s isplatama povrata poreza započet će se u lipnju, istaknuo je Marić. Dodao je da će rješenje biti izvršno, a utvrdi li se da je nešto krivo obračunato na štetu poreznog obveznika, država će to kompenzirati.

Odbacio je tezu da je ta promjena vezana uz vjerojatne srpanjske izbore jer je, kaže, to najavio puno prije nego što se počelo pričati o izborima.

Upitan o povratku rada nedjeljom što traže poslodavci, Marić je kazao da treći krug mjera relaksacija koje su jučer stupile na snagu imaju pozitivan povratni efekt na vrijednost fiskaliziranih računa, jedino što nismo na prošlogodišnjim razinama. Ipak, ti minusi su manji nego što bi bili bez mjera relaksacije, dodao je.

“Vidjet ćemo daljnji razvoj situacije, a mi smo određeni bazni scenarij određenih mjera relaksacije predvidjeli u proračunu. Svi smo se odredili da su nam ljudski životi i zdravlje građana nulti, primarni, osnovni cilj, a da ćemo gospodarstvo voditi i prilagođavati sukladno tome. U projekcijama rebalansa proračuna uzeli smo u obzir da će te mjere relaksacije postupno stupati na snagu i za sada su efekti na tragu naših očekivanja”, rekao je ministar financija.

Kazao je i da trgovinama jedan dan znači, ali da se onda kupovina s nedjelje prelijeva na ostale dane te da će se vidjeti kakvi će efekti biti na ugostiteljstvo i turizam i kako će se odvijati stvari s obzirom na fiskalizirane račune.

"Naravno da su vikendom veće kupovine, bilo petkom, bilo subotom, a najveći iznos fiskaliziranih računa su uvijek dan uoči Badnjaka ili Velikog petka tako da ne treba potpuno generalizirati da je jedan specifičan dan u tjednu toliko važan, poručio je, ne precizirajući razmatra li se povratak rada trgovina nedjeljom što je iz epidemioloških razloga zabranio Nacionalni stožer civilne zaštite. Ne trebamo gledati dan za dan nego u analizama promatramo određeno razdoblje, o čemu ćemo izvještavati javnost jer je jako važno vidjeti kakvi će biti pozitivni efekti trećeg kruga relaksacije, hoće li donijeti oporavak ili barem manji gubitak u sektoru ugostiteljstva i turizma, pojasnio je ministar Marić.

Unatoč nepovoljnoj proračunskoj situaciji građanima će u lipnju biti isplaćen povrat poreza

Ministar financija Zdravko Marić u utorak je ponovno najavio da će građanima unatoč nepovoljnoj proračunskoj situaciji u lipnju biti isplaćen povrat poreza, te rekao kako se nada da će povrat preplaćenog poreza u lipnju postati trajna praksa, a ne kao do sada u kolovozu.

"Građani mogu očekivati povrat poreza već u lipnju, o tome smo govorili još kada je bio prvi krug mjera. Najavili smo da ćemo, što se tiče funkcioniranja Porezne uprave i Centralne riznice odnosno lokalnih proračuna, učiniti sve što je u našoj moći da ubrzamo naše procedure”, najavio je Marić u izjavi novinarima u Saboru.

Nadam se da ćemo ove godine ne samo uspjeti u tome, nego da će to ostati trajna praksa i nakon ove godine, umjesto kao što se do sada povrat poreza isplaćivao u kolovozu, poručio je.

Građanima će se rješenja izdavati do kraja svibnja, u kojima će dobiti i rok za žalbu, a s isplatama povrata poreza započet će se u lipnju, istaknuo je Marić. Dodao je da će rješenje biti izvršno, a utvrdi li se da je nešto krivo obračunato na štetu poreznog obveznika, država će to kompenzirati.

Odbacio je tezu da je ta promjena vezana uz vjerojatne srpanjske izbore jer je, kaže, to najavio puno prije nego što se počelo pričati o izborima.

Upitan o povratku rada nedjeljom što traže poslodavci, Marić je kazao da treći krug mjera relaksacija koje su jučer stupile na snagu imaju pozitivan povratni efekt na vrijednost fiskaliziranih računa, jedino što nismo na prošlogodišnjim razinama. Ipak, ti minusi su manji nego što bi bili bez mjera relaksacije, dodao je.

“Vidjet ćemo daljnji razvoj situacije, a mi smo određeni bazni scenarij određenih mjera relaksacije predvidjeli u proračunu. Svi smo se odredili da su nam ljudski životi i zdravlje građana nulti, primarni, osnovni cilj, a da ćemo gospodarstvo voditi i prilagođavati sukladno tome. U projekcijama rebalansa proračuna uzeli smo u obzir da će te mjere relaksacije postupno stupati na snagu i za sada su efekti na tragu naših očekivanja”, rekao je ministar financija.

Kazao je i da trgovinama jedan dan znači, ali da se onda kupovina s nedjelje prelijeva na ostale dane te da će se vidjeti kakvi će efekti biti na ugostiteljstvo i turizam i kako će se odvijati stvari s obzirom na fiskalizirane račune.

"Naravno da su vikendom veće kupovine, bilo petkom, bilo subotom, a najveći iznos fiskaliziranih računa su uvijek dan uoči Badnjaka ili Velikog petka tako da ne treba potpuno generalizirati da je jedan specifičan dan u tjednu toliko važan, poručio je, ne precizirajući razmatra li se povratak rada trgovina nedjeljom što je iz epidemioloških razloga zabranio Nacionalni stožer civilne zaštite. Ne trebamo gledati dan za dan nego u analizama promatramo određeno razdoblje, o čemu ćemo izvještavati javnost jer je jako važno vidjeti kakvi će biti pozitivni efekti trećeg kruga relaksacije, hoće li donijeti oporavak ili barem manji gubitak u sektoru ugostiteljstva i turizma, pojasnio je ministar Marić.
