Inspektori su u akciji. Nadgledaju one koji su povisili cijene koristeći konverziju iz kune u euro. Premda se iz HUP-a pravdaju inflacijom koja pogoni spiralu poskupljenja i činjenicom da smo zemlja slobodne tržišne ekonomije u kojoj se cijene formiraju ovisno o procjeni prodavatelja i pružatelja roba i usluga, ovdje je riječ o izvanrednoj situaciji. A ona, ma koliko to nepopularno bilo, nalaže ozbiljnije miješanje države u odnose između trgovaca i kupaca.

Zato se obavljaju inspekcijski nadzori u svrhu kažnjavanja onih koji su neopravdano podignuli cijene od – kako se bilježi – tri do 19 posto. Riječ je mahom o trgovcima, a najviše su poskupjeli čokolada, pekarski proizvodi, pivo, maslac, kiselo vrhnje, toaletni papir... Građani Državnom inspektoratu Republike Hrvatske najčešće prijavljuju frizere i ugostitelje, ali i tvrtke koje naplaćuju parkiranje. Pojedini su ugostitelji proizvode koje nude poskupili od jedan do 10 posto, a neki vlasnici salona za uljepšavanje kozmetičke i druge usluge i do 80 posto! 

U Vladi se zato razmišlja i o zamrzavanju cijena sto artikala koji se najčešće svakodnevno koriste. Ekonomist Petar Vušković nudi im jednostavnije rješenje koje bi moglo postići puno bolje efekte od umjetnog stabiliziranja cijena i kazni koje trgovcima propisuju inspektori, a koji ovih dana, zbog negodovanja javnosti i pritužbi koje primaju, imaju pune ruke posla.

– Jedan je od načina smanjivanja cijena na razinu prije zaokruživanja cijena zbog uvođenja eura, kao i pomoć u suzbijanju daljnje inflacije, dodjeljivanje naljepnica "fair trader" trgovcima. S obzirom na to da se osobna potrošnja najvećim dijelom odvija u trgovini, ovu bi oznaku prvotno dobivali trgovci, a poslije i uslužne djelatnosti, pa i javne institucije.

Naljepnicu "fair trader" ili "poštena trgovina" dobili bi samo trgovci koji su zadržali cijene na postojećoj razini, odnosno nisu zaokruživali cijene zbog uvođenja eura. Takva naljepnica lijepila bi se na vrata trgovina kako bi kupci znali da u tim trgovinama nije došlo do rasta cijena. Fer trgovci dobili bi ne samo povjerenje tržišta, nego i besplatan marketinški prostor na državnoj televiziji, HRT-u, primjerice, gdje bi se isticali u ovoj kampanji. Na ovakav bi se način zaobišle crne liste trgovaca, odnosno negativizam, a istaknuli bi se samo trgovci vođeni tržišnom etikom.

Cilj takve kampanje bio bi psihološke naravi i mogla bi trajati tijekom cijele 2023. godine. U kampanju bi trebali biti uključeni inspekcijski nadzornici i građani koji bi prijavljivali povećanja cijena. Na ovakav bi se način trgovce natjeralo ne samo da vrate cijene na postojeću razinu, nego i da ih smanje. Cilj je osvijestiti građane gdje mogu kupovati, a koje trgovce izbjegavati.

Slične primjere smanjivanja cijena na tržištu možemo pronaći u zemljama koje su uvele euro prije nas, na primjer u Latviji – zaključuje ekonomist i predsjednik Centra za javne politike i ekonomske analize (CEA) dr. sc. Petar Vušković.

Inspektori su u akciji. Nadgledaju one koji su povisili cijene koristeći konverziju iz kune u euro. Premda se iz HUP-a pravdaju inflacijom koja pogoni spiralu poskupljenja i činjenicom da smo zemlja slobodne tržišne ekonomije u kojoj se cijene formiraju ovisno o procjeni prodavatelja i pružatelja roba i usluga, ovdje je riječ o izvanrednoj situaciji. A ona, ma koliko to nepopularno bilo, nalaže ozbiljnije miješanje države u odnose između trgovaca i kupaca.

Zato se obavljaju inspekcijski nadzori u svrhu kažnjavanja onih koji su neopravdano podignuli cijene od – kako se bilježi – tri do 19 posto. Riječ je mahom o trgovcima, a najviše su poskupjeli čokolada, pekarski proizvodi, pivo, maslac, kiselo vrhnje, toaletni papir... Građani Državnom inspektoratu Republike Hrvatske najčešće prijavljuju frizere i ugostitelje, ali i tvrtke koje naplaćuju parkiranje. Pojedini su ugostitelji proizvode koje nude poskupili od jedan do 10 posto, a neki vlasnici salona za uljepšavanje kozmetičke i druge usluge i do 80 posto! 

U Vladi se zato razmišlja i o zamrzavanju cijena sto artikala koji se najčešće svakodnevno koriste. Ekonomist Petar Vušković nudi im jednostavnije rješenje koje bi moglo postići puno bolje efekte od umjetnog stabiliziranja cijena i kazni koje trgovcima propisuju inspektori, a koji ovih dana, zbog negodovanja javnosti i pritužbi koje primaju, imaju pune ruke posla.

– Jedan je od načina smanjivanja cijena na razinu prije zaokruživanja cijena zbog uvođenja eura, kao i pomoć u suzbijanju daljnje inflacije, dodjeljivanje naljepnica "fair trader" trgovcima. S obzirom na to da se osobna potrošnja najvećim dijelom odvija u trgovini, ovu bi oznaku prvotno dobivali trgovci, a poslije i uslužne djelatnosti, pa i javne institucije.

Naljepnicu "fair trader" ili "poštena trgovina" dobili bi samo trgovci koji su zadržali cijene na postojećoj razini, odnosno nisu zaokruživali cijene zbog uvođenja eura. Takva naljepnica lijepila bi se na vrata trgovina kako bi kupci znali da u tim trgovinama nije došlo do rasta cijena. Fer trgovci dobili bi ne samo povjerenje tržišta, nego i besplatan marketinški prostor na državnoj televiziji, HRT-u, primjerice, gdje bi se isticali u ovoj kampanji. Na ovakav bi se način zaobišle crne liste trgovaca, odnosno negativizam, a istaknuli bi se samo trgovci vođeni tržišnom etikom.

Cilj takve kampanje bio bi psihološke naravi i mogla bi trajati tijekom cijele 2023. godine. U kampanju bi trebali biti uključeni inspekcijski nadzornici i građani koji bi prijavljivali povećanja cijena. Na ovakav bi se način trgovce natjeralo ne samo da vrate cijene na postojeću razinu, nego i da ih smanje. Cilj je osvijestiti građane gdje mogu kupovati, a koje trgovce izbjegavati.

Slične primjere smanjivanja cijena na tržištu možemo pronaći u zemljama koje su uvele euro prije nas, na primjer u Latviji – zaključuje ekonomist i predsjednik Centra za javne politike i ekonomske analize (CEA) dr. sc. Petar Vušković.

Inspektori su u akciji. Nadgledaju one koji su povisili cijene koristeći konverziju iz kune u euro. Premda se iz HUP-a pravdaju inflacijom koja pogoni spiralu poskupljenja i činjenicom da smo zemlja slobodne tržišne ekonomije u kojoj se cijene formiraju ovisno o procjeni prodavatelja i pružatelja roba i usluga, ovdje je riječ o izvanrednoj situaciji.
