Već godinama se na hrvatskoj obali traži vez „više“ za velike jahte i jedrilice pa su ulaganja u nautički turizam i nove marine neminovna.

Ipak, ulaganja u turizam ne smiju se staviti ispred zaštite okoliša pa se za gradnju marina sve više napuštaju stare metode gradnje fiksnih betonskih gatova i koriste se materijali koji ne uništavaju okoliš i koji će omogućiti jednostavno postavljanje i održavanje. Upravo su plutajući betonski gatovi, poznatiji kao pontoni, idealno rješenje jer ne oštećuju morsko dno, a osiguravaju marine za desetljeća uspješnih sezona.

Lider u Hrvatskoj u proizvodnji pontona šibenski je Marinetek Adriatic koji gotovo 20 godina proizvodi rješenja za marine - od savjetovanja i projektiranja do proizvodnje i finalne instalacije pontona i valobrana. Marinetek Adriatic dio je finske grupacije Marinetek, a riječ je o svjetskom lideru u proizvodnji pontona koji svoje tvornice ima u još 6 država na 4 kontinenta.

Izvoz za Egipat i SAD

Osim u brojne europske zemlje Marinetek Adriatic u posljednje je dvije godine svoje proizvode izvezao i u Egipat te Sjedinjene Američke Države. U Egiptu je Marinetek pontonima izrađena prva moderna nautička marina u Sueskom kanalu, dok su za Sjedinjene Američke Države proizvedeni pontoni za čak četiri lokacije na istočnoj obali.

Betonski divovi velikim su transportnim brodovima sigurno stigli na udaljene lokacije, a svaki novi projekt zahtjeva nove inovacije i originalnost kako bi se proizvodi u potpunosti prilagodili lokaciji i zahtjevima investitora.

Inovativni pontoni s karbonskim vlaknima

Osim što se očekuje iznimna izdržljivost ovih pontonskih divova, poseban je izazov ekološka prihvatljivost i očuvanje zaštićenih područja. Tu su u Marineteku posebno ponosni na projekt “ECo marina – Razvoj inovativnih plavih tehnologija za pomorsku suprastrukturu” u sklopu kojeg su osmišljeni ekološki prihvatljiviji pontoni s manjim udjelom betona i strukturom od karbonskih vlakana.

Betonski plutajući gatovi postaju sve lakši a traže se i materijali koji će zadovoljiti potrebe za što manjom emisijom CO2. Tako je nakon opsežnih testova i projektiranja Marinetek Adriatic uz svog partnera norvešku tvrtku Stadt Towing Tank proizveo posve inovativne kompozitne pontone koji su već imali zapažen uspjeh na međunarodnim sajmovima inovacija. Novi kompozitni ponton nagrađen sa zlatnom medaljom na 21. Međunarodnoj izložbi ARCA 2023 dok je srebrna medalja zasluženo otišla u ruke Marinetek tima na Međunarodnoj izložbi inovacija Inova.

Za potrebe projekta “ECo marina – Razvoj inovativnih plavih tehnologija za pomorsku suprastrukturu”. izrađeni su pontonski elementi s oznakom M2409CAC (All concrete pontoni) duljine 9, 12 do 15 metara te tipovi pontona Premiere Composite Pontoon serije 3300CPE i Breakwater Composite BRKC serije 4300

Novi proizvod razvijen je s vrlo inovativnom kombinacijom betona i ugljičnim kompozitnim ojačanjima – kombinacija karbonskih šipki i mreža prožetih epoksidnom smolom

projektiranih kako bi se osigurala maksimalna čvrstoća i smanjilo korištenje betona u usporedbi s tradicionalnim proizvodima.

Dugotrajnost i otpornost

Kombinacija ugljičnog kompozita omogućuje dugotrajnost elemenata bez gubitka izvorne kvalitete, pouzdanosti, sigurnosti i estetskih standarda. Osim toga, ovi elementi neće trebati operativno ulaganje u održavanje – zbog spregnute armature beton neće pucati, neće biti deformacija i nema pojave korozije. Dizajnirani su da imaju trajnost od 80 godina.

Projekt je podržan sredstvima Norveškog financijskog mehanizma 2014-2021, u okviru Programa Business Development and Innovation Croatia. Zaštita okoliša nešto je na čemu će ovo društveno odgovorno poduzeće raditi i dalje, pa najavljuju nove inovacije u izgradnji plutajućih elemenata i nove projekte za domaća i strana tržišta.

Šibenska tvrtka Marinetek postala je svjetski lider u proizvodnji pontona

Već godinama se na hrvatskoj obali traži vez „više“ za velike jahte i jedrilice pa su ulaganja u nautički turizam i nove marine neminovna.

Ipak, ulaganja u turizam ne smiju se staviti ispred zaštite okoliša pa se za gradnju marina sve više napuštaju stare metode gradnje fiksnih betonskih gatova i koriste se materijali koji ne uništavaju okoliš i koji će omogućiti jednostavno postavljanje i održavanje. Upravo su plutajući betonski gatovi, poznatiji kao pontoni, idealno rješenje jer ne oštećuju morsko dno, a osiguravaju marine za desetljeća uspješnih sezona.

Lider u Hrvatskoj u proizvodnji pontona šibenski je Marinetek Adriatic koji gotovo 20 godina proizvodi rješenja za marine - od savjetovanja i projektiranja do proizvodnje i finalne instalacije pontona i valobrana. Izvoz za Egipat i SAD

Osim u brojne europske zemlje Marinetek Adriatic u posljednje je dvije godine svoje proizvode izvezao i u Egipat te Sjedinjene Američke Države. Betonski divovi velikim su transportnim brodovima sigurno stigli na udaljene lokacije, a svaki novi projekt zahtjeva nove inovacije i originalnost kako bi se proizvodi u potpunosti prilagodili lokaciji i zahtjevima investitora.

Inovativni pontoni s karbonskim vlaknima

Osim što se očekuje iznimna izdržljivost ovih pontonskih divova, poseban je izazov ekološka prihvatljivost i očuvanje zaštićenih područja. Tu su u Marineteku posebno ponosni na projekt “ECo marina – Razvoj inovativnih plavih tehnologija za pomorsku suprastrukturu” u sklopu kojeg su osmišljeni ekološki prihvatljiviji pontoni s manjim udjelom betona i strukturom od karbonskih vlakana.

Betonski plutajući gatovi postaju sve lakši a traže se i materijali koji će zadovoljiti potrebe za što manjom emisijom CO2. Tako je nakon opsežnih testova i projektiranja Marinetek Adriatic uz svog partnera norvešku tvrtku Stadt Towing Tank proizveo posve inovativne kompozitne pontone koji su već imali zapažen uspjeh na međunarodnim sajmovima inovacija. Novi kompozitni ponton nagrađen sa zlatnom medaljom na 21. Međunarodnoj izložbi ARCA 2023 dok je srebrna medalja zasluženo otišla u ruke Marinetek tima na Međunarodnoj izložbi inovacija Inova.

Za potrebe projekta “ECo marina – Razvoj inovativnih plavih tehnologija za pomorsku suprastrukturu”. izrađeni su pontonski elementi s oznakom M2409CAC (All concrete pontoni) duljine 9, 12 do 15 metara te tipovi pontona Premiere Composite Pontoon serije 3300CPE i Breakwater Composite BRKC serije 4300

Novi proizvod razvijen je s vrlo inovativnom kombinacijom betona i ugljičnim kompozitnim ojačanjima – kombinacija karbonskih šipki i mreža prožetih epoksidnom smolom

projektiranih kako bi se osigurala maksimalna čvrstoća i smanjilo korištenje betona u usporedbi s tradicionalnim proizvodima.

Dugotrajnost i otpornost

Kombinacija ugljičnog kompozita omogućuje dugotrajnost elemenata bez gubitka izvorne kvalitete, pouzdanosti, sigurnosti i estetskih standarda. Osim toga, ovi elementi neće trebati operativno ulaganje u održavanje – zbog spregnute armature beton neće pucati, neće biti deformacija i nema pojave korozije. Dizajnirani su da imaju trajnost od 80 godina.

Projekt je podržan sredstvima Norveškog financijskog mehanizma 2014-2021, u okviru Programa Business Development and Innovation Croatia. Zaštita okoliša nešto je na čemu će ovo društveno odgovorno poduzeće raditi i dalje, pa najavljuju nove inovacije u izgradnji plutajućih elemenata i nove projekte za domaća i strana tržišta.
