Iako smo mediteranska zemlja, riba nam je na jelovniku samo jednom tjedno. Ipak, na Badnjak će se ona tradicionalno naći na stolu. Većini je važno da je cijena povoljna, a kakvoća neupitna. Bilo da je riječ o svježoj ili smrznutoj ribi ili pak sušenom bakalaru, opreza nikad dosta. Kakva je ponuda istražila je ekipa emisije Potrošački kod HTV-a.

Ponuda na šibenskoj ribarnici je bogata.

- Ljudi se boje pandemije i ono što su željeli za blagdane to su već pokupovali - kaže prodavač Ranko Krstilić.

- A posljednjih godina tražila se bolja riba - dodaje Ivo Jadrijević - lignja, sipa, hobotnica pa šampijer, škrpina i slično.

Cijenom su neki zadovoljni, a neki i ne. Cijena je uvijek ista, ali prihodi su smanjeni.

Loše vrijeme u prosincu rezultiralo je slabijom ponudom ribe, no natoč tomu, ona smrznuta se ne uvozi. Prodaja domaće ribe ovih bi dana mogla biti bolja jer će se tradicionalno za Badnjak pripremati riblji meni. S obzirom na to da je bakalar dostupan jedino u dućanima, treba prepoznati pravi.

- Najbolje je pročitati deklaraciju. I kao što naši stari kažu - dobra je kad peraje stoje 'uz brdo', minimalno jedna - kaže Joso Smolić, ugostitelj.

Morsku ribu u Slavoniji mijenja riječna. U ponudi su šarani, somovi i amuri iz domaćeg uzgoja. Cijene su ostale iste kao i prošle godine, a ponuda je dobra.

- Najtraženiji je šaran - kaže Sanja Pavela iz PP Orahovica.

Od Dalmacije do Slavonije tradicionalno se za Badnjak pripremaju riblja jela. No ove će godine blagdanski stol ipak biti skromniji, piše HRT.

Iako smo mediteranska zemlja, riba nam je na jelovniku samo jednom tjedno. Ipak, na Badnjak će se ona tradicionalno naći na stolu. Većini je važno da je cijena povoljna, a kakvoća neupitna. Bilo da je riječ o svježoj ili smrznutoj ribi ili pak sušenom bakalaru, opreza nikad dosta. Kakva je ponuda istražila je ekipa emisije Potrošački kod HTV-a.

Ponuda na šibenskoj ribarnici je bogata.

- Ljudi se boje pandemije i ono što su željeli za blagdane to su već pokupovali - kaže prodavač Ranko Krstilić.

- A posljednjih godina tražila se bolja riba - dodaje Ivo Jadrijević - lignja, sipa, hobotnica pa šampijer, škrpina i slično.

Cijenom su neki zadovoljni, a neki i ne. Cijena je uvijek ista, ali prihodi su smanjeni.

Loše vrijeme u prosincu rezultiralo je slabijom ponudom ribe, no natoč tomu, ona smrznuta se ne uvozi. Prodaja domaće ribe ovih bi dana mogla biti bolja jer će se tradicionalno za Badnjak pripremati riblji meni. S obzirom na to da je bakalar dostupan jedino u dućanima, treba prepoznati pravi.

- Najbolje je pročitati deklaraciju. I kao što naši stari kažu - dobra je kad peraje stoje 'uz brdo', minimalno jedna - kaže Joso Smolić, ugostitelj.

Morsku ribu u Slavoniji mijenja riječna. U ponudi su šarani, somovi i amuri iz domaćeg uzgoja. Cijene su ostale iste kao i prošle godine, a ponuda je dobra.

- Najtraženiji je šaran - kaže Sanja Pavela iz PP Orahovica.

Od Dalmacije do Slavonije tradicionalno se za Badnjak pripremaju riblja jela. No ove će godine blagdanski stol ipak biti skromniji, piše HRT.

Iako smo mediteranska zemlja, riba nam je na jelovniku samo jednom tjedno. Ipak, na Badnjak će se ona tradicionalno naći na stolu. Većini je važno da je cijena povoljna, a kakvoća neupitna. Bilo da je riječ o svježoj ili smrznutoj ribi ili pak sušenom bakalaru, opreza nikad dosta. Kakva je ponuda istražila je ekipa emisije Potrošački kod HTV-a.

Ponuda na šibenskoj ribarnici je bogata.

- Ljudi se boje pandemije i ono što su željeli za blagdane to su već pokupovali - kaže prodavač Ranko Krstilić.

- A posljednjih godina tražila se bolja riba - dodaje Ivo Jadrijević - lignja, sipa, hobotnica pa šampijer, škrpina i slično.

Cijenom su neki zadovoljni, a neki i ne. Cijena je uvijek ista, ali prihodi su smanjeni.

Loše vrijeme u prosincu rezultiralo je slabijom ponudom ribe, no natoč tomu, ona smrznuta se ne uvozi. Prodaja domaće ribe ovih bi dana mogla biti bolja jer će se tradicionalno za Badnjak pripremati riblji meni. S obzirom na to da je bakalar dostupan jedino u dućanima, treba prepoznati pravi.

- Najbolje je pročitati deklaraciju. I kao što naši stari kažu - dobra je kad peraje stoje 'uz brdo', minimalno jedna - kaže Joso Smolić, ugostitelj.

Morsku ribu u Slavoniji mijenja riječna. U ponudi su šarani, somovi i amuri iz domaćeg uzgoja. Cijene su ostale iste kao i prošle godine, a ponuda je dobra.

- Najtraženiji je šaran - kaže Sanja Pavela iz PP Orahovica.

Od Dalmacije do Slavonije tradicionalno se za Badnjak pripremaju riblja jela. No ove će godine blagdanski stol ipak biti skromniji, piše HRT.
