Isplatilo se zalaganje Teritorijalnog ureda SSSH Zadar i Vedrana Uranije, njegova pravnog povjerenika, da se 43 stana TLM-a u stečaju ne prodaju na javnoj dražbi, nego pod povoljnijim uvjetima u pola cijene i na rate.

Te su stanove u Domovinskom ratu napustili nositelji stanarskog prava, a sadašnjim korisnicima, uglavnom bivšim radnicima tvornice dodijeljeni su na čuvanje. Do odluke Skupštine vjerovnika TLM-a o prodaji, stanari su s tvornicom imali ugovore o najmu, potpisane 2009. godine. Država je pak bila vlasnik TLM-ovih stanova do 2007., ali radnicima te tvornice nikada nije omogućen otkup stanova.
Dok SSSH uz potporu medija nije podigao glas protiv modela prodaje na javnoj dražbi zalažući se za jedini pravični model prvokupa uz povoljnije cijene i uvjete otplate, prijetile su deložacije i prebijanje problema "preko koljena", no TLM-ovi vjerovnici prihvatili su glas javnosti i potporu nastojanjima sindikata iz državnih institucija, zadovoljan je Uranija.
- Dobro je što nas se poslušalo, sretni smo zbog toga. Što je najvažnije, nitko od njih nije deložiran; dio ih već otkupljuje stanove, a drugi se pripremaju za to - navodi.
Kako naglašava Vedran Uranija, ti su ljudi zaslužili postati vlasnicima pod povoljnijim uvjetima, jer je riječ o dijelu stambenog fonda TLM-a koji su i sami stvarali. Od 43 stana, u osam žive zaštićeni najmoprimci s pravom prvokupa i za njih još uvijek nije stigla ni jedna ponuda za otkup, premda je u drugom pokušaju cijena bila snižena 25 posto, informacija je iz stečajne uprave TLM-a. U tijeku je treći pokušaj njihove prodaje, a od preostalih 35 stanova prodano je 29 nakon trećeg i četvrtog oglasa u listopadu, također za pola cijene. Većim dijelom bit će isplaćeni obročno.

Isplatilo se zalaganje Teritorijalnog ureda SSSH Zadar i Vedrana Uranije, njegova pravnog povjerenika, da se 43 stana TLM-a u stečaju ne prodaju na javnoj dražbi, nego pod povoljnijim uvjetima u pola cijene i na rate.

Te su stanove u Domovinskom ratu napustili nositelji stanarskog prava, a sadašnjim korisnicima, uglavnom bivšim radnicima tvornice dodijeljeni su na čuvanje. Do odluke Skupštine vjerovnika TLM-a o prodaji, stanari su s tvornicom imali ugovore o najmu, potpisane 2009. godine. Država je pak bila vlasnik TLM-ovih stanova do 2007., ali radnicima te tvornice nikada nije omogućen otkup stanova.
Dok SSSH uz potporu medija nije podigao glas protiv modela prodaje na javnoj dražbi zalažući se za jedini pravični model prvokupa uz povoljnije cijene i uvjete otplate, prijetile su deložacije i prebijanje problema "preko koljena", no TLM-ovi vjerovnici prihvatili su glas javnosti i potporu nastojanjima sindikata iz državnih institucija, zadovoljan je Uranija.
- Dobro je što nas se poslušalo, sretni smo zbog toga. Što je najvažnije, nitko od njih nije deložiran; dio ih već otkupljuje stanove, a drugi se pripremaju za to - navodi.
Kako naglašava Vedran Uranija, ti su ljudi zaslužili postati vlasnicima pod povoljnijim uvjetima, jer je riječ o dijelu stambenog fonda TLM-a koji su i sami stvarali. Od 43 stana, u osam žive zaštićeni najmoprimci s pravom prvokupa i za njih još uvijek nije stigla ni jedna ponuda za otkup, premda je u drugom pokušaju cijena bila snižena 25 posto, informacija je iz stečajne uprave TLM-a. U tijeku je treći pokušaj njihove prodaje, a od preostalih 35 stanova prodano je 29 nakon trećeg i četvrtog oglasa u listopadu, također za pola cijene. Većim dijelom bit će isplaćeni obročno.
