Grad Šibenik je raspisao, a Društvo arhitekata Šibenik do 18. siječnja provodi natječaj za izradu idejnog urbanističko-arhitektonskog rješenja za uređenje trga na Vanjskom, što bi, prema procjeni, koštalo 2,8 milijuna kuna.
Riječ je o površini od gotovo 1000 četvornih metara (929), nastaloj 2017. godine uklanjanjem dugogodišnje benzinske crpke i privremeno služi za parkiranje skutera. Ta je postaja bila dijelom nagodbe Grada Šibenika i Ine u vezi sa zemljištem TEF-a koje je u međuvremenu uspješno razriješeno prijetećih financijskih tereta na plećima gradske uprave i postat će željenim prostorom novog širenja Šibenika u stambenim, poslovnim i drugim javnim sadržajima.
Namjena nakon natječaja
Natječaj o kojemu je riječ trebao je uslijediti tada, 2017., no gradska uprava odustala je od prvotne namjere te je gradonačelnik Željko Burić obavijestio javnost da će namjena te, betonskom galanterijom popločane čistine na vrlo frekventnom gradskom predjelu biti definirana nakon završetka obnove Poljane.
U to vrijeme se, u najopćenitijim crtama, među ostalim, spominjalo da bi na tome mjestu, moguće, zaživio šibenski "Cvjetni trg", prostor za prodaju cvijeća, međutim, namjena popločanja na Vanjskome tek se ima definirati nakon natječaja raspisanog ovih dana i stručnih procjena.
Svrha je natječaja dobiti najbolje urbanističko-arhitektonsko rješenje, a od prispjelih radova očekuje se prijedlog reafirmacije javnoga gradskog prostora i njegovih mogućih namjena, zajedno s hortikulturnim uređenjem, urbanom opremom, javnom rasvjetom i prometnom regulacijom te mikrolokacije, kao i prijedlog izgleda i obuhvata ugostiteljskih terasa - objašnjava naručitelj u tekstu natječaja objavljenog u dnevnom tisku i na elektroničkim stranicama Grada Šibenika.
Najuspješnije natjecatelje izabrat će ocjenjivački sud u sastavu Ante Kuzmanić, arhitekt iz Splita kao predsjednik, Madlena Roša Dulibić, pročelnica gradskog Odjela za prostorno planiranje i zaštitu okoliša i Kuzmanićeva zamjenica, Neno Kezić, također arhitekt iz Splita, Živana Stošić, predstavnica Konzervatorskoga odjela u Šibeniku, te Nastja Alfier, predsjednica Društva arhitekata Šibenik.

Gradska uprava odredila je i nagradni fond od 74 tisuće kuna neto iznosa, namijenjen za tri najbolja rada. Pobjedniku natječaja slijedi 37 tisuća kuna, ili polovica iznosa nagrade, drugoplasiranom pripada trećina - 22.200 kuna, a treći najuspješniji rad bit će nagrađen s 14.800 kuna, što je 20 posto iznosa nagradnog fonda. Budući da je raspisivač natječaja, Grad Šibenik postaje vlasnikom nagrađenih radova.
Pravo sudjelovanja u natječaju sa statusom autora ima jedna ili više stručnih fizičkih ili pravnih osoba, od kojih je barem jedan partner ovlašteni arhitekt ili ovlašteni arhitekt urbanist. Pri izradi rada prijavljenog na natječaj sudionici mogu angažirati i stručnjake na drugim područjima, no oni se ne smatraju autorima, napomena je raspisivača natječaja za prijedlog arhitektonskog i urbanističkog uređenja površine na Vanjskome.

Grad Šibenik je raspisao, a Društvo arhitekata Šibenik do 18. siječnja provodi natječaj za izradu idejnog urbanističko-arhitektonskog rješenja za uređenje trga na Vanjskom, što bi, prema procjeni, koštalo 2,8 milijuna kuna.
Riječ je o površini od gotovo 1000 četvornih metara (929), nastaloj 2017. godine uklanjanjem dugogodišnje benzinske crpke i privremeno služi za parkiranje skutera. Ta je postaja bila dijelom nagodbe Grada Šibenika i Ine u vezi sa zemljištem TEF-a koje je u međuvremenu uspješno razriješeno prijetećih financijskih tereta na plećima gradske uprave i postat će željenim prostorom novog širenja Šibenika u stambenim, poslovnim i drugim javnim sadržajima.
Namjena nakon natječaja
Natječaj o kojemu je riječ trebao je uslijediti tada, 2017., no gradska uprava odustala je od prvotne namjere te je gradonačelnik Željko Burić obavijestio javnost da će namjena te, betonskom galanterijom popločane čistine na vrlo frekventnom gradskom predjelu biti definirana nakon završetka obnove Poljane.
U to vrijeme se, u najopćenitijim crtama, među ostalim, spominjalo da bi na tome mjestu, moguće, zaživio šibenski "Cvjetni trg", prostor za prodaju cvijeća, međutim, namjena popločanja na Vanjskome tek se ima definirati nakon natječaja raspisanog ovih dana i stručnih procjena.
Svrha je natječaja dobiti najbolje urbanističko-arhitektonsko rješenje, a od prispjelih radova očekuje se prijedlog reafirmacije javnoga gradskog prostora i njegovih mogućih namjena, zajedno s hortikulturnim uređenjem, urbanom opremom, javnom rasvjetom i prometnom regulacijom te mikrolokacije, kao i prijedlog izgleda i obuhvata ugostiteljskih terasa - objašnjava naručitelj u tekstu natječaja objavljenog u dnevnom tisku i na elektroničkim stranicama Grada Šibenika.
Najuspješnije natjecatelje izabrat će ocjenjivački sud u sastavu Ante Kuzmanić, arhitekt iz Splita kao predsjednik, Madlena Roša Dulibić, pročelnica gradskog Odjela za prostorno planiranje i zaštitu okoliša i Kuzmanićeva zamjenica, Neno Kezić, također arhitekt iz Splita, Živana Stošić, predstavnica Konzervatorskoga odjela u Šibeniku, te Nastja Alfier, predsjednica Društva arhitekata Šibenik.

Gradska uprava odredila je i nagradni fond od 74 tisuće kuna neto iznosa, namijenjen za tri najbolja rada. Pobjedniku natječaja slijedi 37 tisuća kuna, ili polovica iznosa nagrade, drugoplasiranom pripada trećina - 22.200 kuna, a treći najuspješniji rad bit će nagrađen s 14.800 kuna, što je 20 posto iznosa nagradnog fonda. Budući da je raspisivač natječaja, Grad Šibenik postaje vlasnikom nagrađenih radova.
Pravo sudjelovanja u natječaju sa statusom autora ima jedna ili više stručnih fizičkih ili pravnih osoba, od kojih je barem jedan partner ovlašteni arhitekt ili ovlašteni arhitekt urbanist. Pri izradi rada prijavljenog na natječaj sudionici mogu angažirati i stručnjake na drugim područjima, no oni se ne smatraju autorima, napomena je raspisivača natječaja za prijedlog arhitektonskog i urbanističkog uređenja površine na Vanjskome.
