Pregledom konstruktivnih elemenata na zgradi u bivšoj vojarni Bribirski knezovi, nastavljaju se aktivnosti na projektu Centra za mlade koji će biti izgrađen na istočnom predjelu Šibenika. Grad je naime raspisao natječaj za izvođača pripremnih radova (istječe sa sutrašnjim danom, op.a.) nakon kojih će postati jasnije u kakvom stanju se nalazi nekadašnja vojarna JNA koja već godinama stoji zapuštena.

Podsjetimo, riječ je o projektu teškom oko četiri milijuna eura, koji će se, poput brojnih, već realiziranih na području Grada, u velikoj mjeri financirati iz europske blagajne. Centar za mlade zamišljen je kao epicentar sportskih i društvenih događanja u kojem će između ostaloga, biti smještena koncertna i sportsko-penjačka dvorana, prostori za radionice, skate park ali i ono što je važno za napomenuti, brojne udruge koje djeluju na području Grada.

- Analiza konstrukcije zgrade jedna je od predradnji koju obavezno moramo napraviti, tim više što tehnička dokumentacija o zgradi ne postoji. Ovaj dio posla predstavlja jedan dio pripreme za radove koji će se na zgradi obavljati – kazuje nam pročelnik šibenskog Upravnog odjela za gospodarstvo, poduzetništvo i razvoj, Petar Mišura. 

Vizualno, dodaje Mišura, objekt je u solidnom stanju, pogotovo glavni dio zgrade. Ipak, jedan dio će se morati srušiti, ne zbog lošeg stanja već zbog idejnog projekta prema kojem je zamišljeno da na tom području bude ulica. Idejni projekt, dodajmo, djelo je šibenskih arhitekata Darija Crnogaće i Ane Selak, koje će ipak doživjeti male preinake. Naime, u razdoblju od prosinca prošle do svibnja ove godine provedeno je istraživanje koje je obuhvatilo devet fokus grupa s 83 sudionika o usklađenosti idejnog rješenja budućeg Centra sa željama i potrebama mladih u Šibeniku.

- Nakon javne rasprave ukazana je potreba za prostorom koji bi bio namijenjen lokalnim bendovima. Ono što iznenađuje je činjenica da je bilo dosta zahtjeva za prostorom u kojem bi bilo omogućeno pružanje psihološke pomoći – kazuje nam Mišura. 

Dodajmo i kako model upravljanja Centrom još uvijek nije definiran. Konačna odluka i finalni prijedlog modela upravljanja Centrom kojem se mnogi mladi vesele, bit će predstavljen u drugoj polovici listopada ove godine.

Pregledom konstruktivnih elemenata na zgradi u bivšoj vojarni Bribirski knezovi, nastavljaju se aktivnosti na projektu Centra za mlade koji će biti izgrađen na istočnom predjelu Šibenika. Grad je naime raspisao natječaj za izvođača pripremnih radova (istječe sa sutrašnjim danom, op.a.) nakon kojih će postati jasnije u kakvom stanju se nalazi nekadašnja vojarna JNA koja već godinama stoji zapuštena.

Podsjetimo, riječ je o projektu teškom oko četiri milijuna eura, koji će se, poput brojnih, već realiziranih na području Grada, u velikoj mjeri financirati iz europske blagajne. Centar za mlade zamišljen je kao epicentar sportskih i društvenih događanja u kojem će između ostaloga, biti smještena koncertna i sportsko-penjačka dvorana, prostori za radionice, skate park ali i ono što je važno za napomenuti, brojne udruge koje djeluju na području Grada.

- Analiza konstrukcije zgrade jedna je od predradnji koju obavezno moramo napraviti, tim više što tehnička dokumentacija o zgradi ne postoji. Ovaj dio posla predstavlja jedan dio pripreme za radove koji će se na zgradi obavljati – kazuje nam pročelnik šibenskog Upravnog odjela za gospodarstvo, poduzetništvo i razvoj, Petar Mišura. 

Vizualno, dodaje Mišura, objekt je u solidnom stanju, pogotovo glavni dio zgrade. Ipak, jedan dio će se morati srušiti, ne zbog lošeg stanja već zbog idejnog projekta prema kojem je zamišljeno da na tom području bude ulica. Idejni projekt, dodajmo, djelo je šibenskih arhitekata Darija Crnogaće i Ane Selak, koje će ipak doživjeti male preinake. Naime, u razdoblju od prosinca prošle do svibnja ove godine provedeno je istraživanje koje je obuhvatilo devet fokus grupa s 83 sudionika o usklađenosti idejnog rješenja budućeg Centra sa željama i potrebama mladih u Šibeniku.

- Nakon javne rasprave ukazana je potreba za prostorom koji bi bio namijenjen lokalnim bendovima. Ono što iznenađuje je činjenica da je bilo dosta zahtjeva za prostorom u kojem bi bilo omogućeno pružanje psihološke pomoći – kazuje nam Mišura. 

Dodajmo i kako model upravljanja Centrom još uvijek nije definiran. Konačna odluka i finalni prijedlog modela upravljanja Centrom kojem se mnogi mladi vesele, bit će predstavljen u drugoj polovici listopada ove godine.
