Dok imate malo kupusa i graha, ne trebate se bojati gladi. Još ako se nađe koji komadić suhog mesa, skromni će ručak lako postati prava gozba. Nekoć se upravo na takav način kuhalo - od malo se radilo puno. Mnogi od tih zgodnih recepata danas su, nažalost, zaboravljeni ili su na rubu zaborava.
Jedno od jela kojeg se danas malo tko sjeća je takozvano prisiljeno zelje. Iza pomalo odbjnog naziva krije se jednostavno, ali ukusno jelo od kupusa i pome pasate. Pamtite li ga? Mnogi su odrasli na njemu, ali ga se rijetko sjete. Prava šteta, jer može poslužiti kao samostalno jelo, kao gusta juha ili kao varivo uz koje se obično poslužujue pire, a često je bilo i u funkciji priloga uz mesna jela.
Ljepota ovog jela je ne samo u dostupnosti i jednostavnosti nego i u prilagodljivosti recepta gotovo svačijem ukusu. Želite li drugačije začine, samo naprijed. Hoćete li ga skuhati jušnije ili gušće, na vama je, kao i odluka hoćete li mu kad je već skoro gotovo dodati malo brašna razmućenog u vodi za gušći umak. Osim toga, prisiljeno zelje ne mora vas prisiliti da postite: slobodno mu dodajte štogod mrsno, uostalom po mnogim je receptima taj dodatak neizostavan.

Prisiljeno zelje
Sastojci:
500 ml pome pasate
1 glavica kupusa (oko 1 kg težine)
1 luk
2 žlice šećera
1 žlica sjeckanog peršina
1 žlica masti
1/2 žličice kima
sol, papar
Priprema:
Kupus narežite na trakice pa ga posolite i ostavite da odstoji par minuta.
Za to vrijeme na otopljenoj masti pirjajte nasjeckani luk dok ne dobije lijepu boju. Dodajte mu kupus pa pirjajte desetak minuta.
Zatim dodajte pasiranu rajčicu, kim, šećer, sol i papar pa kuhajte zajedno dvadesetak minuta dolijevajući vode prema svom ukusu.
Kad je sve skuhano podijelite u tanjure i pospite peršinom te poslužite.

Jedno od jela kojeg se danas malo tko sjeća je takozvano prisiljeno zelje. Iza pomalo odbjnog naziva krije se jednostavno, ali ukusno jelo od kupusa i pome pasate. Pamtite li ga? Mnogi su odrasli na njemu, ali ga se rijetko sjete. Prava šteta, jer može poslužiti kao samostalno jelo, kao gusta juha ili kao varivo uz koje se obično poslužujue pire, a često je bilo i u funkciji priloga uz mesna jela.
Ljepota ovog jela je ne samo u dostupnosti i jednostavnosti nego i u prilagodljivosti recepta gotovo svačijem ukusu. Želite li drugačije začine, samo naprijed. Hoćete li ga skuhati jušnije ili gušće, na vama je, kao i odluka hoćete li mu kad je već skoro gotovo dodati malo brašna razmućenog u vodi za gušći umak. Osim toga, prisiljeno zelje ne mora vas prisiliti da postite: slobodno mu dodajte štogod mrsno, uostalom po mnogim je receptima taj dodatak neizostavan.

Prisiljeno zelje
Sastojci:
500 ml pome pasate
1 glavica kupusa (oko 1 kg težine)
1 luk
2 žlice šećera
1 žlica sjeckanog peršina
1 žlica masti
1/2 žličice kima
sol, papar
Priprema:
Kupus narežite na trakice pa ga posolite i ostavite da odstoji par minuta.
Za to vrijeme na otopljenoj masti pirjajte nasjeckani luk dok ne dobije lijepu boju. Dodajte mu kupus pa pirjajte desetak minuta.
Zatim dodajte pasiranu rajčicu, kim, šećer, sol i papar pa kuhajte zajedno dvadesetak minuta dolijevajući vode prema svom ukusu.
Kad je sve skuhano podijelite u tanjure i pospite peršinom te poslužite.
