Što kažete na jednu dobru domaću pizzu? Dobra ideja, za ne, samo vam se ne da čekati da se tijesto digne... Nema problema, jer imamo recept prema kojem se pizza priprema za samo pet minuta a pritom je mekana i sočna pa je savršena za sve one kojima je dosta ovih trenutno modernih pizza jako tankog tijesta.

Tajna je u tome što je tijesto za ovu pizzu jako, jako mekano, gotovo tekuće, zbog čega je konačan rezultat mekan poput oblaka. Ne morate nam vjerobvati na riječ, samo pogledajte video koji slijedi u nastavku, no najprije evo vam recept. Sigurni smo da ćete ga sačuvati ako ga isprobate.

‘Tekuća‘ pizza

Sastojci:

250 g brašna tipa 00
250 g vode sobne temperature
1 žličica šećera
1 žličica soli
1 žlica ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja
8 g instant kvasaca

Priprema:

Pomiješajte vodu, šećer, sol i ulje pa im dodajte jedan dio brašna te sve izmiješajte žlicom, nema potreba za miksanjem. Čim se smjesa ujednačila, dodajte ostatak brašna i izmiješajte, a na kraju dodajte i kvasac pa završite s miješanjem. 

Kalup promjera 26 do 286 centimetara nauljite pa u njega ulijte tijesto i poravnajte ga žlicom. Na tijesto potom nanesite umak i nadjev po želji, ali nemojte još dodati sir. Zapecite u pećnici ugrijanoj na 220 stupnjeva nekih 15 do 20 minuta, zatim dodajte sir pa pecite još 10-ak minuta, dok se sir ne rastopi.

Što kažete na jednu dobru domaću pizzu? Dobra ideja, za ne, samo vam se ne da čekati da se tijesto digne... Nema problema, jer imamo recept prema kojem se pizza priprema za samo pet minuta a pritom je mekana i sočna pa je savršena za sve one kojima je dosta ovih trenutno modernih pizza jako tankog tijesta.

Tajna je u tome što je tijesto za ovu pizzu jako, jako mekano, gotovo tekuće, zbog čega je konačan rezultat mekan poput oblaka. Ne morate nam vjerobvati na riječ, samo pogledajte video koji slijedi u nastavku, no najprije evo vam recept. Sigurni smo da ćete ga sačuvati ako ga isprobate.

‘Tekuća‘ pizza

Sastojci:

250 g brašna tipa 00
250 g vode sobne temperature
1 žličica šećera
1 žličica soli
1 žlica ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja
8 g instant kvasaca

Priprema:

Pomiješajte vodu, šećer, sol i ulje pa im dodajte jedan dio brašna te sve izmiješajte žlicom, nema potreba za miksanjem. Čim se smjesa ujednačila, dodajte ostatak brašna i izmiješajte, a na kraju dodajte i kvasac pa završite s miješanjem. 

Kalup promjera 26 do 286 centimetara nauljite pa u njega ulijte tijesto i poravnajte ga žlicom. Na tijesto potom nanesite umak i nadjev po želji, ali nemojte još dodati sir. Zapecite u pećnici ugrijanoj na 220 stupnjeva nekih 15 do 20 minuta, zatim dodajte sir pa pecite još 10-ak minuta, dok se sir ne rastopi.

Što kažete na jednu dobru domaću pizzu? Dobra ideja, za ne, samo vam se ne da čekati da se tijesto digne... Nema problema, jer imamo recept prema kojem se pizza priprema za samo pet minuta a pritom je mekana i sočna pa je savršena za sve one kojima je dosta ovih trenutno modernih pizza jako tankog tijesta.

Tajna je u tome što je tijesto za ovu pizzu jako, jako mekano, gotovo tekuće, zbog čega je konačan rezultat mekan poput oblaka. Ne morate nam vjerobvati na riječ, samo pogledajte video koji slijedi u nastavku, no najprije evo vam recept. Sigurni smo da ćete ga sačuvati ako ga isprobate.

‘Tekuća‘ pizza

Sastojci:

250 g brašna tipa 00
250 g vode sobne temperature
1 žličica šećera
1 žličica soli
1 žlica ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja
8 g instant kvasaca

Priprema:

Pomiješajte vodu, šećer, sol i ulje pa im dodajte jedan dio brašna te sve izmiješajte žlicom, nema potreba za miksanjem. Čim se smjesa ujednačila, dodajte ostatak brašna i izmiješajte, a na kraju dodajte i kvasac pa završite s miješanjem. 

Kalup promjera 26 do 286 centimetara nauljite pa u njega ulijte tijesto i poravnajte ga žlicom. Na tijesto potom nanesite umak i nadjev po želji, ali nemojte još dodati sir. Zapecite u pećnici ugrijanoj na 220 stupnjeva nekih 15 do 20 minuta, zatim dodajte sir pa pecite još 10-ak minuta, dok se sir ne rastopi.
