Osnovna škola "Pojišan" ponovno će se "obući" u kameno ruho. Nakon oštrih reakcija struke, koja je reagirala zbog neprimjerene termoizolacije škole kojom su se zaklonile kamene ploče na fasadi i time poništile likovne vrijednosti ovog istaknutog djela modernističke arhitekture, Grad je odlučio potrošiti još više od dva milijuna kuna da bi ispravio grešku.

Raspisana je, naime, javna nabava za ugradnju nove kamene obloge na dijelu OŠ "Pojišan". Kad se sve zbroji, za termičku izolaciju škole izabrano je najskuplje rješenje. Naime, umjesto da je prije izrade projekta energetske obnove zgrada proglašena vrijednom arhitekturom koja zaslužuje poseban tretman, škola će nakon svega imati dvostruku količinu kamenih ploča, s time da će jedne biti vidljive, a druge skrivene.

Procijenjena vrijednost javne nabave je 2,25 milijuna kuna s PDV-om, a izvedbeni i glavni projekt izradila je tvrtka "Grading projekt". Na fasade škole postavit će se 872 četvorna metra novih kamenih ploča od bijelog vapnenca, od kojih će svaka biti veličine 50 x 80 centimetara.

Nove ploče koje će doći na postojeću termoizolaciju neće se izravno zalijepiti na nju, nego će se postaviti na konstrukciju koja će se izvesti od aluminijskih profila. Kamene će ploče po rubovima imati utore kako bi se lakše fiksirale za aluminijske nosače i na taj će se način osigurati da izdrže nalete vjetra.

Kao švicarski sir...

Da bi se konstrukcija montirala na fasadu zgrade, trebat će na čak 907 mjesta iskopati rupe u termoizolacijskoj zaštiti koja je već postavljena na školu. U te će se rupe staviti konzolni nosači koji će držati konstrukciju. Svaka će rupa biti velika 6 x 18 centimetara i duboka 15 centimetara, koliko iznosi debljina kamene spužve na fasadi.

Toliko debela termoizolacija odabrana je u namjeri da što više zagrije školu, a sad će je bušiti kao švicarski sir. No ipak, nakon što se u rupe stave konzolni nosači, u njih će se uliti poliuretanska pjena radi izolacije.

Da bi konstrukcija koja će držati kamene ploče bila stabilna, trebat će je usidriti. To će se izvesti vijcima dugim najmanje 15 centimetara, koji će morati proći kroz kamene ploče koje se već nalaze kao obloge na zidu, da bi ih se, kad njih probiju, "zavidalo" u betonski zid.

Radovi će trajati četiri mjeseca od potpisivanja ugovora s odabranim izvođačem.

Međutim, u lipnju prošle godine pisali smo kako će se izvesti posve drugačiji postupak. Naime, po izjavi koju nam je tada dao Josip Giljanović, direktor tvrtke "Gilan", koja je izradila projekt energetske obnove OŠ "Pojišan", nakon sastanka s predstavnicima Grada izvođaču radova "Jukić Damu" bilo je rečeno da zaustavi radove, skine izolaciju s kamenih fasada, da ih obrusi i obavi pjeskarenje kako bi se vratilo prvobitno stanje na kamenim fasadama.

Giljanović nam je objasnio zašto se odustalo od te namjere.

Ne da se odlijepiti...

– Uz tu prvotnu ideju postojala je varijanta da se na izolaciju stavi novi kamen, pa je na kraju donesena odluka o toj varijanti. Tamo gdje je bio kamen, pokušaj skidanja onoga što je "Jukić Dam" nalijepio kao izolaciju pokazao se problematičnim, odnosno neizvedivim. Ljepilo je toliko zalijepilo izolaciju da je postala nemoguća misija skinuti to i obrusiti. A dosta toga su već bili zalijepili na kamene plohe. Na kraju se odlučilo da će se na termoizolaciju postaviti novi kamen koji će biti identičan s pločama, dimenzijama i načinom učvršćenja – objašnjava Giljanović.

– Da je netko iz Grada prije signalizirao, sve bi se ispoštovalo na vrijeme. Sad su oni, poučeni ovim, odlučili da se osnuje nekakva komisija od Građevinskog fakulteta i ljudi od struke koja bi donijela odluku da se nešto što je vrijedno zadrži u izvornom obliku. To je u redu. Iz nečega što je krenulo malo loše, možda na koncu ispadne nešto dobro – zaključuje Giljanović.

Sve u svemu, naučena lekcija nije baš ni jeftina. Naime, u lipnju prošle godine pisali smo da je energetska obnova OŠ "Pojišan" vrijedna 12 milijuna kuna, od čega je 4,8 milijuna nepovratnih sredstava. Sada se zbog učenja na greškama iznos povećava za još 2,25 milijuna kuna.

Kuzmanić: Lijepljenje termoizolacije na fasadu je - svetogrđe!



Školu "Pojišan" je 1957. projektirao splitski arhitekt Dinko Vesanović (1915. – 2000.). Lijepljenje termoizolacije na fasadu izazvalo je prilično oštre reakcije, zbog kojih su bili obustavljeni radovi.

Usprotivilo se Društvo arhitekata Split, a posebno je emotivno reagirao profesor i arhitekt Ante Kuzmanić, nekadašnji učenik te škole, koji je proglasio svetogrđem lijepljenje termoizolacije na kameno pročelje zgrade.

Zabranu radova od nadležnih je zatražio arhitektov sin Damir Vesanović, kao nositelj autorskih prava.

Prof. dr. Darovan Tušek, autor monografije o Dinku Vesanoviću, izjavio je da ovaj slučaj ukazuje na problem voluntarističkog tretiranja preoblikovanja ključnih zgrada novijeg razdoblja razvoja moderne hrvatske arhitekture.

Osnovna škola "Pojišan" ponovno će se "obući" u kameno ruho. Nakon oštrih reakcija struke, koja je reagirala zbog neprimjerene termoizolacije škole kojom su se zaklonile kamene ploče na fasadi i time poništile likovne vrijednosti ovog istaknutog djela modernističke arhitekture, Grad je odlučio potrošiti još više od dva milijuna kuna da bi ispravio grešku.

Raspisana je, naime, javna nabava za ugradnju nove kamene obloge na dijelu OŠ "Pojišan". Kad se sve zbroji, za termičku izolaciju škole izabrano je najskuplje rješenje. Naime, umjesto da je prije izrade projekta energetske obnove zgrada proglašena vrijednom arhitekturom koja zaslužuje poseban tretman, škola će nakon svega imati dvostruku količinu kamenih ploča, s time da će jedne biti vidljive, a druge skrivene.

Procijenjena vrijednost javne nabave je 2,25 milijuna kuna s PDV-om, a izvedbeni i glavni projekt izradila je tvrtka "Grading projekt". Na fasade škole postavit će se 872 četvorna metra novih kamenih ploča od bijelog vapnenca, od kojih će svaka biti veličine 50 x 80 centimetara.

Nove ploče koje će doći na postojeću termoizolaciju neće se izravno zalijepiti na nju, nego će se postaviti na konstrukciju koja će se izvesti od aluminijskih profila. Kamene će ploče po rubovima imati utore kako bi se lakše fiksirale za aluminijske nosače i na taj će se način osigurati da izdrže nalete vjetra.

Kao švicarski sir...

Da bi se konstrukcija montirala na fasadu zgrade, trebat će na čak 907 mjesta iskopati rupe u termoizolacijskoj zaštiti koja je već postavljena na školu. U te će se rupe staviti konzolni nosači koji će držati konstrukciju. Svaka će rupa biti velika 6 x 18 centimetara i duboka 15 centimetara, koliko iznosi debljina kamene spužve na fasadi.

Toliko debela termoizolacija odabrana je u namjeri da što više zagrije školu, a sad će je bušiti kao švicarski sir. No ipak, nakon što se u rupe stave konzolni nosači, u njih će se uliti poliuretanska pjena radi izolacije.

Da bi konstrukcija koja će držati kamene ploče bila stabilna, trebat će je usidriti. To će se izvesti vijcima dugim najmanje 15 centimetara, koji će morati proći kroz kamene ploče koje se već nalaze kao obloge na zidu, da bi ih se, kad njih probiju, "zavidalo" u betonski zid.

Radovi će trajati četiri mjeseca od potpisivanja ugovora s odabranim izvođačem.

Međutim, u lipnju prošle godine pisali smo kako će se izvesti posve drugačiji postupak. Naime, po izjavi koju nam je tada dao Josip Giljanović, direktor tvrtke "Gilan", koja je izradila projekt energetske obnove OŠ "Pojišan", nakon sastanka s predstavnicima Grada izvođaču radova "Jukić Damu" bilo je rečeno da zaustavi radove, skine izolaciju s kamenih fasada, da ih obrusi i obavi pjeskarenje kako bi se vratilo prvobitno stanje na kamenim fasadama.

Giljanović nam je objasnio zašto se odustalo od te namjere.

Ne da se odlijepiti...

– Uz tu prvotnu ideju postojala je varijanta da se na izolaciju stavi novi kamen, pa je na kraju donesena odluka o toj varijanti. Tamo gdje je bio kamen, pokušaj skidanja onoga što je "Jukić Dam" nalijepio kao izolaciju pokazao se problematičnim, odnosno neizvedivim. Ljepilo je toliko zalijepilo izolaciju da je postala nemoguća misija skinuti to i obrusiti. A dosta toga su već bili zalijepili na kamene plohe. Na kraju se odlučilo da će se na termoizolaciju postaviti novi kamen koji će biti identičan s pločama, dimenzijama i načinom učvršćenja – objašnjava Giljanović.

– Da je netko iz Grada prije signalizirao, sve bi se ispoštovalo na vrijeme. Sad su oni, poučeni ovim, odlučili da se osnuje nekakva komisija od Građevinskog fakulteta i ljudi od struke koja bi donijela odluku da se nešto što je vrijedno zadrži u izvornom obliku. To je u redu. Iz nečega što je krenulo malo loše, možda na koncu ispadne nešto dobro – zaključuje Giljanović.

Sve u svemu, naučena lekcija nije baš ni jeftina. Naime, u lipnju prošle godine pisali smo da je energetska obnova OŠ "Pojišan" vrijedna 12 milijuna kuna, od čega je 4,8 milijuna nepovratnih sredstava. Sada se zbog učenja na greškama iznos povećava za još 2,25 milijuna kuna.

Kuzmanić: Lijepljenje termoizolacije na fasadu je - svetogrđe!



Školu "Pojišan" je 1957. projektirao splitski arhitekt Dinko Vesanović (1915. – 2000.). Lijepljenje termoizolacije na fasadu izazvalo je prilično oštre reakcije, zbog kojih su bili obustavljeni radovi.

Usprotivilo se Društvo arhitekata Split, a posebno je emotivno reagirao profesor i arhitekt Ante Kuzmanić, nekadašnji učenik te škole, koji je proglasio svetogrđem lijepljenje termoizolacije na kameno pročelje zgrade.

Zabranu radova od nadležnih je zatražio arhitektov sin Damir Vesanović, kao nositelj autorskih prava.

Prof. dr. Darovan Tušek, autor monografije o Dinku Vesanoviću, izjavio je da ovaj slučaj ukazuje na problem voluntarističkog tretiranja preoblikovanja ključnih zgrada novijeg razdoblja razvoja moderne hrvatske arhitekture.
