Na blagdan svetog Dujma proslavit ćemo petu godišnjicu uređenja Turističke palače. Nismo pogrešno napisali. Ne slavimo pet godina od otvorenja ili okončanja uređenja, već doslovno pet godina pokušaja završetka uređenja Turističke palače. No, to nije sve, obilježavamo još veću obljetnicu – 15 godina od pokušaja završetka uređenja Rive!

Riječ je o klasičnoj splitskoj priči koje se jedna od druge razlikuju u nijansama, ali je princip isti –​ nefunkcionalan grad i država.

Naime, koncesionar Turističke palače Stipe Mađor prema ugovoru s Gradom nije završio rekonstrukciju Turističke palače sve dok u potpunosti ne uredi i okolno zemljište. A Mađor nije mogao popločati još oko 500 četvornih metara na frekventnom prijelazu iz Trajektne luke na Rivi zbog kioska od samo devet četvornih metara.

Ilegalna “kapunjera”, vlasnika Darija Alujevića, koja je uklonjena tek početkom listopada prošle godine, sprječavala je dovršetak radova na Turističkoj palači, ali i konačan završetak Rive.

Mučnim scenama privođenja četiriju osoba povezanih s vlasnikom objekta koje su u dramatičnom fotofinišu pokušale spriječiti uklanjanje trafike, završila je pet godina duga agonija.

Splitska obitelj Alujević nije sporila da za kiosk nemaju važeći ugovor, ali su tvrdili kako njihov kiosk nije na zem­ljištu u vlasništvu Grada, nego da se nalazi na pomorskom dobru. Stoga su zaključili da im je Grad posljednjih 25 godina neovlašteno naplaćivao najam. No, aktualna gradska vlast pronašla je zakonsku začkoljicu s kojom su uspjeli ukloniti kiosk. Koncesionar Turističke palače tako je konačno mogao krenuti s izvršavanjem svojih obveza prema Gradu te popločenjem tog dijela Rive.

– Kamen je spreman, ali nisam siguran kada će biti gotovi radovi. Sve ovisi o izvođaču “Jadrankamenu” koji kasni sa završetkom radova na drugom gradilištu, pa tako sve kasni i ovdje. Trebalo bi sve biti gotovo do blagdana svetog Dujma – rekao je Stipe Mađor. Dakle, točno na petu obljetnicu od otvorenja Turističke palače i 15. godišnjicu od svečanog otvorenja Rive.

Manje posla i tuđi dugovi

Dok je Grad iznašao snage, volje i načina da ukloni kiosk obitelji Alujević, cijena materijala znatno se povećala za investitora koji plaća danak nefunkcionalne države. Mađor nam priznaje da mu se iznos ovih radova u zadnjih pet godina povećao minimalno za 30 posto.

– Radovi će koštati između 500 i 600 tisuća kuna, a posla je manje. U međuvremenu se dogodila pandemija koronavirusa, posao nam se smanjio, a imali smo problema i s pojedinim najmoprimcima nametnutim od strane Grada kojima je propao posao, pa su nam ostavili dugove – ispričao je Stipe Mađor, koji će na ukupnu investiciju još pridodati nešto više od pola milijuna kuna.

Na rekonstrukciju Turističke palače s 1100 četvornih metara zatvorenog prostora, 21 lokalom i 5200 četvornih metara uređenog okoliša popločanog bračkim kamenom, Mađor je do otvorenja investirao 18,3 milijuna kuna, te Gradu Splitu pet godina plaća mjesečni najam od oko 225 tisuća kuna.

Cijela drama oko jednog kioska i nedovršenog uređenja Turističke palače i Rive mogla bi konačno završiti do Dana grada, koji se obilježava 7. svibnja. No, kako se ne bi odviknuli od apsurda, sada nas na istočnoj obali čeka još jedini preostali štand koji sprječava uređenje šetnice od Autobusnog kolodvora do Rive. Izgleda da u Splitu nikako ne stoji poznata fraza “jedan ko nijedan”, zato ne krijemo bojazan da bi i taj štand obavijen ceradom mogao još dugo biti tema naših tekstova, baš kao i Alujevićev kiosk.

Na blagdan svetog Dujma proslavit ćemo petu godišnjicu uređenja Turističke palače. Nismo pogrešno napisali. Ne slavimo pet godina od otvorenja ili okončanja uređenja, već doslovno pet godina pokušaja završetka uređenja Turističke palače. No, to nije sve, obilježavamo još veću obljetnicu – 15 godina od pokušaja završetka uređenja Rive!

Riječ je o klasičnoj splitskoj priči koje se jedna od druge razlikuju u nijansama, ali je princip isti –​ nefunkcionalan grad i država.

Naime, koncesionar Turističke palače Stipe Mađor prema ugovoru s Gradom nije završio rekonstrukciju Turističke palače sve dok u potpunosti ne uredi i okolno zemljište. A Mađor nije mogao popločati još oko 500 četvornih metara na frekventnom prijelazu iz Trajektne luke na Rivi zbog kioska od samo devet četvornih metara.

Ilegalna “kapunjera”, vlasnika Darija Alujevića, koja je uklonjena tek početkom listopada prošle godine, sprječavala je dovršetak radova na Turističkoj palači, ali i konačan završetak Rive.

Mučne scene

Mučnim scenama privođenja četiriju osoba povezanih s vlasnikom objekta koje su u dramatičnom fotofinišu pokušale spriječiti uklanjanje trafike, završila je pet godina duga agonija.

Splitska obitelj Alujević nije sporila da za kiosk nemaju važeći ugovor, ali su tvrdili kako njihov kiosk nije na zem­ljištu u vlasništvu Grada, nego da se nalazi na pomorskom dobru. Stoga su zaključili da im je Grad posljednjih 25 godina neovlašteno naplaćivao najam. No, aktualna gradska vlast pronašla je zakonsku začkoljicu s kojom su uspjeli ukloniti kiosk. Koncesionar Turističke palače tako je konačno mogao krenuti s izvršavanjem svojih obveza prema Gradu te popločenjem tog dijela Rive.

– Kamen je spreman, ali nisam siguran kada će biti gotovi radovi. Sve ovisi o izvođaču “Jadrankamenu” koji kasni sa završetkom radova na drugom gradilištu, pa tako sve kasni i ovdje. Trebalo bi sve biti gotovo do blagdana svetog Dujma – rekao je Stipe Mađor. Dakle, točno na petu obljetnicu od otvorenja Turističke palače i 15. godišnjicu od svečanog otvorenja Rive.

Manje posla i tuđi dugovi

Dok je Grad iznašao snage, volje i načina da ukloni kiosk obitelji Alujević, cijena materijala znatno se povećala za investitora koji plaća danak nefunkcionalne države. Mađor nam priznaje da mu se iznos ovih radova u zadnjih pet godina povećao minimalno za 30 posto.

– Radovi će koštati između 500 i 600 tisuća kuna, a posla je manje. U međuvremenu se dogodila pandemija koronavirusa, posao nam se smanjio, a imali smo problema i s pojedinim najmoprimcima nametnutim od strane Grada kojima je propao posao, pa su nam ostavili dugove – ispričao je Stipe Mađor, koji će na ukupnu investiciju još pridodati nešto više od pola milijuna kuna.

Na rekonstrukciju Turističke palače s 1100 četvornih metara zatvorenog prostora, 21 lokalom i 5200 četvornih metara uređenog okoliša popločanog bračkim kamenom, Mađor je do otvorenja investirao 18,3 milijuna kuna, te Gradu Splitu pet godina plaća mjesečni najam od oko 225 tisuća kuna.

Cijela drama oko jednog kioska i nedovršenog uređenja Turističke palače i Rive mogla bi konačno završiti do Dana grada, koji se obilježava 7. svibnja. No, kako se ne bi odviknuli od apsurda, sada nas na istočnoj obali čeka još jedini preostali štand koji sprječava uređenje šetnice od Autobusnog kolodvora do Rive. Izgleda da u Splitu nikako ne stoji poznata fraza “jedan ko nijedan”, zato ne krijemo bojazan da bi i taj štand obavijen ceradom mogao još dugo biti tema naših tekstova, baš kao i Alujevićev kiosk.
