Damir Barbir, SDP-ov vijećnik dobio je odgovor na vijećničko pitanje o tome kada kreće izgradnja trgovačkog centar Kaufland na Trsteniku i javna višeetažna garaža koja bi se morala izvoditi istovremeno s pristupnom prometnicom odnosno trgovačkim centrom.
Podsjetio je kako bi se prema sporazumu Grada Splita s "Kauflandom" javna garaža morala izgraditi prije ili istovremeno s pristupnom prometnicom, odnosno trgovačkim centrom.

- Višeetažna javna garaža, građanima je od iznimne važnosti s obzirom da ostale potencijalne planirane javne garaže zbog imovinsko pravnih odnosa nisu zaživjele.
U GK Trstenik manjka preko 1000 parkirnih mjesta, a s obzirom da trenutno traju radovi na izgradnji pothodnika, broj parking mjesta se još dodatno smanjio pa smo to kompenzirali privremenim rješenjima ne računajući izgubljena parking mjesta na parcelama pripremljenim za izgradnju trgovačkog centra.
Sve navedeno ovako tešku situaciju s parkirnim mjestima u kvartu čini još gorom te planiramo po tom pitanju sazvati Zbor građana koji moraju dobiti odgovore na pitanja vezana za izvođenje javnih i privatnih sadržaja.

Odgovorio mu je Teo Vojković, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za urbanizam i izgradnju.
- Građevinska dozvola za pristupnu prometnicu poslovnog centra "Kaufland" izdat će se kad se za to ostvare zakonom propisani uvjeti. U tijeku je pregled dostavljene dokumentacije, a njezin sastavni dio je i glavni projekt javne garaže, s ukupno 300 parkirnih mjesta i javnim sadržajima na krovu.
Projekt garaže predviđa da jedan njezin dio bude izgrađen prije prometnice, jer se nalazi ispod nje. Građevinska dozvola bit će izdana za kompletan zahvat i to za prometnicu te dvije faze garaže.
Planirano je, kako je i utvrđeno ugovorom, da prometnicu i prvu fazu garaže izgradi investitor poslovnog centra, a drugu fazu "Split parking".

Dinamika realizacije izgradnje garaže koja je prioritet "Split parkiga" ovisi o izdavanju građevinske dozvole, koji proces je u tijeku.
Očekuje se da građevinska dozvola bude izdana u narednih nekoliko mjeseci (između 9. i 10. mjeseca ove godine), a dinamika gradnje jednim dijelom ovisi i o usklađenju aktivnosti nabave izvođača, s obzirom na to da se radi o složenom projektu dva različita investitora.
U svakom slučaju, cilj je osigurati kontinuitet realizacije, odmah nakon ostvarenja zakonsko-administrativnih uvjeta, s planom da konačni završetak gradnje bude do kraja 2024. godine - odgovorio mu je Vojković.

Podsjetio je kako bi se prema sporazumu Grada Splita s "Kauflandom" javna garaža morala izgraditi prije ili istovremeno s pristupnom prometnicom, odnosno trgovačkim centrom.

- Višeetažna javna garaža, građanima je od iznimne važnosti s obzirom da ostale potencijalne planirane javne garaže zbog imovinsko pravnih odnosa nisu zaživjele.
U GK Trstenik manjka preko 1000 parkirnih mjesta, a s obzirom da trenutno traju radovi na izgradnji pothodnika, broj parking mjesta se još dodatno smanjio pa smo to kompenzirali privremenim rješenjima ne računajući izgubljena parking mjesta na parcelama pripremljenim za izgradnju trgovačkog centra.
Sve navedeno ovako tešku situaciju s parkirnim mjestima u kvartu čini još gorom te planiramo po tom pitanju sazvati Zbor građana koji moraju dobiti odgovore na pitanja vezana za izvođenje javnih i privatnih sadržaja.

Odgovorio mu je Teo Vojković, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za urbanizam i izgradnju.
- Građevinska dozvola za pristupnu prometnicu poslovnog centra "Kaufland" izdat će se kad se za to ostvare zakonom propisani uvjeti. U tijeku je pregled dostavljene dokumentacije, a njezin sastavni dio je i glavni projekt javne garaže, s ukupno 300 parkirnih mjesta i javnim sadržajima na krovu.
Projekt garaže predviđa da jedan njezin dio bude izgrađen prije prometnice, jer se nalazi ispod nje. Građevinska dozvola bit će izdana za kompletan zahvat i to za prometnicu te dvije faze garaže.
Planirano je, kako je i utvrđeno ugovorom, da prometnicu i prvu fazu garaže izgradi investitor poslovnog centra, a drugu fazu "Split parking".

Dinamika realizacije izgradnje garaže koja je prioritet "Split parkiga" ovisi o izdavanju građevinske dozvole, koji proces je u tijeku.
Očekuje se da građevinska dozvola bude izdana u narednih nekoliko mjeseci (između 9. i 10. mjeseca ove godine), a dinamika gradnje jednim dijelom ovisi i o usklađenju aktivnosti nabave izvođača, s obzirom na to da se radi o složenom projektu dva različita investitora.
U svakom slučaju, cilj je osigurati kontinuitet realizacije, odmah nakon ostvarenja zakonsko-administrativnih uvjeta, s planom da konačni završetak gradnje bude do kraja 2024. godine - odgovorio mu je Vojković.
