Hrvatska nastavlja loš trend rasta među europskim zemljama s najvećom stopom umrlih od koronavirusa, a zadnjih dana među preminulima sve je veći broj i nešto mlađih osoba.
Tako smo primjerice 9. rujna prema podacima Europskog centra za suzbijanje bolesti (ECDC) bili na petom mjestu u Europi po stopi preminulih od koronavirusa na 100.000 stanovnika, a sad smo opet izgurali Maltu i skočili na četvrto mjesto. Gori od nas su samo Rumunji gdje je stopa smrtnosti u zadnjih 14 dana bila tri posto, Španjolci sa 1.6 posto te Bugari s 1.5 posto. Mi smo na stopi od jedan posto.
- Činjenica je da u ovom drugom valu imamo značajno mlađu populaciju nego što smo je imali na zimu. Tada je bio dominantan proboj virusa u domove za stare i nemoćne, za vrijeme lockdowna epidemija se nije širila među širom populacijom jer nije bilo gibanja, a sad se virus proširio u općoj populaciji, i on je tu svugdje oko nas – kaže nam predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju splitskoga KBC-a prof. dr. Ivo Ivić.
Prosječna dob hospitaliziranih pacijenata u Splitu je 68 godina, a najmlađa osoba koja je umrla na respiratoru imala je 59 godina.
„U drugom valu imali smo 16 pacijenata koje su bili na respiratoru, a trenutno ih je troje. Njihova prosječna dob je 67 godina. U ovom trenutku najmlađi pacijent koji je obolio od COVID-a na odjelu je mladić od 24 godine, a iza njega imamo dvoje pacijenata u dobi 50 i 51 godine – napominje dr. Ivić.
Oboljeli mladić je na dijalizi zbog svoje osnovne bolesti.
LAKŠE SE DIŠE
U Dalmaciji se ipak nešto lakše diše ovaj tjedan, šef splitske Infektologije kaže kako se osjeća znatno manji pritisak na hitnu ambulantu.
- U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji situacija je u laganom smirivanju. Ukupan broj hospitaliziranih pred vikend je bio 74, sada smo na 62. Broj otpuštenih je veći nego broj primljenih iako smo jučer primili novih pet bolesnika.
Nažalost, jučer je dvoje umrlo. Jedan je stariji gospodin, 85 godina, koji je bio doveden u teškom stanju, a drugi je bolesnik u dobi od 70 godina preminuo na respiratoru – ističe infektolog dodajući da su, kada se u cjelini gleda, protuepidemijske mjere dale rezultate.
- Stoga molim građane da budu odgovorni, neka slijede epidemiološke upute, drže distancu, nose masku i izbjegavaju veća okupljanja. To je nešto što će nam svima pomoći jer se virus uvukao u cijelu populaciju. Potpuna je iluzija da ćemo potpuno zaustaviti epidemiju, to se vidi i na svjetskom nivou, ali možemo smanjiti intenzitet širenja zaraze kako bismo kvalitetno zbrinuli sve one kojima treba zdravstvena skrb - bilo da boluju od Covida-19, bilo da imaju neku drugu bolest', zaključuje dr. Ivić.
U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji od 165 obrađenih testova u protekla 24 sata utvrđeno je 11 novooboljelih. Iz Splita četvero, te po jedan pacijent iz Hrvaca, Podstrane, Runovića, Sinja, Trogira, te dvoje iz Solina.

Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo radi studiju komorbiditeta kod preminulih osoba od COVID-a, a prema preliminarnim podacima najviše je umrlih uz koronu imalo i hipertenziju. Uz osobe koje imaju povišen tlak liječnici među najrizičnije navode i pretile osobe, one s plućnim bolestima, drugim kardiovaskularnim bolestima i dijabetesom.
Nekadašnji saborski zastupnik liječnik hematolog dr. Mirando Mrsić pak ukazuje kako povišen tlak nije sam po sebi uzrok težim kliničkim slikama kod COVID-a.
„Netočno je reći da će osobe koje imaju povišen tlak imati veće komplikacije ako se zaraze koronavirusom.
To je selektivna statistika u kojoj doista najveći broj ljudi koji su umrli od COVID-a imali dijagnozu hipertenzije, ali nije ona bila uzrok njihove teške kliničke slike nego druge bolesti koje su povezane s tom primarnom bolesti.
Osoba koja ima samo povišen tlak i koja ga drži pod kontrolom propisanom terapijom nije nimalo više rizičnija nego bilo koja druga osoba – objašnjava dr. Mrsić.

Hrvatska nastavlja loš trend rasta među europskim zemljama s najvećom stopom umrlih od koronavirusa, a zadnjih dana među preminulima sve je veći broj i nešto mlađih osoba.
Tako smo primjerice 9. rujna prema podacima Europskog centra za suzbijanje bolesti (ECDC) bili na petom mjestu u Europi po stopi preminulih od koronavirusa na 100.000 stanovnika, a sad smo opet izgurali Maltu i skočili na četvrto mjesto. Gori od nas su samo Rumunji gdje je stopa smrtnosti u zadnjih 14 dana bila tri posto, Španjolci sa 1.6 posto te Bugari s 1.5 posto. Mi smo na stopi od jedan posto.
- Činjenica je da u ovom drugom valu imamo značajno mlađu populaciju nego što smo je imali na zimu. Tada je bio dominantan proboj virusa u domove za stare i nemoćne, za vrijeme lockdowna epidemija se nije širila među širom populacijom jer nije bilo gibanja, a sad se virus proširio u općoj populaciji, i on je tu svugdje oko nas – kaže nam predstojnik Klinike za infektologiju splitskoga KBC-a prof. dr. Ivo Ivić.
Prosječna dob hospitaliziranih pacijenata u Splitu je 68 godina, a najmlađa osoba koja je umrla na respiratoru imala je 59 godina.
„U drugom valu imali smo 16 pacijenata koje su bili na respiratoru, a trenutno ih je troje. Njihova prosječna dob je 67 godina. U ovom trenutku najmlađi pacijent koji je obolio od COVID-a na odjelu je mladić od 24 godine, a iza njega imamo dvoje pacijenata u dobi 50 i 51 godine – napominje dr. Ivić.
Oboljeli mladić je na dijalizi zbog svoje osnovne bolesti.
LAKŠE SE DIŠE
U Dalmaciji se ipak nešto lakše diše ovaj tjedan, šef splitske Infektologije kaže kako se osjeća znatno manji pritisak na hitnu ambulantu.
- U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji situacija je u laganom smirivanju. Ukupan broj hospitaliziranih pred vikend je bio 74, sada smo na 62. Broj otpuštenih je veći nego broj primljenih iako smo jučer primili novih pet bolesnika.
Nažalost, jučer je dvoje umrlo. Jedan je stariji gospodin, 85 godina, koji je bio doveden u teškom stanju, a drugi je bolesnik u dobi od 70 godina preminuo na respiratoru – ističe infektolog dodajući da su, kada se u cjelini gleda, protuepidemijske mjere dale rezultate.
- Stoga molim građane da budu odgovorni, neka slijede epidemiološke upute, drže distancu, nose masku i izbjegavaju veća okupljanja. To je nešto što će nam svima pomoći jer se virus uvukao u cijelu populaciju. Potpuna je iluzija da ćemo potpuno zaustaviti epidemiju, to se vidi i na svjetskom nivou, ali možemo smanjiti intenzitet širenja zaraze kako bismo kvalitetno zbrinuli sve one kojima treba zdravstvena skrb - bilo da boluju od Covida-19, bilo da imaju neku drugu bolest', zaključuje dr. Ivić.
U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji od 165 obrađenih testova u protekla 24 sata utvrđeno je 11 novooboljelih. Iz Splita četvero, te po jedan pacijent iz Hrvaca, Podstrane, Runovića, Sinja, Trogira, te dvoje iz Solina.

TLAKAŠI, ODAHNITE ‘Netočno je da osobe koje imaju povišen tlak imaju veće komplikacije s koronom‘
Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo radi studiju komorbiditeta kod preminulih osoba od COVID-a, a prema preliminarnim podacima najviše je umrlih uz koronu imalo i hipertenziju. Uz osobe koje imaju povišen tlak liječnici među najrizičnije navode i pretile osobe, one s plućnim bolestima, drugim kardiovaskularnim bolestima i dijabetesom.
Nekadašnji saborski zastupnik liječnik hematolog dr. Mirando Mrsić pak ukazuje kako povišen tlak nije sam po sebi uzrok težim kliničkim slikama kod COVID-a.
„Netočno je reći da će osobe koje imaju povišen tlak imati veće komplikacije ako se zaraze koronavirusom.
To je selektivna statistika u kojoj doista najveći broj ljudi koji su umrli od COVID-a imali dijagnozu hipertenzije, ali nije ona bila uzrok njihove teške kliničke slike nego druge bolesti koje su povezane s tom primarnom bolesti.
Osoba koja ima samo povišen tlak i koja ga drži pod kontrolom propisanom terapijom nije nimalo više rizičnija nego bilo koja druga osoba – objašnjava dr. Mrsić.
