Zahvaljujući uspješnoj suradnji Grada Splita i Ekonomskog fakulteta u Splitu, jedno od najpoznatijih svjetskih startup natjecanja po drugi put dolazi u Split, čime se lokalnim startup poduzetnicima pruža mogućnost internacionalizacije poslovanja i vidljivosti na globalnoj sceni. Grad Split je osigurao nagradni fond od 300 tisuća kuna bespovratnih sredstava za najperspektivnije startup poduzetnike.
Ciljevi dodjele potpora su pokretanje rasta gospodarstva kroz inovativne razvojne ideje kojima se potiče i pomaže razvoj poduzetništva temeljenog na znanju i inovativnosti, stvaranje i razvoj novih proizvoda i usluga koje će startup poduzetnike bolje pozicionirati na tržištu, povećanje konkurentnosti kroz inovativne aktivnosti, te interakcija i mogućnost predstavljanja potencijalnim investitorima i međunarodnim ulagačima.
Na Get in the Ring Split mogu se prijaviti svi poslovni subjekti do pet godina starosti i razvojni timovi koji nemaju poslovni subjekt, ali razvijaju inovativne proizvode ili usluge, i to iz cijele Republike Hrvatske.
Nagradni fond od 300 tisuća kuna raspodijeljen je tako da je za prvu nagradu osiguran iznos od 120 tisuća kuna. Druga pak nagrada iznosi 70 tisuća kuna, a treća 50. Oni koji zauzmu od četvrtog do šestog mjesta dobit će po 20 tisuća kuna.
Projekt se provodi u suradnji s Ekonomskim fakultetom u Splitu koji ima licencu s pravom korištenja Get in the Ring formata organizacije natjecanja te se radi o projektu međunarodnog karaktera koji se ogleda i u međunarodnim članovima Povjerenstava, interakciji i mogućnosti predstavljanja svih prijavitelja potencijalnim investitorima i međunarodnim ulagačima te se istima osigurava obvezno mentorstvo u vidu što kvalitetnije pripreme za javno izlaganje projektnih ideja.
Startupe će pripremiti za natjecanje mentori iz prestižnog europskog poslovnog akceleratora za visoke tehnologije i intelektualno vlasništvo Silicon Castles iz Austrije te pitch treneri iz Get in the Ring Global organizacije iz Nizozemske.
Nakon dvije faze ocjenjivanja, šest prijavitelja ide u finale natjecanja Get in the Ring gdje se bore pred međunarodnim sucima te prijavitelj koji osvoji prvu nagradu, ostvaruje pravo sudjelovanja na međunarodnom natjecanju 'Global Meetup 2022' gdje se okupljaju najbolji svjetski startupovi, kako bi se natjecali u globalnom finalu, te iskoristili prilike za poslovno umrežavanje s investitorima i partnerima tokom tri dana događanja.

Zahvaljujući uspješnoj suradnji Grada Splita i Ekonomskog fakulteta u Splitu, jedno od najpoznatijih svjetskih startup natjecanja po drugi put dolazi u Split, čime se lokalnim startup poduzetnicima pruža mogućnost internacionalizacije poslovanja i vidljivosti na globalnoj sceni. Grad Split je osigurao nagradni fond od 300 tisuća kuna bespovratnih sredstava za najperspektivnije startup poduzetnike.
Ciljevi dodjele potpora su pokretanje rasta gospodarstva kroz inovativne razvojne ideje kojima se potiče i pomaže razvoj poduzetništva temeljenog na znanju i inovativnosti, stvaranje i razvoj novih proizvoda i usluga koje će startup poduzetnike bolje pozicionirati na tržištu, povećanje konkurentnosti kroz inovativne aktivnosti, te interakcija i mogućnost predstavljanja potencijalnim investitorima i međunarodnim ulagačima.
Na Get in the Ring Split mogu se prijaviti svi poslovni subjekti do pet godina starosti i razvojni timovi koji nemaju poslovni subjekt, ali razvijaju inovativne proizvode ili usluge, i to iz cijele Republike Hrvatske.
Nagradni fond od 300 tisuća kuna raspodijeljen je tako da je za prvu nagradu osiguran iznos od 120 tisuća kuna. Druga pak nagrada iznosi 70 tisuća kuna, a treća 50. Oni koji zauzmu od četvrtog do šestog mjesta dobit će po 20 tisuća kuna.
Projekt se provodi u suradnji s Ekonomskim fakultetom u Splitu koji ima licencu s pravom korištenja Get in the Ring formata organizacije natjecanja te se radi o projektu međunarodnog karaktera koji se ogleda i u međunarodnim članovima Povjerenstava, interakciji i mogućnosti predstavljanja svih prijavitelja potencijalnim investitorima i međunarodnim ulagačima te se istima osigurava obvezno mentorstvo u vidu što kvalitetnije pripreme za javno izlaganje projektnih ideja.
Startupe će pripremiti za natjecanje mentori iz prestižnog europskog poslovnog akceleratora za visoke tehnologije i intelektualno vlasništvo Silicon Castles iz Austrije te pitch treneri iz Get in the Ring Global organizacije iz Nizozemske.
Nakon dvije faze ocjenjivanja, šest prijavitelja ide u finale natjecanja Get in the Ring gdje se bore pred međunarodnim sucima te prijavitelj koji osvoji prvu nagradu, ostvaruje pravo sudjelovanja na međunarodnom natjecanju 'Global Meetup 2022' gdje se okupljaju najbolji svjetski startupovi, kako bi se natjecali u globalnom finalu, te iskoristili prilike za poslovno umrežavanje s investitorima i partnerima tokom tri dana događanja.
