Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak prošao je svoje prvo vatreno krštenje, suočen sa štrajkom radnika "Čistoće", gradske firme u kojoj radi 312 radnika s prosječnom plaćom od 1143,23 eura, koliko je ona iznosila u siječnju ove godine.

Dakako, prosjek je prosjek, u njega upada i direktor sa skoro tri tisuće eura mjesečno, ali i čistačica sa, kako je sama obznanila, sa svega 1.054 eura.

Dakako, mnogi će reći kako je štrajk rezultat napora splitske opozicije da se destabilizira gradonačelnik te da iza njega stoje više politički, a manje škovacinski interesi. Međutim, kako god da jest, od ishoda štrajka ovisi i stabilnost u Banovini, ali i elementarno funkcioniranje grada.

Da se ne lažemo, čist grad je u prvom redu interes građana koji čistače, kao i Puljka, iz doprinosa i plaćaju, bez obzira na to tko u Banovini sjedi u čelnoj fotelji. Interes je građana da javne službe funkcioniraju, a na podršku nas, poreskih platiša, uvijek će moći računati oni koji spram vlasti ispostavljaju utemeljene zahtjeve ili koji nas makar znaju ‘taknuti u dušu‘.

S te strane, međutim, štrajkaši su sebi već u prvih nekoliko sati obustave rada zabili autogol te su, dovoljno je vidjeti komentare na portalima i društvenim mrežama, simpatije izgubili onog trenutka kad je jedna štrajkašica sa četiri godine iskustva i, kako je napomenula, 21 prekovremeni sat u proteklom mjesecu, pokazala novinarima svoju buštu.

Dakle, 1.054 eura! Većina okupljenih novinara prenijela je njezinu fotografiju i žalopojku i samo slegnula ramenima – mnogi od izvjestitelja o toj plaći ne može razmišljati, a pogotovo oni kojima je ugovor na neodređeno tek sanak pusti u branši kojom dominira prekarni rad.

No, pustimo novinare. Nad novinarima će, nažalost, malo tko suzu pustiti... Međutim, dotična je mlada čistačica, očekujući solidarnost javnosti, svoj posao usporedila s poslom splitskih teta, žena koje rade u predškolskim ustanovama koje su također u "vlasti" Grada.

Usput je konstatirala i kako odgojiteljice imaju dva ljetna mjeseca slobodno što je ne samo neistina nego je i maliciozna neistina. Pitanje godišnjih odmora svima je regulirano na isti način s tim što, za razliku od škovacina, prekovremene sate mogu tek rijetki i naplatiti.

Kad su splitske odgojiteljice prije samo četiri mjeseca u Banovini "izbile" povećanje materijalnih prava zaposlenih u dječjim vrtićima, za njih je to bio veliki napredak. A što su uspjele iskamčiti? Ugovorile su povećanje osnovice za šest i pol posto pa će im ona od 1. srpnja ove godine iznositi ‘čitavih‘ 5.807,06 kuna, odnosno, prst više od 770 eura.

Uz ostale dodatke osnovici, splitske tete doguraju prosječno do oko 800 eura, a rijetko koja dosegne tisuću. Većina splitskih teta, bez obzira na činjenicu da u najmanju ruku imaju završen dodiplomski, a najčešće imaju i završen diplomski studij u što su uložile tri do pet godina života i školovanja, radi ili je radila i po sedam, osam i više godina na određeno vrijeme, na zamjenama, u nadi da će se jednom, u srednjim tridesetima, dokopati čvrstog ugovora o radu.

Svi mi koji imamo djecu i unuke, pa i radnici Čistoće, vrlo dobro znademo u kojim i kakvim uvjetima rade odgojiteljice kojima povjeravamo svoju djecu. Svi znademo da su grupe prevelike, da su mnogi vrtići prostorno skučeni, o jaslicama da i ne govorimo, ali znademo i to da za njihovu plaću mi ne bismo brinuli ni o petero, a kamoli o dvadeset i petero tuđe djece.

‘Napravit ćemo sve u okviru mogućnosti da poboljšamo materijalna prava zaposlenika u vrtićima. Oni to zaslužuju. Ne mogu tete odgajati našu djecu ako nisu zadovoljne na svojem radnom mjestu. Dugoročno, želimo materijalna prava zaposlenika dječjih vrtića izjednačiti sa pravima zaposlenika Gradske uprave i gradskih firmi, kazao je gradonačelnik Puljak u prosincu. Sad bi bilo zgodno da to možda i napravi pa da odgojiteljima u vrtićima dade – škovacinske plaće! Za tete bi to bio golemi korak naprijed.

Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak prošao je svoje prvo vatreno krštenje, suočen sa štrajkom radnika "Čistoće", gradske firme u kojoj radi 312 radnika s prosječnom plaćom od 1143,23 eura, koliko je ona iznosila u siječnju ove godine.

Dakako, prosjek je prosjek, u njega upada i direktor sa skoro tri tisuće eura mjesečno, ali i čistačica sa, kako je sama obznanila, sa svega 1.054 eura.

Dakako, mnogi će reći kako je štrajk rezultat napora splitske opozicije da se destabilizira gradonačelnik te da iza njega stoje više politički, a manje škovacinski interesi. Međutim, kako god da jest, od ishoda štrajka ovisi i stabilnost u Banovini, ali i elementarno funkcioniranje grada.

Da se ne lažemo, čist grad je u prvom redu interes građana koji čistače, kao i Puljka, iz doprinosa i plaćaju, bez obzira na to tko u Banovini sjedi u čelnoj fotelji. Interes je građana da javne službe funkcioniraju, a na podršku nas, poreskih platiša, uvijek će moći računati oni koji spram vlasti ispostavljaju utemeljene zahtjeve ili koji nas makar znaju ‘taknuti u dušu‘.

S te strane, međutim, štrajkaši su sebi već u prvih nekoliko sati obustave rada zabili autogol te su, dovoljno je vidjeti komentare na portalima i društvenim mrežama, simpatije izgubili onog trenutka kad je jedna štrajkašica sa četiri godine iskustva i, kako je napomenula, 21 prekovremeni sat u proteklom mjesecu, pokazala novinarima svoju buštu.

Dakle, 1.054 eura! Većina okupljenih novinara prenijela je njezinu fotografiju i žalopojku i samo slegnula ramenima – mnogi od izvjestitelja o toj plaći ne može razmišljati, a pogotovo oni kojima je ugovor na neodređeno tek sanak pusti u branši kojom dominira prekarni rad.

No, pustimo novinare. Nad novinarima će, nažalost, malo tko suzu pustiti... Međutim, dotična je mlada čistačica, očekujući solidarnost javnosti, svoj posao usporedila s poslom splitskih teta, žena koje rade u predškolskim ustanovama koje su također u "vlasti" Grada.

Usput je konstatirala i kako odgojiteljice imaju dva ljetna mjeseca slobodno što je ne samo neistina nego je i maliciozna neistina. Pitanje godišnjih odmora svima je regulirano na isti način s tim što, za razliku od škovacina, prekovremene sate mogu tek rijetki i naplatiti.

Kad su splitske odgojiteljice prije samo četiri mjeseca u Banovini "izbile" povećanje materijalnih prava zaposlenih u dječjim vrtićima, za njih je to bio veliki napredak. A što su uspjele iskamčiti? Ugovorile su povećanje osnovice za šest i pol posto pa će im ona od 1. srpnja ove godine iznositi ‘čitavih‘ 5.807,06 kuna, odnosno, prst više od 770 eura.

Uz ostale dodatke osnovici, splitske tete doguraju prosječno do oko 800 eura, a rijetko koja dosegne tisuću. Većina splitskih teta, bez obzira na činjenicu da u najmanju ruku imaju završen dodiplomski, a najčešće imaju i završen diplomski studij u što su uložile tri do pet godina života i školovanja, radi ili je radila i po sedam, osam i više godina na određeno vrijeme, na zamjenama, u nadi da će se jednom, u srednjim tridesetima, dokopati čvrstog ugovora o radu.

Svi mi koji imamo djecu i unuke, pa i radnici Čistoće, vrlo dobro znademo u kojim i kakvim uvjetima rade odgojiteljice kojima povjeravamo svoju djecu. Svi znademo da su grupe prevelike, da su mnogi vrtići prostorno skučeni, o jaslicama da i ne govorimo, ali znademo i to da za njihovu plaću mi ne bismo brinuli ni o petero, a kamoli o dvadeset i petero tuđe djece.

‘Napravit ćemo sve u okviru mogućnosti da poboljšamo materijalna prava zaposlenika u vrtićima. Oni to zaslužuju. Ne mogu tete odgajati našu djecu ako nisu zadovoljne na svojem radnom mjestu. Dugoročno, želimo materijalna prava zaposlenika dječjih vrtića izjednačiti sa pravima zaposlenika Gradske uprave i gradskih firmi, kazao je gradonačelnik Puljak u prosincu. Sad bi bilo zgodno da to možda i napravi pa da odgojiteljima u vrtićima dade – škovacinske plaće! Za tete bi to bio golemi korak naprijed.
