- Splitska bolnica, nažalost, još uvijek ništa nije promijenila. Ja sam srećom, nakon što me nisu htjeli hospitalizirati te su me s Hitne neprestano vraćali doma, otišla u Zagreb, što me je spasilo. Nakon lanjskog članka u "Slobodnoj" prošle godine zaista sam se nadala da će nastati promjene. Želim vjerovati da će inspekcija ovaj put nešto i napraviti - tim se riječima Splićanka M. Š. na svom Facebook profilu referirala na tragičan odlazak novinara Vladimira Matijanića prisjećajući se lanjskog osobnog iskustva kada je samo zahvaljujući intervenciji liječnika u Zagrebu još uvijek među živima.

Njezino smo iskustvo sa splitskom Hitnom objavili lanjskog srpnja pod naslovom "Upozoravajuće iskustvo Splićanke: Na Hitnoj u Splitu nisu vidjeli da mi je nakon cjepiva stradalo srce!? Tko zna što bi bilo sa mnom da nisam završila u Zagrebu", a u tekstu iznijeli kronologiju događaja.

Osjetivši bolove nakon cijepljenja dvaput je pohodila splitsku Hitnu pomoć (drugi put je gotovo kolabirala) gdje je, kako nam je ispričala, toliko loše obrađena (nije bilo EKG-a niti joj je, primjerice, vađena krv) i poslana kući nakon čega je, misleći kako je riječ o prolaznim tegobama iako joj je povremeno još bilo loše, otputovala u Zagreb. Kad su je drugog dana boravka u Zagrebu opet probudili jaki bolovi i stezanje u prsima, otišla je u bolnicu Merkur. Odmah su joj napravili EKG, poslali je na rendgen srca i vađenje krvi, kao i na ultrazvuk srca. Dijagnosticiran joj je miokarditis (upala srčanog mišića), te je odmah prebačena na koronarografiju na Rebru, jer neliječeni miokarditis može dovesti do smrtnog ishoda - srčanog ili moždanog udara.

- Ne bih htjela kriviti te liječnike na splitskoj Hitnoj pomoći. Ti liječnici su mladi, odgovorni vjerojatno nemaju koga staviti tamo. Žao mi ih je, jer je u pitanju neiskustvo. Ne želim prozivati ni liječnika ni liječnicu koji ionako više nisu u bolnici. Ne bih željela da im ovo utječe na karijeru. Pa zamislite sebe u takvoj situaciji! Tek su izišli s fakulteta... Ali uistinu bih voljela da se u bolnici na Firulama promijene neke stvari. Da ti, čovječe, izvade krv kad dođeš kod njih, da se napravi ljudima EKG. Neke detaljnije preglede... I da ti mladi liječnici uz sebe imaju nekog starijeg, iskusnijeg kolegu. Vidjela sam da ni oni jadni, sami ne znaju što bi sa mnom u stilu: "Aha, loše vam je, dat ćemo injekciju. Joj da, stvarno nam nije jasno". I preporuka: "Javite se svojoj liječnici". Ili: "U slučaju pogoršanja, dođite na Hitnu". Po što? Još jednu injekciju - ljutito nam je lani govorila M. Š.. A onda ispričala kakvu je zdravstvenu uslugu dobila u metropoli...

- A u Zagrebu, kad sam tamo došla na Hitnu, napravili su mi EKG, rendgen, ultrazvuk i izvadili krv. I sve to u pola sata, prije nego što sam hitno odvezena na koronarografiju na Rebro. I vozilom Hitne do tamo, pa opet vozilom Hitne nazad na Merkur i na intenzivnu, gdje sam šest dana bila na monitorima i osjećala se sigurno. Potpuno drukčija obrada nego u Splitu. A što bi bilo da sam ostala ovdje? Užas, baš sam ogorčena - kazala nam je M. Š..

- Mi u Hitnoj pomoći u biti nismo bolnica, mi smo ustanova primarne zdravstvene zaštite, poput Doma zdravlja. Gospođa je u Zagrebu izravno otišla na hitni bolnički prijem, objedinjeni prijem koji se nalazi u KBC-u Merkur. Mogla je to učiniti i ovdje. Je li onda bila na krivoj adresi?! Ma nije bila na krivoj adresi, iako se kod nas obrada definitivno ne radi. Mogućnost je pogreške ako doktor nije prepoznao da se nešto događa, jer da jest poslao bi je na hitan interni prijem i vjerojatno bi bila obrađena kako treba - komentirao nam je njezin slučaj dr. Leo Luetić, ravnatelj Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

- Ali s obzirom na to da je gospođa dolazila drugi put zbog sličnih tegoba, trebalo ju je odmah uputiti na detaljnije pretrage u bolnici. To je naše uobičajeno ponašanje. A to nije učinjeno. Zašto nije, ne znam - govorio je dr. Luetić potvrđujući kako u ambulanti Hitne pomoći imaju EKG i rade ga, ali njegovo korištenje ovisi o procjeni liječnika.

- Kao ravnatelj mogu govoriti je li pacijentu dostupna medicinska usluga ili ne, svaki liječnik ima sve potrebne dokumente i odobrenje za samostalan rad. Ima i certifikat, koji se u sustavu Hitne pomoći daje kao potvrda o obučenosti za rad u timu hitne medicine. Naravno da su je liječnici mogli dalje uputiti na obradu, to nije sporno. No, ne mogu ulaziti u liječničku procjenu, ali ćemo predmet uputiti našem povjerenstvu za kontrolu kvalitete - obećao je tada dr. Luetić.

- Splitska bolnica, nažalost, još uvijek ništa nije promijenila. Ja sam srećom, nakon što me nisu htjeli hospitalizirati te su me s Hitne neprestano vraćali doma, otišla u Zagreb, što me je spasilo. Nakon lanjskog članka u "Slobodnoj" prošle godine zaista sam se nadala da će nastati promjene. Želim vjerovati da će inspekcija ovaj put nešto i napraviti - tim se riječima Splićanka M. Š. na svom Facebook profilu referirala na tragičan odlazak novinara Vladimira Matijanića prisjećajući se lanjskog osobnog iskustva kada je samo zahvaljujući intervenciji liječnika u Zagrebu još uvijek među živima.

Njezino smo iskustvo sa splitskom Hitnom objavili lanjskog srpnja pod naslovom "Upozoravajuće iskustvo Splićanke: Na Hitnoj u Splitu nisu vidjeli da mi je nakon cjepiva stradalo srce!? Tko zna što bi bilo sa mnom da nisam završila u Zagrebu", a u tekstu iznijeli kronologiju događaja.

Osjetivši bolove nakon cijepljenja dvaput je pohodila splitsku Hitnu pomoć (drugi put je gotovo kolabirala) gdje je, kako nam je ispričala, toliko loše obrađena (nije bilo EKG-a niti joj je, primjerice, vađena krv) i poslana kući nakon čega je, misleći kako je riječ o prolaznim tegobama iako joj je povremeno još bilo loše, otputovala u Zagreb. Kad su je drugog dana boravka u Zagrebu opet probudili jaki bolovi i stezanje u prsima, otišla je u bolnicu Merkur. Odmah su joj napravili EKG, poslali je na rendgen srca i vađenje krvi, kao i na ultrazvuk srca. Dijagnosticiran joj je miokarditis (upala srčanog mišića), te je odmah prebačena na koronarografiju na Rebru, jer neliječeni miokarditis može dovesti do smrtnog ishoda - srčanog ili moždanog udara.

- Ne bih htjela kriviti te liječnike na splitskoj Hitnoj pomoći. Ti liječnici su mladi, odgovorni vjerojatno nemaju koga staviti tamo. Žao mi ih je, jer je u pitanju neiskustvo. Ne želim prozivati ni liječnika ni liječnicu koji ionako više nisu u bolnici. Ne bih željela da im ovo utječe na karijeru. Pa zamislite sebe u takvoj situaciji! Tek su izišli s fakulteta... Ali uistinu bih voljela da se u bolnici na Firulama promijene neke stvari. Da ti, čovječe, izvade krv kad dođeš kod njih, da se napravi ljudima EKG. Neke detaljnije preglede... I da ti mladi liječnici uz sebe imaju nekog starijeg, iskusnijeg kolegu. Vidjela sam da ni oni jadni, sami ne znaju što bi sa mnom u stilu: "Aha, loše vam je, dat ćemo injekciju. Joj da, stvarno nam nije jasno". I preporuka: "Javite se svojoj liječnici". Ili: "U slučaju pogoršanja, dođite na Hitnu". Po što? Još jednu injekciju - ljutito nam je lani govorila M. Š.. A onda ispričala kakvu je zdravstvenu uslugu dobila u metropoli...

- A u Zagrebu, kad sam tamo došla na Hitnu, napravili su mi EKG, rendgen, ultrazvuk i izvadili krv. I sve to u pola sata, prije nego što sam hitno odvezena na koronarografiju na Rebro. I vozilom Hitne do tamo, pa opet vozilom Hitne nazad na Merkur i na intenzivnu, gdje sam šest dana bila na monitorima i osjećala se sigurno. Potpuno drukčija obrada nego u Splitu. A što bi bilo da sam ostala ovdje? Užas, baš sam ogorčena - kazala nam je M. Š..

- Mi u Hitnoj pomoći u biti nismo bolnica, mi smo ustanova primarne zdravstvene zaštite, poput Doma zdravlja. Gospođa je u Zagrebu izravno otišla na hitni bolnički prijem, objedinjeni prijem koji se nalazi u KBC-u Merkur. Mogla je to učiniti i ovdje. Je li onda bila na krivoj adresi?! Ma nije bila na krivoj adresi, iako se kod nas obrada definitivno ne radi. Mogućnost je pogreške ako doktor nije prepoznao da se nešto događa, jer da jest poslao bi je na hitan interni prijem i vjerojatno bi bila obrađena kako treba - komentirao nam je njezin slučaj dr. Leo Luetić, ravnatelj Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

- Ali s obzirom na to da je gospođa dolazila drugi put zbog sličnih tegoba, trebalo ju je odmah uputiti na detaljnije pretrage u bolnici. To je naše uobičajeno ponašanje. A to nije učinjeno. Zašto nije, ne znam - govorio je dr. Luetić potvrđujući kako u ambulanti Hitne pomoći imaju EKG i rade ga, ali njegovo korištenje ovisi o procjeni liječnika.

- Kao ravnatelj mogu govoriti je li pacijentu dostupna medicinska usluga ili ne, svaki liječnik ima sve potrebne dokumente i odobrenje za samostalan rad. Ima i certifikat, koji se u sustavu Hitne pomoći daje kao potvrda o obučenosti za rad u timu hitne medicine. Naravno da su je liječnici mogli dalje uputiti na obradu, to nije sporno. No, ne mogu ulaziti u liječničku procjenu, ali ćemo predmet uputiti našem povjerenstvu za kontrolu kvalitete - obećao je tada dr. Luetić.
