"Može li niža cijena, naši smo?" Na ovo su pitanje domaći gosti na puno ugostiteljskih adresa redovito dobijali potvrdan odgovor, ali to je danas, kažu naši sugovornici, uglavnom stvar prošlosti.

Praksa naplaćivanja različitih cijena u kafićima i restoranima na Jadranu u naravi je zapravo izrazito problematična, jer od konobara čini - detektiva. On bi trebao svaku mušteriju osobno poznavati i znati je li u pitanju "cjelogodišnji gost" ili je na "privremenom boravku u destinaciji". I što potonje uopće znači?!

Spadaju li u tu kategoriji i lokalci iz susjednog mjesta koji dođu u određeni ugostiteljski objekt samo nekoliko puta godišnje? Tretiraju li se kao "naši" Osječani, Virovitičani ili Bjelovarčani kad sjednu na štekat u Splitu ili se to samo odnosi na stanovnike grada pod Marjanom?

Zakonski nije ispravno

- Ta priča s popustima za domaće vladala je jedno vrijeme, ali nisam sigurna koliko je to zakonski ispravno. Praksa u stilu "vama je cijena 20 posto niža jer ste Hrvati" možda je vrijedila prije Covida. Popust mora biti oglašen i objavljen, onda nema tko je tko - kaže Jelena Tabak, predsjednica Udruženja ugosteljskih djelatnosti HGK i vlasnica splitske konobe "Dujkin dvor".

Ono što je neupitno jest da se naplaćivanjem viših cijena styrancima u kafićima i restoranima krši EU uredba kojom je propisano da trgovac "ne smije primjenjivati različite opće uvjete pristupa svojoj robi ili uslugama zbog razloga povezanih s državljanstvom, mjestom boravišta ili mjestom poslovnog nastana klijenta".

- Popust se može dati jedino ako objavimo nekakav "happy hour", ali se ne može nuditi jedna cijena domaćem gostu, a druga stranom, iako naši ljudi to čine pa, kako tko, domaćim gostima daju popuste od 10 do 20 posto. No, iskreno rečeno, odavno to nisam zamijetila. Očito je da se, kad se proširila informacija da za takvo što nema zakonskog uporišta, to i prestalo raditi - govori Tabak.

Kako konobar ocjenjuje tko je domaći, a tko stranac? Tko se, u slučaju mogućnosti popusta, tretira kao domaći gost?

- Mogu govoriti samo ono što sam svojedobno viđala na terenu, a to je da su neki ugostitelji davali popust svim Hrvatima, a neki samo svojim stalnim gostima. A ovo drugo je, ustvari, jedino ispravno. I onda taj gost ima nekakvu karticu lojalnosti ili nešto tog tipa. Negdje je registriran. U takvim slučajevima zakonski se gostima može ponuditi popust - kaže vlasnica "Dujkinog dvora".

Nedavno joj je, veli, došla jedna Splićanka upitavši je ima li popusta za domaće, na što joj je uzvratila kako "ima za Hrvate, Srbe i Amerikance, ali u studenom". Ipak, napominje kako se često događa i da u neki ugostiteljski objekt dođe turist, stranac, koji bude zadovoljan pa dođe i idućih dana ukoliko duže boravi u Splitu. Naravno da ga se, kaže Jelena Tabak, već sutra, prilikom drugog posjeta ugostiteljskom objektu uz objed možda može počastiti čašom vina, a preksutra i desertom.

Zna se gdje je jeftinije

I splitski ugostitelj Domagoj Petričević tvrdi kako je u gradu izblijedila nekadašnja praksa formiranja cijena za domaće i strane.

- Koliko znam, toga više nema. Naši ljudi, Splićani, znaju gdje im je povoljnije ići na piće. Znaju da je, primjerice, pivo u "Centralu" osam eura. I to je to. Evo, recimo, kod mene u Vukovarskoj, u “Lamana”, kava je 1,70 eura, a možete ići i u Dolića na Kašjune i piti je za četiri eura. Tako stoje stvari. Možda gosti i pitaju konobare za popust, kao što su to znali raditi neki iz Bosne, koji bi im prilikom plaćanja rekli: "Mi smo domaći". Ili naši iz dijaspore... Nekoć se znalo događati, dok sam ja još konobario, da im neki možda malo nespretniji kolega ponudi jednu cijenu i onda se oni sutra vrate i ja im dam drugu, ne znajući za njegov postupak. Bilo je svega, ali mislim da sada toga više nema - kaže Domagoj Petričević.

Iz Dolisa (koncesionara s Kašjuna) su naknadno demantirali Petričevićeve izjave i dostavili nam cjenik u kojem je vidljivo da je u njih cijena espresso kave 2 EUR, a velike kave s mlijekom 2.50 EUR, a nikako, kako navode, spomenuta 4 EUR.

"Može li niža cijena, naši smo?" Na ovo su pitanje domaći gosti na puno ugostiteljskih adresa redovito dobijali potvrdan odgovor, ali to je danas, kažu naši sugovornici, uglavnom stvar prošlosti.

Praksa naplaćivanja različitih cijena u kafićima i restoranima na Jadranu u naravi je zapravo izrazito problematična, jer od konobara čini - detektiva. On bi trebao svaku mušteriju osobno poznavati i znati je li u pitanju "cjelogodišnji gost" ili je na "privremenom boravku u destinaciji". I što potonje uopće znači?!

Spadaju li u tu kategoriji i lokalci iz susjednog mjesta koji dođu u određeni ugostiteljski objekt samo nekoliko puta godišnje? Tretiraju li se kao "naši" Osječani, Virovitičani ili Bjelovarčani kad sjednu na štekat u Splitu ili se to samo odnosi na stanovnike grada pod Marjanom?

Zakonski nije ispravno

- Ta priča s popustima za domaće vladala je jedno vrijeme, ali nisam sigurna koliko je to zakonski ispravno. Praksa u stilu "vama je cijena 20 posto niža jer ste Hrvati" možda je vrijedila prije Covida. Popust mora biti oglašen i objavljen, onda nema tko je tko - kaže Jelena Tabak, predsjednica Udruženja ugosteljskih djelatnosti HGK i vlasnica splitske konobe "Dujkin dvor".

Ono što je neupitno jest da se naplaćivanjem viših cijena styrancima u kafićima i restoranima krši EU uredba kojom je propisano da trgovac "ne smije primjenjivati različite opće uvjete pristupa svojoj robi ili uslugama zbog razloga povezanih s državljanstvom, mjestom boravišta ili mjestom poslovnog nastana klijenta".

- Popust se može dati jedino ako objavimo nekakav "happy hour", ali se ne može nuditi jedna cijena domaćem gostu, a druga stranom, iako naši ljudi to čine pa, kako tko, domaćim gostima daju popuste od 10 do 20 posto. No, iskreno rečeno, odavno to nisam zamijetila. Očito je da se, kad se proširila informacija da za takvo što nema zakonskog uporišta, to i prestalo raditi - govori Tabak.

Kako konobar ocjenjuje tko je domaći, a tko stranac? Tko se, u slučaju mogućnosti popusta, tretira kao domaći gost?

- Mogu govoriti samo ono što sam svojedobno viđala na terenu, a to je da su neki ugostitelji davali popust svim Hrvatima, a neki samo svojim stalnim gostima. A ovo drugo je, ustvari, jedino ispravno. I onda taj gost ima nekakvu karticu lojalnosti ili nešto tog tipa. Negdje je registriran. U takvim slučajevima zakonski se gostima može ponuditi popust - kaže vlasnica "Dujkinog dvora".

Nedavno joj je, veli, došla jedna Splićanka upitavši je ima li popusta za domaće, na što joj je uzvratila kako "ima za Hrvate, Srbe i Amerikance, ali u studenom". Ipak, napominje kako se često događa i da u neki ugostiteljski objekt dođe turist, stranac, koji bude zadovoljan pa dođe i idućih dana ukoliko duže boravi u Splitu. Naravno da ga se, kaže Jelena Tabak, već sutra, prilikom drugog posjeta ugostiteljskom objektu uz objed možda može počastiti čašom vina, a preksutra i desertom.

Zna se gdje je jeftinije

I splitski ugostitelj Domagoj Petričević tvrdi kako je u gradu izblijedila nekadašnja praksa formiranja cijena za domaće i strane.

- Koliko znam, toga više nema. Naši ljudi, Splićani, znaju gdje im je povoljnije ići na piće. Znaju da je, primjerice, pivo u "Centralu" osam eura. I to je to. Evo, recimo, kod mene u Vukovarskoj, u “Lamana”, kava je 1,70 eura, a možete ići i u Dolića na Kašjune i piti je za četiri eura. Tako stoje stvari. Možda gosti i pitaju konobare za popust, kao što su to znali raditi neki iz Bosne, koji bi im prilikom plaćanja rekli: "Mi smo domaći". Ili naši iz dijaspore... Nekoć se znalo događati, dok sam ja još konobario, da im neki možda malo nespretniji kolega ponudi jednu cijenu i onda se oni sutra vrate i ja im dam drugu, ne znajući za njegov postupak. Bilo je svega, ali mislim da sada toga više nema - kaže Domagoj Petričević.

Iz Dolisa (koncesionara s Kašjuna) su naknadno demantirali Petričevićeve izjave i dostavili nam cjenik u kojem je vidljivo da je u njih cijena espresso kave 2 EUR, a velike kave s mlijekom 2.50 EUR, a nikako, kako navode, spomenuta 4 EUR.
