Zašto nije postavljena rampa na stepeništu zgrade u Jeretovoj ulici 11 na Splitu 3 zbog čega je Ivo Veber bio zarobljen u stanu posljednje tri i pol godine, pitanje je koje i dalje stoji neodgovoreno niti dan nakon njegove prerane smrti.
Umro je Ivo, vojni invalid, zarobljen u svome stanu. Sva tuga ove priče sadržana je u poruci na zidu njegove sobe
Prema riječima Tonija Šoljana, direktora sektora upravljanja tvrtke "Tehnoplast" koja je upravitelj zgrade "jedino moguće rješenje je bila ugradnja koso podizne platforme".
- Klasičnu invalidsku rampu nije moguće izvesti da bude usklađena sa svim propisima, jer bi se moralo raditi na požarnom putu i zbog nekih drugih okolnosti.

Između ostalog, vlasniku stana ispred čijeg zida bi trebala prolaziti rampa se time omogućava upad/krađa u stan preko te rampe. Kao tehnički jedina moguća varijanta je ugradnja koso podizne platforme.

Za ugradnju je, prema riječima Šoljana, nedostajalo novca iz pričuve. Zato je u izgradnji rampe trebalo pomoći Ministarstvo branitelja koje je za probleme Ive Vebera doznalo tek nakon što smo ih kontaktirali.

- Sukladno Pravilniku o načinu ostvarivanja prava na prilagodbu prilaza do zgrade, prilagodbu prilaza do stana u zgradi i prilagodbu stana za djecu smrtno stradaloga ili nestaloga hrvatskog branitelja iz Domovinskog rata i hrvatske ratne vojne invalide iz Domovinskog rata (NN 38/2018) gospodin Veber može podnijeti Zahtjev za ostvarivanje prava na prilagodbu prilaza do zgrade, stana i prilagodbu stana za potrebe Hrvatskih ratnih vojnih invalida iz Domovinskog rata po kojem će Ministarstvo u najkraćem mogućem roku postupiti.

Prema Pravilniku, osoba koja je dvije godine sudjelovala u ratu i ne može se kretati bez invalidskih kolica ili pomagala može predati zahtjev za prilagodbu prilaza mjestu stanovanja. Pravo se ne može ostvariti ako se ne dobije pristanak svih suvlasnika - odgovorili su nam u Ministarstvu branitelja.

Kontaktirali smo i Ivanu Zelić, predsjednicu kotara Split 3 koja nam je u rekla kako joj "Ivo Veber nije poslao potpise svih suvlasnika, te da ugradnja kose rampe nije bila moguća, jer portun nije dovoljno širok”.
- Rampa koja se predlagala bi bila jako strma s velikim nagibom. Bila bi jako duga i trebala bi nakositi veliki dio ulice. Rekli smo mu, ako pronađe rješenje da će se pokrenuti nešto. Trebao je imati potpise svih suvlasnika. Barem meni, potpise svih suvlasnika nije poslao kao predstavnik suvlasnika.

Susjedi nam kažu kako je rampu kao predstavnik suvlasnika Ivo Veber htio ugraditi prije desetak godina za starije osobe, ali tada mu je, navodno, Grad odbio izgradnju na javnoj površini.
Rampa bi, prema riječima susjeda, bila duljine 35 metara i bila bi ugrađena dijelom na gradskoj čestici. Grad nam je 19. rujna odgovorio kako "Upravni odjel za komunalne poslove nije zaprimio zahtjev za postavljanje rampe".
Zastupnik u Europskom parlamentu Fred Matić imao je iskustva s ovakvim slučajevima dok je bio ministar branitelja. Samo je priča s kćeri hrvatskog branitelja imala sretan kraj.
- Margareta Gašić je „dijete leptir” i trebali smo promijeniti ulaz u zgradu da može izaći s kolicima. Slučaj Ive Vebera je tužan. I da se radilo na gradskoj površini, ministar bi se lako dogovorio s Gradom - kazao je.
Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, pogreb Ive Vebera bi trebao biti u 13.30 sati na Lovrincu s vojnim počastima.

Zašto nije postavljena rampa na stepeništu zgrade u Jeretovoj ulici 11 na Splitu 3 zbog čega je Ivo Veber bio zarobljen u stanu posljednje tri i pol godine, pitanje je koje i dalje stoji neodgovoreno niti dan nakon njegove prerane smrti.
Umro je Ivo, vojni invalid, zarobljen u svome stanu. Sva tuga ove priče sadržana je u poruci na zidu njegove sobe
Prema riječima Tonija Šoljana, direktora sektora upravljanja tvrtke "Tehnoplast" koja je upravitelj zgrade "jedino moguće rješenje je bila ugradnja koso podizne platforme".
- Klasičnu invalidsku rampu nije moguće izvesti da bude usklađena sa svim propisima, jer bi se moralo raditi na požarnom putu i zbog nekih drugih okolnosti.

Između ostalog, vlasniku stana ispred čijeg zida bi trebala prolaziti rampa se time omogućava upad/krađa u stan preko te rampe. Kao tehnički jedina moguća varijanta je ugradnja koso podizne platforme.

Za ugradnju je, prema riječima Šoljana, nedostajalo novca iz pričuve. Zato je u izgradnji rampe trebalo pomoći Ministarstvo branitelja koje je za probleme Ive Vebera doznalo tek nakon što smo ih kontaktirali.

- Sukladno Pravilniku o načinu ostvarivanja prava na prilagodbu prilaza do zgrade, prilagodbu prilaza do stana u zgradi i prilagodbu stana za djecu smrtno stradaloga ili nestaloga hrvatskog branitelja iz Domovinskog rata i hrvatske ratne vojne invalide iz Domovinskog rata (NN 38/2018) gospodin Veber može podnijeti Zahtjev za ostvarivanje prava na prilagodbu prilaza do zgrade, stana i prilagodbu stana za potrebe Hrvatskih ratnih vojnih invalida iz Domovinskog rata po kojem će Ministarstvo u najkraćem mogućem roku postupiti.

Prema Pravilniku, osoba koja je dvije godine sudjelovala u ratu i ne može se kretati bez invalidskih kolica ili pomagala može predati zahtjev za prilagodbu prilaza mjestu stanovanja. Pravo se ne može ostvariti ako se ne dobije pristanak svih suvlasnika - odgovorili su nam u Ministarstvu branitelja.

Kontaktirali smo i Ivanu Zelić, predsjednicu kotara Split 3 koja nam je u rekla kako joj "Ivo Veber nije poslao potpise svih suvlasnika, te da ugradnja kose rampe nije bila moguća, jer portun nije dovoljno širok”.
- Rampa koja se predlagala bi bila jako strma s velikim nagibom. Bila bi jako duga i trebala bi nakositi veliki dio ulice. Rekli smo mu, ako pronađe rješenje da će se pokrenuti nešto. Trebao je imati potpise svih suvlasnika. Barem meni, potpise svih suvlasnika nije poslao kao predstavnik suvlasnika.

Susjedi nam kažu kako je rampu kao predstavnik suvlasnika Ivo Veber htio ugraditi prije desetak godina za starije osobe, ali tada mu je, navodno, Grad odbio izgradnju na javnoj površini.
Rampa bi, prema riječima susjeda, bila duljine 35 metara i bila bi ugrađena dijelom na gradskoj čestici. Grad nam je 19. rujna odgovorio kako "Upravni odjel za komunalne poslove nije zaprimio zahtjev za postavljanje rampe".
Zastupnik u Europskom parlamentu Fred Matić imao je iskustva s ovakvim slučajevima dok je bio ministar branitelja. Samo je priča s kćeri hrvatskog branitelja imala sretan kraj.
- Margareta Gašić je „dijete leptir” i trebali smo promijeniti ulaz u zgradu da može izaći s kolicima. Slučaj Ive Vebera je tužan. I da se radilo na gradskoj površini, ministar bi se lako dogovorio s Gradom - kazao je.
Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, pogreb Ive Vebera bi trebao biti u 13.30 sati na Lovrincu s vojnim počastima.
