Sve je manje besplatnih parkirališnih mjesta u Splitu. Ako je suditi po oglasu "Hrvatskih cesta", pod naplatu se stavlja površina smještena zapadno od Koteksovog nebodera i Zvonimirovoj ulici, ukupne površine 476 metara četvornih.

Riječ je o površini smještenoj nasuprot "Narodnih novina", istočno od raskrižja Zvonimirove i Pojišanske ulice. Objavljeno je javno nadmetanje kojim se predmetno cestovno zemljište daje se na korištenje na rok od četiri godine.

Kao početni iznos utvrđena je mjesečna naknada od 11.900 kuna za korištenje cestovnog zemljišta, što znači da cijena sata parkiranja Splićanima sigurno neće biti jeftina. No, isto tako, riječ je o iznosu koji se može zaraditi na parkiralištu tijekom svega nekoliko dana.

U slučaju da budući zakupac ne "ugura" na tu površinu još koje mjesto za osobno vozilo, na zemljištu trenutno može stati 19 automobila. Nije riječ o velikoj "parceli", ali sigurno je vrijedna površina koja je svega par minuta hoda udaljena od Rive, Trajektne luke i kolodvora.

Na javnom natječaju mogu sudjelovati pravne i fizičke osobe koje imaju registriran obrt, ali ne mogu sudjelovati ponuditelji koji imaju nepodmiren dug prema Hrvatskim cestama, kao i nepodmirene obveze s osnova poreza i doprinosa prema državnim institucijama.

Ponude se zaprimaju u centralnoj pisarnici "Hrvatskih cesta" zaključno s datumom 16. studenog u 11 sati, kada će se održati javno otvaranje ponuda.

Najpovoljnijom ponudom smatrat će se ona koja uz ispunjene uvjete iz javnog nadmetanja ima najveći iznos naknade za korištenje, ali da je ponuditelj na temelju dostavljenih dokaza ocijenjen sposobnim za obavljanje takve djelatnosti.

Za sve one koji zakupe zemljište ili poslovni prostor pa ga daju u podnajam (po skupljoj tarifi), važno je naglasiti da to ne mogu napraviti u ovom slučaju, odnosno da se stečena prava iz uvjeta ovog javnog nadmetanja ne mogu prenijeti na treću osobu.

Korisnik parkirališta je dužan održavati tijekom ugovornog razdoblja, a u slučaju održavanja radova, kao što je rekonstrukcija, izgradnja ili izvanredno održavanje državne ceste ili drugih opravdanih razloga, parkiralište će se morati u cijelosti osloboditi ili djelomično, ako za to bude potrebe.

Sve je manje besplatnih parkirališnih mjesta u Splitu. Ako je suditi po oglasu "Hrvatskih cesta", pod naplatu se stavlja površina smještena zapadno od Koteksovog nebodera i Zvonimirovoj ulici, ukupne površine 476 metara četvornih.

Riječ je o površini smještenoj nasuprot "Narodnih novina", istočno od raskrižja Zvonimirove i Pojišanske ulice. Objavljeno je javno nadmetanje kojim se predmetno cestovno zemljište daje se na korištenje na rok od četiri godine.

Kao početni iznos utvrđena je mjesečna naknada od 11.900 kuna za korištenje cestovnog zemljišta, što znači da cijena sata parkiranja Splićanima sigurno neće biti jeftina. No, isto tako, riječ je o iznosu koji se može zaraditi na parkiralištu tijekom svega nekoliko dana.

U slučaju da budući zakupac ne "ugura" na tu površinu još koje mjesto za osobno vozilo, na zemljištu trenutno može stati 19 automobila. Nije riječ o velikoj "parceli", ali sigurno je vrijedna površina koja je svega par minuta hoda udaljena od Rive, Trajektne luke i kolodvora.

Na javnom natječaju mogu sudjelovati pravne i fizičke osobe koje imaju registriran obrt, ali ne mogu sudjelovati ponuditelji koji imaju nepodmiren dug prema Hrvatskim cestama, kao i nepodmirene obveze s osnova poreza i doprinosa prema državnim institucijama.

Ponude se zaprimaju u centralnoj pisarnici "Hrvatskih cesta" zaključno s datumom 16. studenog u 11 sati, kada će se održati javno otvaranje ponuda.

Najpovoljnijom ponudom smatrat će se ona koja uz ispunjene uvjete iz javnog nadmetanja ima najveći iznos naknade za korištenje, ali da je ponuditelj na temelju dostavljenih dokaza ocijenjen sposobnim za obavljanje takve djelatnosti.

Za sve one koji zakupe zemljište ili poslovni prostor pa ga daju u podnajam (po skupljoj tarifi), važno je naglasiti da to ne mogu napraviti u ovom slučaju, odnosno da se stečena prava iz uvjeta ovog javnog nadmetanja ne mogu prenijeti na treću osobu.
