Ugostiteljski objekt na južnom kraju Mihovilove širine nikako da uđe u zadane gabarite; kako zvukovno tako ni prostorno.

Naime, a sudeći po stolicama, čini se da upravo njihov štekat zakriva bistu Histriona, za koju je prethodno rečeno da mora biti svojom vizurom dostupna pogledima prolaznika. Po novome će, izgleda, jedino biti dostupna pogledima gostiju spomenutog kafića. 

Ipak, to nije jedini krimen koji ovaj lokal nosi - ili bi trebao nositi. Ovo ljeto su, u apsidu koji su zakupili u privatnom aranžnamu, održavali koncerte. Dakle, u nju bi nekako nagurali par glazbenika i zvučnike, a pošto ovi nisu na samom štekatu kafića, već u privatnom prostoru, računali su da neće biti moguće da dobiju prijavu za zvučnike na otvorenom ili koncert bez dozvole. 

Pritom su, kažu obližnji stanari, prouzvodili nesnosnu buku za stanovništvo u centru.

"Nadan se da im više nikad nece dopustit izbacit jedan stol vanka. Izmeli su psihu kod 20-ak ljudi sa onin koncertima. Kafić bez vizije, odnosno rupetina", piše jedan ispod slike objavljene u Facebook grupi Get Getanima.

Međutim, početkom osmog mjeseca smo upozorili policiju i komunalne redare na ove manifestacije te postavili pitanje: Ukoliko buka dolazi iz privatnog prostora, zar se ona svejedno ne računa kao remećenje javnog reda i mira - kao ona iz kućnih tuluma?

Tada smo službama i najavili da ćemo istu večer posjetiti trg kako bi dokumentirali jedan od tih privatnih koncerata. A onda se desilo čudo - ni tu večer, a ni jednu poslije, koncerta više nije bilo.

Ugostiteljski objekt na južnom kraju Mihovilove širine nikako da uđe u zadane gabarite; kako zvukovno tako ni prostorno.

Naime, a sudeći po stolicama, čini se da upravo njihov štekat zakriva bistu Histriona, za koju je prethodno rečeno da mora biti svojom vizurom dostupna pogledima prolaznika. Po novome će, izgleda, jedino biti dostupna pogledima gostiju spomenutog kafića. 

Ipak, to nije jedini krimen koji ovaj lokal nosi - ili bi trebao nositi. Ovo ljeto su, u apsidu koji su zakupili u privatnom aranžnamu, održavali koncerte. Dakle, u nju bi nekako nagurali par glazbenika i zvučnike, a pošto ovi nisu na samom štekatu kafića, već u privatnom prostoru, računali su da neće biti moguće da dobiju prijavu za zvučnike na otvorenom ili koncert bez dozvole. 

Pritom su, kažu obližnji stanari, prouzvodili nesnosnu buku za stanovništvo u centru.

"Nadan se da im više nikad nece dopustit izbacit jedan stol vanka. Izmeli su psihu kod 20-ak ljudi sa onin koncertima. Kafić bez vizije, odnosno rupetina", piše jedan ispod slike objavljene u Facebook grupi Get Getanima.

Međutim, početkom osmog mjeseca smo upozorili policiju i komunalne redare na ove manifestacije te postavili pitanje: Ukoliko buka dolazi iz privatnog prostora, zar se ona svejedno ne računa kao remećenje javnog reda i mira - kao ona iz kućnih tuluma?

Tada smo službama i najavili da ćemo istu večer posjetiti trg kako bi dokumentirali jedan od tih privatnih koncerata. A onda se desilo čudo - ni tu večer, a ni jednu poslije, koncerta više nije bilo.

Ugostiteljski objekt na južnom kraju Mihovilove širine nikako da uđe u zadane gabarite; kako zvukovno tako ni prostorno.

Naime, a sudeći po stolicama, čini se da upravo njihov štekat zakriva bistu Histriona, za koju je prethodno rečeno da mora biti svojom vizurom dostupna pogledima prolaznika. Po novome će, izgleda, jedino biti dostupna pogledima gostiju spomenutog kafića. 

Ipak, to nije jedini krimen koji ovaj lokal nosi - ili bi trebao nositi. Ovo ljeto su, u apsidu koji su zakupili u privatnom aranžnamu, održavali koncerte. Dakle, u nju bi nekako nagurali par glazbenika i zvučnike, a pošto ovi nisu na samom štekatu kafića, već u privatnom prostoru, računali su da neće biti moguće da dobiju prijavu za zvučnike na otvorenom ili koncert bez dozvole.
