Nažalost, u splitskom KBC-u na Križinama ponovno se povećao broj onih pacijenata koji boluju od Covid - 19 virusa i kojima je potrebna mehanička ventilacija (respirator). Današnja brojka pacijenata na respiratoru je 13, a takva je brojka bila i u onim najgorim vremenima, najtežim danima, kada je u bolnici bilo najviše pacijenata oboljelih od Covida.

- Istina je, polagano raste broj hospitaliziranih i onih kojima je nužan respirator. Porast oboljelih je evidentan. Danima smo imali u bolnici 60-tak pacijenata bolesnih od Covida, a sada ih imamo 73. No, treba pričekati još koji dan, kako bismo bili sigurni jesmo li opet upali u "porast" slučajeva ili je ovo samo privremeno. Nije drama u pitanju, ali bilježimo rast onih koje moramo hospitalizirati i onih koji dolaze na preglede. Svakako, ovakvo sadašnje stanje ima veze s opuštanjem mjera od 1. ožujka, ali i s opuštanjem ljudi, a to nije dobro-  rekao nam je izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike ta infektologiju KBC-a Split.

Da se u Hrvatskoj ne preslika trenutačni scenarij iz Italije, gdje je godinu dana nakon prvog lockdowna sve ponovno u lockdownu i gdje je na snazi policijski sat, pribojava se prim. dr. sc. Željka Karin, ravnateljica Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (NZJZ SDŽ).

- Ne bi to bilo kao u Italiji, jer tamo živi kud i kamo više stanovništva nego u Hrvatskoj, međutim bilježimo porast novooboljelih. Danima smo u SDŽ bili između osam i deset posto pozitivnih od ukupnog broja, a sada taj postotak, nekim danima zna ići i preko 20 posto. Zbog toga se pribojavam talijanskog scenarija. Mislim da otvaranje terasa ugostiteljskih objekata i nije bila loša zamisao, jer ako ljudi sjede na tim terasama udaljeni jedni od drugih, neće biti problema. Ljudima mora biti jasno da se moraju ponašati sukladno epidemiološkim mjerama. A, to se ne događa. Druže se po kućama, rođendanima, kada su vani "sjede jedan na drugome", ne drže distancu, ne nose zaštitne maskice... A, moram istaknuti da se Covid širi i po školama, kazuje dr. Karin.

Do sada je u SDŽ, od početka cijepljenja pristiglo 47435 doza raznog cjepiva.

- Od tog broja 24535 doza je od PfizerBiontecha, 18100 od AstraZenece i 5100 od Moderne. Međutim, pravo pitanje je koliko je ljudi procijepljeno? Naime, mi podatke od liječnika obiteljske medicine dobivamo sa zakašnjenjem pa točne brojke ne može znati. Što se tiče odbijanja cijepljenja s AstraZenecom, mogu reći da se nama na NZJZ SDŽ nitko još nije odbio cijepiti  tim cjepivom. U Spaladium Areni, ljudi se također cijepe ovim cjepivom, te tu i tamo pokoji sugrađanin odbija se njime cijepiti, a kakvo je stanje po ambulantama obiteljskih liječnika to ne znamo, zaključuje prim. dr. sc. Željka Karin.

I ovaj tjedan u SDŽ očekuju dolazak PfizerBiontech i AstraZeneca cjepiva.

Krajnje je vrijeme da stanovnici u Hrvatskoj shvate da se moraju ponašati sukladno epidemiološkim mjerama, jer uprotivnom ova agonija sa Covid 19 virusom ići će u nedogled. A, bude li situacija još gora, što je za očekivati, s obzirom kako se ljudi ponašaju, a što bi se trebalo pokazati u slijedećih nekoliko dana, od turističke sezone neće biti ništa, a onda će Hrvatska u jesen biti "gladna kruha".

Nažalost, u splitskom KBC-u na Križinama ponovno se povećao broj onih pacijenata koji boluju od Covid - 19 virusa i kojima je potrebna mehanička ventilacija (respirator). Današnja brojka pacijenata na respiratoru je 13, a takva je brojka bila i u onim najgorim vremenima, najtežim danima, kada je u bolnici bilo najviše pacijenata oboljelih od Covida.

- Istina je, polagano raste broj hospitaliziranih i onih kojima je nužan respirator. Porast oboljelih je evidentan. Danima smo imali u bolnici 60-tak pacijenata bolesnih od Covida, a sada ih imamo 73. No, treba pričekati još koji dan, kako bismo bili sigurni jesmo li opet upali u "porast" slučajeva ili je ovo samo privremeno. Nije drama u pitanju, ali bilježimo rast onih koje moramo hospitalizirati i onih koji dolaze na preglede. Svakako, ovakvo sadašnje stanje ima veze s opuštanjem mjera od 1. ožujka, ali i s opuštanjem ljudi, a to nije dobro-  rekao nam je izv. prof. dr. sc. Ivo Ivić, predstojnik Klinike ta infektologiju KBC-a Split.

Da se u Hrvatskoj ne preslika trenutačni scenarij iz Italije, gdje je godinu dana nakon prvog lockdowna sve ponovno u lockdownu i gdje je na snazi policijski sat, pribojava se prim. dr. sc. Željka Karin, ravnateljica Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (NZJZ SDŽ).

- Ne bi to bilo kao u Italiji, jer tamo živi kud i kamo više stanovništva nego u Hrvatskoj, međutim bilježimo porast novooboljelih. Danima smo u SDŽ bili između osam i deset posto pozitivnih od ukupnog broja, a sada taj postotak, nekim danima zna ići i preko 20 posto. Zbog toga se pribojavam talijanskog scenarija. Mislim da otvaranje terasa ugostiteljskih objekata i nije bila loša zamisao, jer ako ljudi sjede na tim terasama udaljeni jedni od drugih, neće biti problema. Ljudima mora biti jasno da se moraju ponašati sukladno epidemiološkim mjerama. A, to se ne događa. Druže se po kućama, rođendanima, kada su vani "sjede jedan na drugome", ne drže distancu, ne nose zaštitne maskice... A, moram istaknuti da se Covid širi i po školama, kazuje dr. Karin.

Do sada je u SDŽ, od početka cijepljenja pristiglo 47435 doza raznog cjepiva.

- Od tog broja 24535 doza je od PfizerBiontecha, 18100 od AstraZenece i 5100 od Moderne. Međutim, pravo pitanje je koliko je ljudi procijepljeno? Naime, mi podatke od liječnika obiteljske medicine dobivamo sa zakašnjenjem pa točne brojke ne može znati. Što se tiče odbijanja cijepljenja s AstraZenecom, mogu reći da se nama na NZJZ SDŽ nitko još nije odbio cijepiti  tim cjepivom. U Spaladium Areni, ljudi se također cijepe ovim cjepivom, te tu i tamo pokoji sugrađanin odbija se njime cijepiti, a kakvo je stanje po ambulantama obiteljskih liječnika to ne znamo, zaključuje prim. dr. sc. Željka Karin.

I ovaj tjedan u SDŽ očekuju dolazak PfizerBiontech i AstraZeneca cjepiva.

Krajnje je vrijeme da stanovnici u Hrvatskoj shvate da se moraju ponašati sukladno epidemiološkim mjerama, jer uprotivnom ova agonija sa Covid 19 virusom ići će u nedogled. A, bude li situacija još gora, što je za očekivati, s obzirom kako se ljudi ponašaju, a što bi se trebalo pokazati u slijedećih nekoliko dana, od turističke sezone neće biti ništa, a onda će Hrvatska u jesen biti "gladna kruha".
