Na listi čekanja su neki stari ljudi koji kod kuće plaču u bolovima i to je zaista strašno!

Kazala nam je svoja saznanja Splićanka Jasna Karačić, ujedno i predsjednica Hrvatske Udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata, nakon što je 'Slobodna' upozorila da se na ortopediji KBC Split ne obavljaju operacije.

- Ortopedija ne funkcionira već godinu dana. Istovremeno sam dobila pritužbe i od ortopeda i pacijenata. To mi je bio alarm, pa sam 15. ožujka tražila očitovanje KBC-a Split o tome zašto je na listi čekanja oko dvije tisuća ljudi, koliko ih je tada bilo. Do dan danas nisam dobila nikakav odgovor – kaže Jasna Karačić.

Sa sadašnjih 3.200 ljudi na listi čekanja, naglašava, situacija je eskalirala.

U toj situaciji ispaštaju oni najslabiji – osobe starije životne dobi.

- Situacija je nemoguća jer nije dostupna zdravstvena zaštita. Ne radi se tu o općoj bolnici, već o Kliničkom bolničkom centru u kojem se ortopedske operacije, izuzev onih hitnih, ne provode zbog međusobnih odnosa unutar bolnice.

Je li problem nastao zbog pandemije, kada je bolnica na Križinama postala covid bolnica ili je to raniji organizacijski problem - pitamo Jasnu Karačić o njenim saznanjima.

- Po mojim saznanjima pandemija je samo izlika, jer su i prije ortopedija, traumatologija i kirurgija međusobno imali nesuglasice oko operacijski dvorana. Iz prijava koje smo dobili, ortopedima se nisu dopuštale operacije. Sad imam situaciju da su svi na bolovanju, što je opet nekorektno prema pacijentima.

Karačić naglašava kako protokol da je bolnica Križine bila samo covid bolnica i da se neće raditi ortopedski zahvati nije sukladan zakonu, odnosno krši se pravo pacijenata, pravo osiguranika na zdravstvenu zaštitu.

- Ne možete nekome tko ima kronične bolove u koljenu kazati da ga dvije godine nećete operira zato što je pandemija. Toga nema nigdje u Europi, samo smo mi tako odlučili.

Zbog toga je dio pacijenata koji nisu u Splitu mogli dobiti zdravstvenu zaštitu, otišao na operaciju u Biograd.

- Neki su privatno otišli na zahvat u Zagreb ili u Lovran, ali ti su rijetki. Nemaju svi takvu mogućnost jer većina pacijenata su starije osobe koje ne mogu otići negdje drugdje na operaciju i njima je onemogućena zdravstvena zaštita. Pacijenti su nam se žalili i zbog toga što im u bolnici uopće nisu htjeli reći kad bi mogli očekivati da će doći na red, a neki od njih čekaju već više od godinu dana s kroničnim bolovima – kaže Karačić, te nastavlja:

- Informacije koji sam dobila od ortopeda su da operacijske sale dijeli s traumatologijom i prepucavaju se koja će biti čija sala, tko će kada operirati i ortopedi se nisu uspjeli izboriti za ono što su htjeli. Rekli su kako praktički više ne postoji odjel ortopedije koji je itekako važan.

Zar nije to alarm za ministra da mora hitno reagirati i doći u Split?!

- Naravno da odmah trebaju reagirati ravnatelj bolnice i ministar. Trebaju odmah postaviti upute kako riješiti situaciju. U splitskoj bolnici situacija je eskalirala tako da više ne možete nadoknaditi preko 3.000 operacija. Zato hitno moraju napraviti reorganizaciju gdje će se pacijentima s liste pružiti zdravstvena zaštita i pokriti im troškove puta ili im treba refundirati novac da na zahvat odu privatno. Ne znam što se više čeka!

- Ne mogu pacijenti ispaštati zbog loše organizacije bolnice koja je dopustila takvu situaciju. Zašto se na njihovim sastancima nije postavilo pitanje koliko se na ortopediji provodi operacija? Kome se daje izvješće o tome što se radi na tom odjelu?

Na listi čekanja su neki stari ljudi koji kod kuće plaču u bolovima i to je zaista strašno!

Kazala nam je svoja saznanja Splićanka Jasna Karačić, ujedno i predsjednica Hrvatske Udruge za promicanje prava pacijenata, nakon što je 'Slobodna' upozorila da se na ortopediji KBC Split ne obavljaju operacije.

- Ortopedija ne funkcionira već godinu dana. Istovremeno sam dobila pritužbe i od ortopeda i pacijenata. To mi je bio alarm, pa sam 15. ožujka tražila očitovanje KBC-a Split o tome zašto je na listi čekanja oko dvije tisuća ljudi, koliko ih je tada bilo. Do dan danas nisam dobila nikakav odgovor – kaže Jasna Karačić.

Sa sadašnjih 3.200 ljudi na listi čekanja, naglašava, situacija je eskalirala.

U toj situaciji ispaštaju oni najslabiji – osobe starije životne dobi.

- Situacija je nemoguća jer nije dostupna zdravstvena zaštita. Ne radi se tu o općoj bolnici, već o Kliničkom bolničkom centru u kojem se ortopedske operacije, izuzev onih hitnih, ne provode zbog međusobnih odnosa unutar bolnice.

Je li problem nastao zbog pandemije, kada je bolnica na Križinama postala covid bolnica ili je to raniji organizacijski problem - pitamo Jasnu Karačić o njenim saznanjima.

- Po mojim saznanjima pandemija je samo izlika, jer su i prije ortopedija, traumatologija i kirurgija međusobno imali nesuglasice oko operacijski dvorana. Iz prijava koje smo dobili, ortopedima se nisu dopuštale operacije. Sad imam situaciju da su svi na bolovanju, što je opet nekorektno prema pacijentima.

Karačić naglašava kako protokol da je bolnica Križine bila samo covid bolnica i da se neće raditi ortopedski zahvati nije sukladan zakonu, odnosno krši se pravo pacijenata, pravo osiguranika na zdravstvenu zaštitu.

- Ne možete nekome tko ima kronične bolove u koljenu kazati da ga dvije godine nećete operira zato što je pandemija. Toga nema nigdje u Europi, samo smo mi tako odlučili.

Zbog toga je dio pacijenata koji nisu u Splitu mogli dobiti zdravstvenu zaštitu, otišao na operaciju u Biograd.

- Neki su privatno otišli na zahvat u Zagreb ili u Lovran, ali ti su rijetki. Nemaju svi takvu mogućnost jer većina pacijenata su starije osobe koje ne mogu otići negdje drugdje na operaciju i njima je onemogućena zdravstvena zaštita. Pacijenti su nam se žalili i zbog toga što im u bolnici uopće nisu htjeli reći kad bi mogli očekivati da će doći na red, a neki od njih čekaju već više od godinu dana s kroničnim bolovima – kaže Karačić, te nastavlja:

- Informacije koji sam dobila od ortopeda su da operacijske sale dijeli s traumatologijom i prepucavaju se koja će biti čija sala, tko će kada operirati i ortopedi se nisu uspjeli izboriti za ono što su htjeli. Rekli su kako praktički više ne postoji odjel ortopedije koji je itekako važan.

Zar nije to alarm za ministra da mora hitno reagirati i doći u Split?!

- Naravno da odmah trebaju reagirati ravnatelj bolnice i ministar. Trebaju odmah postaviti upute kako riješiti situaciju. U splitskoj bolnici situacija je eskalirala tako da više ne možete nadoknaditi preko 3.000 operacija. Zato hitno moraju napraviti reorganizaciju gdje će se pacijentima s liste pružiti zdravstvena zaštita i pokriti im troškove puta ili im treba refundirati novac da na zahvat odu privatno. Ne znam što se više čeka!

- Ne mogu pacijenti ispaštati zbog loše organizacije bolnice koja je dopustila takvu situaciju. Zašto se na njihovim sastancima nije postavilo pitanje koliko se na ortopediji provodi operacija? Kome se daje izvješće o tome što se radi na tom odjelu?
