Za financijski uspjeh u životu najbitniji su punica i nećak - dobitna je to kombinacija Željka Keruma nakon što je pod teretom dugova propalo njegovo trgovačko carstvo.
Punica Anita Horvat vlasnica je "Perla resorta", s hotelom, apartmanima i vilom u Rogoznici gdje Kerumovi žive. Preko nekoliko tvrtki vlasnica je i vrijednog zemljišta u Lori, zatim 90 posto dionica "Koteksa"…
Nećak Igor Sapunar vodi biznis otkupa potraživanja kako bi povratio nekadašnje Kerumovo nekretninsko carstvo, i to mu poprilično glatko ide.
Prošlog tjedna Sapunarovoj tvrtki "Coast" Trgovački sud u Splitu je dosudio tri izuzetno atraktivne nekretnine za koje kupovninu platiti - ne mora.

Radi se o poslovnom prostoru i stančiću u prizemlju Teutine 1 kod splitskog HNK, gdje je bila trgovina “Kerum”. Zatim tu je i poslovni prostor od 64 kvadrata u prizemlju Amruševe 1, kod parka Zrinjevac, te Vrhovnog suda i Trgovačkog suda u Zagrebu, u kojem prostoru je radio restoran "Lažni svjedok". Treća nekretnina je zemljište u Supetru.
Sapunar je hipoteke na nekretninama propalog "Keruma" otkupio od tvrtke "DDM Invest III AG" iz Švicarske, koja je prethodno te hipoteke otkupila od Zagrebačke banke.
Postavlja se pitanje: Mogu li svi građani, nakon što njihove tvrtke prestanu plaćati kredite, od banaka i tvrtki za otkup potraživanja otkupiti hipoteke i tako ponovno preuzeti svoje nekretnine i osobne zadužnice? Ili je to samo privilegija određenih pojedinaca?
Pitali smo osobe koje su radile u tvrtkama u Željka Keruma što misle o tome.
- Oni koji su radno sposobni uglavnom su u kreditima. Nema šanse da bi njima banka, tvrtka za otkup potraživanja li sud dopustili da nakon što ne plate kredite, otkupe svoje dugove uz 90 posto popusta.

S druge strane, tu je mnogo otvorenih pitanja na koje brojni vjerovnici još uvijek čekaju odgovore. Ta pitanja se tiču i gospodarskog sustava, što je pak pitanje nacionalne sigurnosti - veli Ante Ledenko, bivši radnik "Adriatica".

Jedno je sigurno - obitelj Kerum trebala bi dobiti nagradu za snalažljivost, jer otkup potraživanja nije jedini način kako su preuzimali vrijedne nekretnine propalog trgovačkog carstva.
U studenome 2012. godine, kada je račun trgovačkog lanca bio u 60,6 milijuna kuna teškoj blokadi, Željka Kerum Topalušić, Kerumova nećakinja, kao direktorica trgovačkog lanca sa svojim djedom Josipom Kerumom potpisala je sporazum.
Tim dokumentom su utvrdili da mu tvrtka "Kerum" duguje 2,5 milijuna kuna jer mu od 1990. godine nije plaćala 2000 njemačkih maraka najma za poslovni prostor u Mostarskoj ulici 83, gdje je Željko Kerum imao svoju prvu butigu.
Unuka je djedu temeljem toga dala založna prava na tri nekretnine tvrtke "Kerum" - poslovne prostore u Zrinsko-frankopanskoj i u Doverskoj ulici, te na 527 kvadrata bivšeg restorana na vrhu prodajnog centra "Koteks".
Založna prava, a time i nekretnine, naslijedio je Jure Kerum, Željkov stariji brat.

Za financijski uspjeh u životu najbitniji su punica i nećak - dobitna je to kombinacija Željka Keruma nakon što je pod teretom dugova propalo njegovo trgovačko carstvo.
Punica Anita Horvat vlasnica je "Perla resorta", s hotelom, apartmanima i vilom u Rogoznici gdje Kerumovi žive. Preko nekoliko tvrtki vlasnica je i vrijednog zemljišta u Lori, zatim 90 posto dionica "Koteksa"…
Nećak Igor Sapunar vodi biznis otkupa potraživanja kako bi povratio nekadašnje Kerumovo nekretninsko carstvo, i to mu poprilično glatko ide.
Prošlog tjedna Sapunarovoj tvrtki "Coast" Trgovački sud u Splitu je dosudio tri izuzetno atraktivne nekretnine za koje kupovninu platiti - ne mora.

Radi se o poslovnom prostoru i stančiću u prizemlju Teutine 1 kod splitskog HNK, gdje je bila trgovina “Kerum”. Zatim tu je i poslovni prostor od 64 kvadrata u prizemlju Amruševe 1, kod parka Zrinjevac, te Vrhovnog suda i Trgovačkog suda u Zagrebu, u kojem prostoru je radio restoran "Lažni svjedok". Treća nekretnina je zemljište u Supetru.
Sapunar je hipoteke na nekretninama propalog "Keruma" otkupio od tvrtke "DDM Invest III AG" iz Švicarske, koja je prethodno te hipoteke otkupila od Zagrebačke banke.
Postavlja se pitanje: Mogu li svi građani, nakon što njihove tvrtke prestanu plaćati kredite, od banaka i tvrtki za otkup potraživanja otkupiti hipoteke i tako ponovno preuzeti svoje nekretnine i osobne zadužnice? Ili je to samo privilegija određenih pojedinaca?
Pitali smo osobe koje su radile u tvrtkama u Željka Keruma što misle o tome.
- Oni koji su radno sposobni uglavnom su u kreditima. Nema šanse da bi njima banka, tvrtka za otkup potraživanja li sud dopustili da nakon što ne plate kredite, otkupe svoje dugove uz 90 posto popusta.

S druge strane, tu je mnogo otvorenih pitanja na koje brojni vjerovnici još uvijek čekaju odgovore. Ta pitanja se tiču i gospodarskog sustava, što je pak pitanje nacionalne sigurnosti - veli Ante Ledenko, bivši radnik "Adriatica".

Jedno je sigurno - obitelj Kerum trebala bi dobiti nagradu za snalažljivost, jer otkup potraživanja nije jedini način kako su preuzimali vrijedne nekretnine propalog trgovačkog carstva.
U studenome 2012. godine, kada je račun trgovačkog lanca bio u 60,6 milijuna kuna teškoj blokadi, Željka Kerum Topalušić, Kerumova nećakinja, kao direktorica trgovačkog lanca sa svojim djedom Josipom Kerumom potpisala je sporazum.
Tim dokumentom su utvrdili da mu tvrtka "Kerum" duguje 2,5 milijuna kuna jer mu od 1990. godine nije plaćala 2000 njemačkih maraka najma za poslovni prostor u Mostarskoj ulici 83, gdje je Željko Kerum imao svoju prvu butigu.
Unuka je djedu temeljem toga dala založna prava na tri nekretnine tvrtke "Kerum" - poslovne prostore u Zrinsko-frankopanskoj i u Doverskoj ulici, te na 527 kvadrata bivšeg restorana na vrhu prodajnog centra "Koteks".
Založna prava, a time i nekretnine, naslijedio je Jure Kerum, Željkov stariji brat.
