Znate li što su to "komunalni suveniri"?

S tim genijalnim terminom upoznao nas je dr. Joško Kalilić, poznati splitski liječnik i aktivist, iskoristivši ga da bi opisao niz problematičnih detalja po gradu koji su potencijalno opasni, a niti se popravljaju, niti se uklanjaju, niti ih se, izgleda, doživljava kao probleme koje uopće treba rješavati.

A ako se nešto takvo godinama gleda i ignorira, onda se uistinu ili radi o nekoj posebnoj vrsti pasivnosti i indiferencije ili su problemi stvarno, kako kaže dr. Kalilić, "očito prirasli srcu odgovornim osobama u gradskoj upravi i javnim gradskim tvrtkama" i postali "komunalni suveniri".

Neki od tih problema koje navodi su rupe ("ili, bolje reći, jame") na glavnim cestama, suha trava na tvrđavi Gripe, koja je toliko visoka da predstavlja ozbiljnu opasnost od požara, neuređene i suhim granjem prekrivene pješačke staze na Marjanu i druge "sitnice" koje ignoriranjem postaju ozbiljan problem.

Dobro je pitanje zašto se baš ništa ne sanira prije nego što se dogodi neka ozbiljnija nesreća i koliko se "malih oštećenja" mora dogoditi prije negoli se osvijesti da i "male" rupe treba krpati prije nego što postanu krateri, male probleme rješavati prije nego što postanu veliki i da automatske pretpostavke građana da "cesta jednostavno ne valja" i "granje na Gripama je uvijek tako" ne bi smjele biti opravdanje za inerciju odgovornih.

Znate li što su to "komunalni suveniri"?

S tim genijalnim terminom upoznao nas je dr. Joško Kalilić, poznati splitski liječnik i aktivist, iskoristivši ga da bi opisao niz problematičnih detalja po gradu koji su potencijalno opasni, a niti se popravljaju, niti se uklanjaju, niti ih se, izgleda, doživljava kao probleme koje uopće treba rješavati.

A ako se nešto takvo godinama gleda i ignorira, onda se uistinu ili radi o nekoj posebnoj vrsti pasivnosti i indiferencije ili su problemi stvarno, kako kaže dr. Kalilić, "očito prirasli srcu odgovornim osobama u gradskoj upravi i javnim gradskim tvrtkama" i postali "komunalni suveniri".

Neki od tih problema koje navodi su rupe ("ili, bolje reći, jame") na glavnim cestama, suha trava na tvrđavi Gripe, koja je toliko visoka da predstavlja ozbiljnu opasnost od požara, neuređene i suhim granjem prekrivene pješačke staze na Marjanu i druge "sitnice" koje ignoriranjem postaju ozbiljan problem.

Dobro je pitanje zašto se baš ništa ne sanira prije nego što se dogodi neka ozbiljnija nesreća i koliko se "malih oštećenja" mora dogoditi prije negoli se osvijesti da i "male" rupe treba krpati prije nego što postanu krateri, male probleme rješavati prije nego što postanu veliki i da automatske pretpostavke građana da "cesta jednostavno ne valja" i "granje na Gripama je uvijek tako" ne bi smjele biti opravdanje za inerciju odgovornih.
