Jutros je na zidu Stare gradske vijećnice osvanula spomen ploča Torcidi.

Za sada ne znamo tko je postavio ni kada točno. O tome se trebalo raspravljati na zadnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća, no na žalost kluba navijača Hajduka, do te točke vijećnici nisu došli jer su se u međuvremenu samoraspustili jer nisu uspjeli sastaviti kvorum.

Što bi značilo da je ploča bez legitimiteta Gradskog vijeća na Vijećnicu postavljena - nelegalno. Bit će zanimljivo pratiti kako će se po ovom pitanju postaviti gradska uprava, odnosno komunalni redari.

Da je ploča nelegalna, potvrdio nam je i Jakov Prkić, dojučerašnji predsjednik ovog predstavničkog tijela.

- Prijedlog za postavljanje ploče trebao je proći Komisiju za imena ulica, trgova i za spomenike i doći na Gradsko vijeće. Kako Gradsko vijeće o tome nije donijelo odluku, ploča nije postavljena legalno. Ovdje bi trebao na teren izaći komiunalni redar i naložiti njezino uklanjanje dok se Gradsko vijeće ne očituje - pojasnio nam je proceduru Prkić, uz obrazloženje kako bi točka o postavljanju ploče, da je Gradsko vijeće uspjelo odraditi sjednicu do kraja, najvjerojatnije bila izglasana.

Kako smo doznali iz gradske uprave, komunalni redari su po dojavi izašli na teren, no ispred ploče nisu nikoga zatekli. Napravili su zapisnik, a što će dalje s njom biti, znat će se u ponedjeljak, rečeno nam je.

Podsjetimo, Klub navijača Hajduka Torcida Split, zatražio je od Grada Splita suglasnost za postavljanje spomen ploče na zgradi Stare gradske vijećnice na Pjaci povodom 70. obljetnice prvog skupa navijača koji se 28. listopada 1950. godine održao na tom mjestu.

U prilogu zahtjeva dostavljeno je i mišljenje Konzervatorskog odjela u Splitu koje je sa stajališta zaštite kulturne baštine dalo suglasnost s postavljanjem spomen ploče na zapadnom pročelju Vijećnice koja je kao pojedinačno zaštićeno kulturno dobro upisana u Registar kulturnih dobara RH.

Na sjednici održanoj 11. travnja 2022. godine, raspravljajući o navedenom zahtjevu, Komisija je utvrdila Prijedlog rješenja o odobrenju postavljanja spomen pločeTorcide u spomen na događaj održavanja prvog skupa navijača. Prijedlog rješenja dostavljen je Gradskom vijeću na raspravu i odlučivanje, ali do toga nije došlo.

Jutros je na zidu Stare gradske vijećnice osvanula spomen ploča Torcidi.

Za sada ne znamo tko je postavio ni kada točno. O tome se trebalo raspravljati na zadnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća, no na žalost kluba navijača Hajduka, do te točke vijećnici nisu došli jer su se u međuvremenu samoraspustili jer nisu uspjeli sastaviti kvorum.

Što bi značilo da je ploča bez legitimiteta Gradskog vijeća na Vijećnicu postavljena - nelegalno. Bit će zanimljivo pratiti kako će se po ovom pitanju postaviti gradska uprava, odnosno komunalni redari.

Da je ploča nelegalna, potvrdio nam je i Jakov Prkić, dojučerašnji predsjednik ovog predstavničkog tijela.

- Prijedlog za postavljanje ploče trebao je proći Komisiju za imena ulica, trgova i za spomenike i doći na Gradsko vijeće. Kako Gradsko vijeće o tome nije donijelo odluku, ploča nije postavljena legalno. Ovdje bi trebao na teren izaći komiunalni redar i naložiti njezino uklanjanje dok se Gradsko vijeće ne očituje - pojasnio nam je proceduru Prkić, uz obrazloženje kako bi točka o postavljanju ploče, da je Gradsko vijeće uspjelo odraditi sjednicu do kraja, najvjerojatnije bila izglasana.

Kako smo doznali iz gradske uprave, komunalni redari su po dojavi izašli na teren, no ispred ploče nisu nikoga zatekli. Napravili su zapisnik, a što će dalje s njom biti, znat će se u ponedjeljak, rečeno nam je.

Podsjetimo, Klub navijača Hajduka Torcida Split, zatražio je od Grada Splita suglasnost za postavljanje spomen ploče na zgradi Stare gradske vijećnice na Pjaci povodom 70. obljetnice prvog skupa navijača koji se 28. listopada 1950. godine održao na tom mjestu.

U prilogu zahtjeva dostavljeno je i mišljenje Konzervatorskog odjela u Splitu koje je sa stajališta zaštite kulturne baštine dalo suglasnost s postavljanjem spomen ploče na zapadnom pročelju Vijećnice koja je kao pojedinačno zaštićeno kulturno dobro upisana u Registar kulturnih dobara RH.

Na sjednici održanoj 11. travnja 2022. godine, raspravljajući o navedenom zahtjevu, Komisija je utvrdila Prijedlog rješenja o odobrenju postavljanja spomen pločeTorcide u spomen na događaj održavanja prvog skupa navijača. Prijedlog rješenja dostavljen je Gradskom vijeću na raspravu i odlučivanje, ali do toga nije došlo.
