U splitskim "Parkovima i nasadima" ovih su dana napravili značajan iskorak u pitanju brige o stablima. Riječ je o nabavi vreća za zalijevanje koje ste odnedavno mogli primijetiti pričvršćene uz mnoga, u pravilu mlada stabla diljem grada.

One, kako nam objašnjava Siniša Gašparević, direktor ovog gradskog poduzeća, dosadašnje "umivanje mladica vodom iz cisterne pretvaraju u konkretnu pomoć njihovu rastu".

- Stabla su nam već živnula, a ima tek tjedan, dva da smo rasporedili vreće. Prvih 50 testnih komada u primjeni je još od prije ljeta i čim smo vidjeli koliko pomažu, naručili smo još 1200 komada.

No, budući da u "Bauhausu", gdje smo obavili inicijalnu kupnju, nismo mogli nabaviti željene količine, naručili smo ih iz Kine i dali na njih printati naš logo. Jedino što je dostava kasnila, jer je globalna situacija takva da sve svuda kasni, pa smo ih čekali duže od dva mjeseca, umjesto mjesec dana koliko je bilo dogovoreno, no vjerujemo da će i ovako zakašnjele pomoći čak i onim stablima koja dosadašnje vrućine nisu dobro podnijela – kazuje Gašparević.

Kako navodi, riječ je o načinu zalijevanja koji dosadašnjih pet do deset litara vode, koliko bi cisterne rasporedile na svako stablo jednom u dva dana, a koja bi većinom ishlapjela prije nego što dosegnu korijen, podiže na 80 litara koje se polako otpuštaju tijekom pet do osam sati, zbog čega voda dopire do korijena, gdje je najpotrebnija i najiskoristivija. Ovim se frekvencija obilaska stabala smanjila na svaka četiri dana, a osim uštede radnih sati donijela je i do manje potrošnje goriva. No, što je najvažnije, ističe naš sugovornik, promjena je to koja stablima, ali i građanima bolju budućnost obećava u kraćem roku.

- Stabla će ovako brže rasti. Nama je to najvažnije. Kada sadimo stablo od osam metara visine, cilj nam je da već nakon pet godina imamo veliko stablo, pune i zdrave krošnje. I ovo je način na koji to planiramo ostvariti.

Većina gradova i općina ne želi saditi jer imaju problem sa zalijevanjem, to je velika obaveza, pogotovo ljeti. Koliko znam, mi smo prvi u Hrvatskoj krenuli s ovim načinom, iako se u EU-u već masovno primjenjuje. Uostalom, one mogu biti i dobro rješenje za naše poljoprivrednike vikendaše. Nas su, eto, iz Trogira već kontaktirali, raspituju se za njih – zadovoljno će.

Iako, priznaje, na pojedinim lokacijama poput Matoševe ulice, gdje su stara stabla uslijed radova na obnovi pločnika nedavno zamijenjena novima, ima i onih koja su se, očekujući svoju dozu svrsishodnijeg kontinuiranog zalijevanja naizgled osušila, uvjeren je da će primjena vreće spriječiti njihovo daljnje propadanje, te moguće pridonijeti oporavku.

- Sad ćemo pratiti sva stabla pa ćemo vidjeti kako će se ponašati, no prema do sada viđenim rezultatima moram reći da smo optimistični – zaključio je Siniša Gašparević, direktor "Parkova i nasada".

U splitskim "Parkovima i nasadima" ovih su dana napravili značajan iskorak u pitanju brige o stablima. Riječ je o nabavi vreća za zalijevanje koje ste odnedavno mogli primijetiti pričvršćene uz mnoga, u pravilu mlada stabla diljem grada.

One, kako nam objašnjava Siniša Gašparević, direktor ovog gradskog poduzeća, dosadašnje "umivanje mladica vodom iz cisterne pretvaraju u konkretnu pomoć njihovu rastu".

- Stabla su nam već živnula, a ima tek tjedan, dva da smo rasporedili vreće. Prvih 50 testnih komada u primjeni je još od prije ljeta i čim smo vidjeli koliko pomažu, naručili smo još 1200 komada.

No, budući da u "Bauhausu", gdje smo obavili inicijalnu kupnju, nismo mogli nabaviti željene količine, naručili smo ih iz Kine i dali na njih printati naš logo. Jedino što je dostava kasnila, jer je globalna situacija takva da sve svuda kasni, pa smo ih čekali duže od dva mjeseca, umjesto mjesec dana koliko je bilo dogovoreno, no vjerujemo da će i ovako zakašnjele pomoći čak i onim stablima koja dosadašnje vrućine nisu dobro podnijela – kazuje Gašparević.

Kako navodi, riječ je o načinu zalijevanja koji dosadašnjih pet do deset litara vode, koliko bi cisterne rasporedile na svako stablo jednom u dva dana, a koja bi većinom ishlapjela prije nego što dosegnu korijen, podiže na 80 litara koje se polako otpuštaju tijekom pet do osam sati, zbog čega voda dopire do korijena, gdje je najpotrebnija i najiskoristivija. Ovim se frekvencija obilaska stabala smanjila na svaka četiri dana, a osim uštede radnih sati donijela je i do manje potrošnje goriva. No, što je najvažnije, ističe naš sugovornik, promjena je to koja stablima, ali i građanima bolju budućnost obećava u kraćem roku.

- Stabla će ovako brže rasti. Nama je to najvažnije. Kada sadimo stablo od osam metara visine, cilj nam je da već nakon pet godina imamo veliko stablo, pune i zdrave krošnje. I ovo je način na koji to planiramo ostvariti.

Većina gradova i općina ne želi saditi jer imaju problem sa zalijevanjem, to je velika obaveza, pogotovo ljeti. Koliko znam, mi smo prvi u Hrvatskoj krenuli s ovim načinom, iako se u EU-u već masovno primjenjuje. Uostalom, one mogu biti i dobro rješenje za naše poljoprivrednike vikendaše. Nas su, eto, iz Trogira već kontaktirali, raspituju se za njih – zadovoljno će.

Iako, priznaje, na pojedinim lokacijama poput Matoševe ulice, gdje su stara stabla uslijed radova na obnovi pločnika nedavno zamijenjena novima, ima i onih koja su se, očekujući svoju dozu svrsishodnijeg kontinuiranog zalijevanja naizgled osušila, uvjeren je da će primjena vreće spriječiti njihovo daljnje propadanje, te moguće pridonijeti oporavku.
