Jesmo li konačno dočekali smirivanje cijena nekretnina u gradu pod Marjanom? Naime, otišli smo na Njuškalo, tražeći jednosobne stanove za najam koji koštaju do 500 eura, nisu šupe ni garaže niti se iz njih treba iseliti početkom turističke sezone.

I, čak smo nešto pronašli.

Iako je, očekivano, ono što se u tom rangu iznajmljuje uglavnom živi očaj, dojma smo da se ipak otvara neki prostor za pronalazak normalnog životnog prostora, za (relativno) normalnu cijenu. Barem u doglednoj budućnosti.

Prvi se nalazi na Sukoišanu, dakle u samom centru grada. Nalazi se na petom katu, ima 39 kvadrata i dođe 500 eura mjesečno. Ima perilicu za suđe i balkon. Lijepo je uređen, sa dosta stila, a čini se da je većina namještaja novo.

Jedina zamjerka je tijesna soba.

Idući je nešto jeftiniji - 400 eura mjesečno - ali i nešto manji; ima 30 kvadrata. Smješten je u blizini "Mall of Splita". u zgradi koja se čini inicijalno poslovne namjene. Ima zatvoreni "balkon", na kojem se - neobično - nalazi frižider. Stan je mal, ali za samca korektan. 

"Zbog prijašnjih loših iskustava, kućni ljubimci nisu dopušteni", piše stanodavac.

Posljednji stan je - barem po našem izboru - i najbolji. Iznajmljuje se za 500 eura mjesečno. Nalazi se na Ravnim Njivama, pa ima i vlastito parkirno mjesto. Ustvari, ništa u stanu se naročito ne ističe - kako dobro, tako ni loše - što znači da je adekvatan za prilagodbu željama i potrebama stanara.

Također, pokraj njega je dječje igralište, što će nekima svakako biti dodatni plus (nekima minus).

Iako prikazani stanovi nisu nikakav spektakl, donedavno ovakvih primjeraka uopće nije ni bilo na tržištu. A, kako se ove zime očekuje nešto jača recesija, nju bi trebao pratiti pad cijena nekretnina (što se već i događa diljem Europe i svijeta) i veća ponuda priuštivog najma.

Jesmo li konačno dočekali smirivanje cijena nekretnina u gradu pod Marjanom? Naime, otišli smo na Njuškalo, tražeći jednosobne stanove za najam koji koštaju do 500 eura, nisu šupe ni garaže niti se iz njih treba iseliti početkom turističke sezone.

I, čak smo nešto pronašli.

Iako je, očekivano, ono što se u tom rangu iznajmljuje uglavnom živi očaj, dojma smo da se ipak otvara neki prostor za pronalazak normalnog životnog prostora, za (relativno) normalnu cijenu. Barem u doglednoj budućnosti.

Prvi se nalazi na Sukoišanu, dakle u samom centru grada. Nalazi se na petom katu, ima 39 kvadrata i dođe 500 eura mjesečno. Ima perilicu za suđe i balkon. Lijepo je uređen, sa dosta stila, a čini se da je većina namještaja novo.

Jedina zamjerka je tijesna soba.

Idući je nešto jeftiniji - 400 eura mjesečno - ali i nešto manji; ima 30 kvadrata. Smješten je u blizini "Mall of Splita". u zgradi koja se čini inicijalno poslovne namjene. Ima zatvoreni "balkon", na kojem se - neobično - nalazi frižider. Stan je mal, ali za samca korektan. 

"Zbog prijašnjih loših iskustava, kućni ljubimci nisu dopušteni", piše stanodavac.

Posljednji stan je - barem po našem izboru - i najbolji. Iznajmljuje se za 500 eura mjesečno. Nalazi se na Ravnim Njivama, pa ima i vlastito parkirno mjesto. Ustvari, ništa u stanu se naročito ne ističe - kako dobro, tako ni loše - što znači da je adekvatan za prilagodbu željama i potrebama stanara.

Također, pokraj njega je dječje igralište, što će nekima svakako biti dodatni plus (nekima minus).

Iako prikazani stanovi nisu nikakav spektakl, donedavno ovakvih primjeraka uopće nije ni bilo na tržištu. A, kako se ove zime očekuje nešto jača recesija, nju bi trebao pratiti pad cijena nekretnina (što se već i događa diljem Europe i svijeta) i veća ponuda priuštivog najma.
