Jučer, prvog dana otkako je novo francusko proteinsko cjepivo Nuvaxovid protiv COVID-a 19 bilo dostupno na Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (NZJZ SDŽ), "čak" se jedan naš sugrađanin došao njime cijepiti.

- Kako nam je rekao, čuo je na radiju da se može doći cijepiti i da je cjepivo dostupno pa je došao - kazuje nam prim. dr. sc. Diana Nonković, šefica epidemiološke službe NZJZ-a SDŽ.

Rekao bi narod "bolje jedan nego nijedan", a i taj jedan je 100 posto bolji rezultat nego da je došao nitko.

Dakle, jučer je u RH po nastavnim zavodima distribuirano 70.000 doza ovog proteinskog cjepiva, čija je učinkovitost u kliničkoj fazi bila 90,4 posto. U splitski NZJZ stiglo je sedam tisuća doza.

- Cjepivo se prima dva puta, u razmaku od najmanje tri tjedna i mogu ga primiti svi stariji od 18 godina - rekla je dr. Nonković.

Ovo cjepivo ne spada u grupu cjepiva baziranih na mRNK tehnologiji, kao što su Pfizer ili Moderna. Svi zainteresirani za cijepljenje novim cjepivom mogu se javiti u Nastavni zavod.

- Cjepivo ćemo također distribuirati prema obiteljskim liječnicima, tako da će se i u svojim ambulantama moći cijepiti oni koji to budu htjeli - kazala nam je dr. Nonković.

Nema kombiniranja

Zanimalo nas je može li se ovo cjepivo kombinirati s drugim, do sada dostupnim cjepivima protiv COVID-a, odnosno može li se kombinirati "jedan ubod" mRNK cjepiva i "jedan ubod" ovog proteinskog.

- Za sada nema nikakvih stručnih preporuka da se ovo proteinsko cjepivo može kombinirati s nekim za sada poznatim cjepivom protiv COVID-a. Također, cjepivo mogu primiti i oni koji su preboljeli COVID - odgovorila je dr. Nonković.

Mogu li se ovim proteinskim cjepivom protiv COVID-a cijepiti i trudnice, upitali smo Maju Bašić, glasnogovornicu HALMED-a, koja nam je, među ostalim, rekla da je prema trenutačno dostupnim informacijama o cjepivu Nuvaxovid, koje je od jučer u primjeni u Hrvatskoj, iskustvo s primjenom ovoga cjepiva u trudnica ograničeno.

- Njegovu primjenu tijekom trudnoće treba razmotriti samo kada potencijalna korist nadmašuje sve moguće rizike za majku i fetus. Podaci iz ispitivanja koja su dosad provedena na životinjama ne ukazuju na izravan ili neizravan štetan učinak na trudnoću, embrionalni/fetalni razvoj, porođaj ili postnatalni razvoj. Vezano uz primjenu tijekom trudnoće otprije odobrenih cjepiva, pregled podatka iz stvarnog života upućuje na to da prednosti primjene mRNK cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 tijekom trudnoće nadmašuju sve moguće rizike za buduće majke i nerođene bebe - rekla nam je Maja Bašić.

Kada je u pitanju cijepljenje "starim cjepivima" protiv COVID-a 19, u zgradi bivšeg rodilišta, gdje je premješteno cijepljenje iz Spaladium Arene, treba napomenuti da ono ne može ili ipak može biti gore negoli je sada. Dnevno se, kako nam je rekao dr. Marko Rađa, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja SDŽ, u prosjeku, protiv COVID-a cijepi između 35 i 45 ljudi.

- Od toga, između dvije i sedam osoba cijepi se prvom dozom - kazao nam je dr. Rađa. Može li lošije?

Antivakseri ga čekali, ali...

Što misli o Nuvaxovidu upitali smo i prof. dr. sc. Andreja Trampuža, slovenskog infektologa i specijalista interne medicine, šefa Odjela za kiruršku infektologiju bolnice "Charite" u Berlinu.

- Radi se o klasičnom cjepivu koje je rađeno na istoj platformi kao i klasično cjepvo protiv gripe. Ono je nešto manje efikasno od mRNK cjepiva, no još uvijek je dosta dobro, pogotovo za antivaksere koji se do sada nisu željeli cijepiti mRNK cjepivima - govori dr. Trampuž.

Zanimalo nas je imaju li novo proteinsko cjepivo i oni u Njemačkoj i koliko se ljudi odlučilo njime cijepiti?

- Imamo to cjepivo i moram reći da se jako malo ljudi odlučilo cijepiti njime. To pokazuje da pravi razlog zbog čega su antivakseri diljem Europe prosvjedovali zbog cijepljenja protiv COVID-a nije mRNK cjepivo, kako su oni uporno isticali, već generalno njihovo protivljenje cijepljenju - kaže dr. Trampuž.

Upitali mo ga misli li da je kraj pandemije i što nas očekuje u budućnosti?

- Mislim da će uskoro biti službeno proglašen kraj pandemije i da će sve države ukinuti epidemiološke mjere. Naravno, zaštitne maskice će morati i dalje nositi zdravstveni djelatnici. Pitate me što nas čeka u budućnosti i da li će doći neki novi, opasniji soj od omikrona? To je teško znati, ali idući soj, ako dođe, biti će slova "pi", a hoće li virus mutirati i kako, to ostaje vidjeti. Mi u Njemačkoj i dalje imamo jako puno dnevnih slučajeva omikrona, a nakon završetka ljeta bojim se da ćemo imati i dalje puno slučajeva, jer se ljudi nisu dovoljno procijepili - rekao je prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž.

Jučer, prvog dana otkako je novo francusko proteinsko cjepivo Nuvaxovid protiv COVID-a 19 bilo dostupno na Nastavnom zavodu za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije (NZJZ SDŽ), "čak" se jedan naš sugrađanin došao njime cijepiti.

- Kako nam je rekao, čuo je na radiju da se može doći cijepiti i da je cjepivo dostupno pa je došao - kazuje nam prim. dr. sc. Diana Nonković, šefica epidemiološke službe NZJZ-a SDŽ.

Rekao bi narod "bolje jedan nego nijedan", a i taj jedan je 100 posto bolji rezultat nego da je došao nitko.

Dakle, jučer je u RH po nastavnim zavodima distribuirano 70.000 doza ovog proteinskog cjepiva, čija je učinkovitost u kliničkoj fazi bila 90,4 posto. U splitski NZJZ stiglo je sedam tisuća doza.

- Cjepivo se prima dva puta, u razmaku od najmanje tri tjedna i mogu ga primiti svi stariji od 18 godina - rekla je dr. Nonković.

Ovo cjepivo ne spada u grupu cjepiva baziranih na mRNK tehnologiji, kao što su Pfizer ili Moderna. Svi zainteresirani za cijepljenje novim cjepivom mogu se javiti u Nastavni zavod.

- Cjepivo ćemo također distribuirati prema obiteljskim liječnicima, tako da će se i u svojim ambulantama moći cijepiti oni koji to budu htjeli - kazala nam je dr. Nonković.

Nema kombiniranja

Zanimalo nas je može li se ovo cjepivo kombinirati s drugim, do sada dostupnim cjepivima protiv COVID-a, odnosno može li se kombinirati "jedan ubod" mRNK cjepiva i "jedan ubod" ovog proteinskog.

- Za sada nema nikakvih stručnih preporuka da se ovo proteinsko cjepivo može kombinirati s nekim za sada poznatim cjepivom protiv COVID-a. Također, cjepivo mogu primiti i oni koji su preboljeli COVID - odgovorila je dr. Nonković.

Mogu li se ovim proteinskim cjepivom protiv COVID-a cijepiti i trudnice, upitali smo Maju Bašić, glasnogovornicu HALMED-a, koja nam je, među ostalim, rekla da je prema trenutačno dostupnim informacijama o cjepivu Nuvaxovid, koje je od jučer u primjeni u Hrvatskoj, iskustvo s primjenom ovoga cjepiva u trudnica ograničeno.

- Njegovu primjenu tijekom trudnoće treba razmotriti samo kada potencijalna korist nadmašuje sve moguće rizike za majku i fetus. Podaci iz ispitivanja koja su dosad provedena na životinjama ne ukazuju na izravan ili neizravan štetan učinak na trudnoću, embrionalni/fetalni razvoj, porođaj ili postnatalni razvoj. Vezano uz primjenu tijekom trudnoće otprije odobrenih cjepiva, pregled podatka iz stvarnog života upućuje na to da prednosti primjene mRNK cjepiva protiv bolesti COVID-19 tijekom trudnoće nadmašuju sve moguće rizike za buduće majke i nerođene bebe - rekla nam je Maja Bašić.

Kada je u pitanju cijepljenje "starim cjepivima" protiv COVID-a 19, u zgradi bivšeg rodilišta, gdje je premješteno cijepljenje iz Spaladium Arene, treba napomenuti da ono ne može ili ipak može biti gore negoli je sada. Dnevno se, kako nam je rekao dr. Marko Rađa, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja SDŽ, u prosjeku, protiv COVID-a cijepi između 35 i 45 ljudi.

- Od toga, između dvije i sedam osoba cijepi se prvom dozom - kazao nam je dr. Rađa. Može li lošije?

Antivakseri ga čekali, ali...

Što misli o Nuvaxovidu upitali smo i prof. dr. sc. Andreja Trampuža, slovenskog infektologa i specijalista interne medicine, šefa Odjela za kiruršku infektologiju bolnice "Charite" u Berlinu.

- Radi se o klasičnom cjepivu koje je rađeno na istoj platformi kao i klasično cjepvo protiv gripe. Ono je nešto manje efikasno od mRNK cjepiva, no još uvijek je dosta dobro, pogotovo za antivaksere koji se do sada nisu željeli cijepiti mRNK cjepivima - govori dr. Trampuž.

Zanimalo nas je imaju li novo proteinsko cjepivo i oni u Njemačkoj i koliko se ljudi odlučilo njime cijepiti?

- Imamo to cjepivo i moram reći da se jako malo ljudi odlučilo cijepiti njime. To pokazuje da pravi razlog zbog čega su antivakseri diljem Europe prosvjedovali zbog cijepljenja protiv COVID-a nije mRNK cjepivo, kako su oni uporno isticali, već generalno njihovo protivljenje cijepljenju - kaže dr. Trampuž.

Upitali mo ga misli li da je kraj pandemije i što nas očekuje u budućnosti?

- Mislim da će uskoro biti službeno proglašen kraj pandemije i da će sve države ukinuti epidemiološke mjere. Naravno, zaštitne maskice će morati i dalje nositi zdravstveni djelatnici. Pitate me što nas čeka u budućnosti i da li će doći neki novi, opasniji soj od omikrona? To je teško znati, ali idući soj, ako dođe, biti će slova "pi", a hoće li virus mutirati i kako, to ostaje vidjeti. Mi u Njemačkoj i dalje imamo jako puno dnevnih slučajeva omikrona, a nakon završetka ljeta bojim se da ćemo imati i dalje puno slučajeva, jer se ljudi nisu dovoljno procijepili - rekao je prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž.
