"S mega-gradilišta u Splitu vreba opasnost, stručnjak upozorava: ‘Sve se može urušiti, najugroženije zgrade u susjedstvu", naslov je članka objavljenog prije mjesec dana u kojem je stručnjak Stipe Budić, ovlašteni projektant, istaknuo kako su planirani radovi na gradilištu "Small Mall" - vrlo delikatni. 

Sudeći po slikama s gradilišta na splitskom Manušu, ti su radovi započeli i čini se kako ih nitko i ništa ne može zaustaviti.

Na fotografiji snimljenoj 21. prosinca, vidljivo je kako su se odvažili s upucavanjem sidra ispod Vukovarske ulice unatoč činjenici da nemaju dozvolu za građenje ni pravo građenja ili prava služnosti, kako su istaknuli  članovi stranaka "Javno dobro" i "Direkt" na javnoj tribini posvećenoj projektu "Small Mall = Big Fall". 

Podsjetimo, Budić smatra kako sidra prema Vukovarskoj i Riječkoj nisu problem što se tiče ugroženosti te da su projektanti zaštite građevinske jame uzeli u obzir dovoljan broj sidara za zaštitu građevinske jame, međutim, izrazio je zabrinutost oko neucrtanih sidara prema Istarskoj. 

Objasnio je kako je kod izvođenja ovakvih radova najvažnija sposobnost čovjeka koji upravlja strojem.

Također, investitor je prije izvođenja ovih radova trebao ishoditi dozvolu za građenje u obuhvatu zahvata, a što predstavlja dokaz pravnog interesa u vidu prava građenjaili prava služnosti ugovorenog s vlasnikom čestice i ovjerenog kod javnog bilježnika za gradnju u Ulici Domovinskog rata, Vukovarskoj i Riječkoj ulici.

- Buši se u nosivoj strukturi izuzetno prometne Vukovarske ulice, narušava njena struktura, sve bez dozvole i osiguranja osoba i imovine kod osiguravajućeg društva kako za vrijeme obavljanja građevinskih radova i tako i nakon obavljenog građenja za posljedice obavljenih građevinskih radova. Besramno i neodgovorno ponašanje investitora i izvođača radova - komentirao je  Mario Rovan, panelist javne tribine "Small Mall = Big Fall". 

Istaknuo je kako su 2015. godine oštetili zgradu u blizini koja nikad nije doživjela svoju obnovu, a Marina Bucat, splitska arhitektica, također je izrazila svoju zabrinutost oko građevinskih radova koji su potencijalno opasni za neposrednu okolinu - stotinjak stanova i bitne gradske ceste. 

- Nije u redu jer se u izvanparničnom postupku, ispred suda, bilo trebalo utvrditi stanje prije početka radova i dati garanciju za naplatu štete u slučaju štete. Međutim, u tom izvanparničnom postupku smo mi tražili dokumentaciju koja je nužna za građenje na uvid. Tu dokumentaciju investitor nije priložio spisu i sad se postupak kiseli. Ovako se može dogoditi da se sruši zgrada, a onda firma - investitor lijepo proglasi u stečaj i nikom ništa, izija vuk magare. Jer je to u Hrvatskoj zakonito i jer je postala praksa - poručila je Bucat.

"S mega-gradilišta u Splitu vreba opasnost, stručnjak upozorava: ‘Sve se može urušiti, najugroženije zgrade u susjedstvu", naslov je članka objavljenog prije mjesec dana u kojem je stručnjak Stipe Budić, ovlašteni projektant, istaknuo kako su planirani radovi na gradilištu "Small Mall" - vrlo delikatni. 

Sudeći po slikama s gradilišta na splitskom Manušu, ti su radovi započeli i čini se kako ih nitko i ništa ne može zaustaviti.

Na fotografiji snimljenoj 21. prosinca, vidljivo je kako su se odvažili s upucavanjem sidra ispod Vukovarske ulice unatoč činjenici da nemaju dozvolu za građenje ni pravo građenja ili prava služnosti, kako su istaknuli  članovi stranaka "Javno dobro" i "Direkt" na javnoj tribini posvećenoj projektu "Small Mall = Big Fall". 

Podsjetimo, Budić smatra kako sidra prema Vukovarskoj i Riječkoj nisu problem što se tiče ugroženosti te da su projektanti zaštite građevinske jame uzeli u obzir dovoljan broj sidara za zaštitu građevinske jame, međutim, izrazio je zabrinutost oko neucrtanih sidara prema Istarskoj. 

Objasnio je kako je kod izvođenja ovakvih radova najvažnija sposobnost čovjeka koji upravlja strojem.

Također, investitor je prije izvođenja ovih radova trebao ishoditi dozvolu za građenje u obuhvatu zahvata, a što predstavlja dokaz pravnog interesa u vidu prava građenjaili prava služnosti ugovorenog s vlasnikom čestice i ovjerenog kod javnog bilježnika za gradnju u Ulici Domovinskog rata, Vukovarskoj i Riječkoj ulici.

- Buši se u nosivoj strukturi izuzetno prometne Vukovarske ulice, narušava njena struktura, sve bez dozvole i osiguranja osoba i imovine kod osiguravajućeg društva kako za vrijeme obavljanja građevinskih radova i tako i nakon obavljenog građenja za posljedice obavljenih građevinskih radova. Besramno i neodgovorno ponašanje investitora i izvođača radova - komentirao je  Mario Rovan, panelist javne tribine "Small Mall = Big Fall". 

Istaknuo je kako su 2015. godine oštetili zgradu u blizini koja nikad nije doživjela svoju obnovu, a Marina Bucat, splitska arhitektica, također je izrazila svoju zabrinutost oko građevinskih radova koji su potencijalno opasni za neposrednu okolinu - stotinjak stanova i bitne gradske ceste. 

- Nije u redu jer se u izvanparničnom postupku, ispred suda, bilo trebalo utvrditi stanje prije početka radova i dati garanciju za naplatu štete u slučaju štete. Međutim, u tom izvanparničnom postupku smo mi tražili dokumentaciju koja je nužna za građenje na uvid. Tu dokumentaciju investitor nije priložio spisu i sad se postupak kiseli. Ovako se može dogoditi da se sruši zgrada, a onda firma - investitor lijepo proglasi u stečaj i nikom ništa, izija vuk magare. Jer je to u Hrvatskoj zakonito i jer je postala praksa - poručila je Bucat.
