I ove godine su brojna djeca ostala neupisana u vrtiće. Rezultati koji su pristigli tijekom jučerašnjeg i današnjeg dana pokazali su da čak ni djeca koja ispunjavaju uvjete, nisu upala zbog nedostatka mjesta.
U četiri vrtićke ustanove ukupno je neupisano 524 djece, ali tu brojku treba uzeti s oprezom jer su neki roditelji prijavljivali svoju djecu za više ustanova. Zbog takvog poražavajućeg podatka reagirali su predstavnici brojnih političkih stranaka.
Kristina Vidan, bivša gradska vijećnica i kandidatkinja stranke Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju za gradonačelnicu, napisala je da jedini savjet koji mogu dati roditeljima je da napišu žalbu.
- Što sada? Jedini savjet koji možemo dati je da napišete žalbu! U prvom krugu upisa o primanju djeteta u željeni vrtić odlučuje softver koji nije dovoljno osjetljiv na vaše potrebe i mogućnost da se u koju vrtićku grupu primi dijete više, ili makne s popisa ono dijete koje je predalo molbu na više mjesta pa odustane.
Kroz proceduru žalbi, jedan dio od neupisanih 500 će pronaći svoje mjesto, no ostaje poražavajuća činjenica da između 200-300 djece neće dobiti svoja mjesta. Zašto? Zato što je Grad podbacio u planiranju i stvaranju novih vrtićkih kapaciteta. Iako nije naučna fantastika predvidjeti koliko djece u dobi za jaslice i vrtiće s prebivalištem u Splitu stasa za upis, to je još uvijek preteška jednadžba za strukture u Banovini, a i za bivšeg gradonačelnika koji od početka mandata najavljuje arhitektonske natječaje i izgradnju novih vrtića kroz 2-3 godine.
Realnost je da zbog njegove ostavke i prijevremenih izbora to sigurno neće biti za 2-3 godine, kao i da danas neupisana djeca tada više neće trebati vrtić.
Umjesto naslikavanja s idejnim rješenjima budućih vrtića trebalo je pronaći rješenje, i to odmah, za djecu koja ga trebaju sad. Kako? Trebalo je snažnije potaknuti privatni sektor i obrte na stvaranje novih kapaciteta, ponuditi im gradske prostore, odbiti najamninu kroz utrošeno za uređenje, osloboditi ih plaćanja komunalne naknade... Moglo se, da su splitska dica bila prioritet. Ali nisu! - poručila je Vidan.

Bivša gradska vijećnica iz redova HDZ-a Ivana Zelić Relata istaknula je kako nije riječ o novom problemu.
- Prije su dica išla u babe na selo, a sad dolaze u babe u grad. I bit će tako dok za dicu u Splitu nema mjesta. Roditelji nemaju stanove, a dica mjesta u vrtiću. Više od 500 splitske dice ne može do vrtića. Problem nije nov, ali smo izgubili godinu dana u njegovom rješavanju. Drugi uzimaju EU sredstva, a mi ih gledamo.
Cijela Hrvatska gradi vrtiće iz EU fondova. Svi! Svi osim Splita u kojem vlast zadnjih deset mjeseci nije radila ništa za vrtiće, niti bi radili iduće tri godine. Njima ide kampanja za Sabor, pa onda kampanja za Brisel, pa kampanja za Pantovčak, sve kako bi namaknuli što više novca za svoj obiteljski OPG, a splitskim roditeljima i dici ide kampanja pronalaska teta čuvalica. Birajte – ili vlast kojoj će vrtići biti na prvom mjestu ili vlast koja će svaki drugi dan držati konferencije na Markovom trgu - poručila je Zelić Relata.

I ove godine su brojna djeca ostala neupisana u vrtiće. Rezultati koji su pristigli tijekom jučerašnjeg i današnjeg dana pokazali su da čak ni djeca koja ispunjavaju uvjete, nisu upala zbog nedostatka mjesta.
U četiri vrtićke ustanove ukupno je neupisano 524 djece, ali tu brojku treba uzeti s oprezom jer su neki roditelji prijavljivali svoju djecu za više ustanova. Zbog takvog poražavajućeg podatka reagirali su predstavnici brojnih političkih stranaka.
Kristina Vidan, bivša gradska vijećnica i kandidatkinja stranke Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju za gradonačelnicu, napisala je da jedini savjet koji mogu dati roditeljima je da napišu žalbu.
- Što sada? Jedini savjet koji možemo dati je da napišete žalbu! U prvom krugu upisa o primanju djeteta u željeni vrtić odlučuje softver koji nije dovoljno osjetljiv na vaše potrebe i mogućnost da se u koju vrtićku grupu primi dijete više, ili makne s popisa ono dijete koje je predalo molbu na više mjesta pa odustane.
Kroz proceduru žalbi, jedan dio od neupisanih 500 će pronaći svoje mjesto, no ostaje poražavajuća činjenica da između 200-300 djece neće dobiti svoja mjesta. Zašto? Zato što je Grad podbacio u planiranju i stvaranju novih vrtićkih kapaciteta. Iako nije naučna fantastika predvidjeti koliko djece u dobi za jaslice i vrtiće s prebivalištem u Splitu stasa za upis, to je još uvijek preteška jednadžba za strukture u Banovini, a i za bivšeg gradonačelnika koji od početka mandata najavljuje arhitektonske natječaje i izgradnju novih vrtića kroz 2-3 godine.
Realnost je da zbog njegove ostavke i prijevremenih izbora to sigurno neće biti za 2-3 godine, kao i da danas neupisana djeca tada više neće trebati vrtić.
Umjesto naslikavanja s idejnim rješenjima budućih vrtića trebalo je pronaći rješenje, i to odmah, za djecu koja ga trebaju sad. Kako? Trebalo je snažnije potaknuti privatni sektor i obrte na stvaranje novih kapaciteta, ponuditi im gradske prostore, odbiti najamninu kroz utrošeno za uređenje, osloboditi ih plaćanja komunalne naknade... Moglo se, da su splitska dica bila prioritet. Ali nisu! - poručila je Vidan.

Bivša gradska vijećnica iz redova HDZ-a Ivana Zelić Relata istaknula je kako nije riječ o novom problemu.
- Prije su dica išla u babe na selo, a sad dolaze u babe u grad. I bit će tako dok za dicu u Splitu nema mjesta. Roditelji nemaju stanove, a dica mjesta u vrtiću. Više od 500 splitske dice ne može do vrtića. Problem nije nov, ali smo izgubili godinu dana u njegovom rješavanju. Drugi uzimaju EU sredstva, a mi ih gledamo.
Cijela Hrvatska gradi vrtiće iz EU fondova. Svi! Svi osim Splita u kojem vlast zadnjih deset mjeseci nije radila ništa za vrtiće, niti bi radili iduće tri godine. Njima ide kampanja za Sabor, pa onda kampanja za Brisel, pa kampanja za Pantovčak, sve kako bi namaknuli što više novca za svoj obiteljski OPG, a splitskim roditeljima i dici ide kampanja pronalaska teta čuvalica. Birajte – ili vlast kojoj će vrtići biti na prvom mjestu ili vlast koja će svaki drugi dan držati konferencije na Markovom trgu - poručila je Zelić Relata.
