Već smo odavno naviknuli na astronomske cijene stanova i drugih nekretnina u Splitu, no svako malo naiđemo na neki posebni "biser" koji svojom lokacijom i veličinom nimalo ne odgovara traženoj cijeni. 

Ovaj put smo našli zanimljiv oglas u kojem prodavač nudi garažu na Kmanu za skoro 2800 eura za jedan kvadratni metar površine! 

Ponuditelj očito jako dobro zna kakva kriza s parkirališnim mjestima vlada u gradu pod Marjanom, pa je vođen tom logikom izlistao cijenu koja je prilagođenija nekom sređenom stambenom prostoru nego običnoj garaži. 

Pritom je naveo da je pogodna za tihi obrt, da ima dobar pristup poslovno-skladišnom prostoru, a tu su i struja i voda. Fotografije garaže i cijeli oglas možete pogledati OVDJE. 

Po sličnoj, ali ipak mrvicu nižoj cijeni po kvadratu prodaje se i garaža na Trsteniku, a agencija piše da je pogodna za parkiranje dva vozila, skladište ili radionicu. Navode i da su garažna vrata elektronska i da visoki stropovi pružaju dovoljno prostora za pohranu.

Već smo odavno naviknuli na astronomske cijene stanova i drugih nekretnina u Splitu, no svako malo naiđemo na neki posebni "biser" koji svojom lokacijom i veličinom nimalo ne odgovara traženoj cijeni.
